  • So the BloodClan border hadn't been checked up on recently and Lavenderskies wasn't too interested in going and leading a patrol there herself, which was fair if you asked him. But when he had decided to ask her for something to do for whatever reason she thought he was eligible to lead such a patrol. Well erm- alright he supposed? BloodClan made him uncomfortable for obvious reasons, he admired both Butterflydawn and Lavenderskies as semi-adoptive parents, Buckwheat his adoptive brother, and RiverClan a former home of his and all of them seemed to have a good or strong disliking for the city dwellers. He had been in RiverClan when the news of what happened to Feathersong and Finchpaw broke out, he was angered that so many of the other clans seemed to have just shrugged their shoulders to what had happened and moved on. Overall he felt nothing but anger towards the clan, his young self would have probably marched over there and shot nasty remarks at them all day long but with age he had learned to bite his tongue and remain calm. But the snarky remarks and his sharp-tongue were definitely still there and was waiting for a day to show themselves once more.

But no, today would not be that day. He wanted no trouble but merely to check up on the border after some... questionable stuff had happened recently. With a sharp flick of his tail he pads over to the middle of camp and raises his head high before calling out, "BloodClan borders need to be marked! I've been tasked with leading a patrol there. Anyone with me? I plan on making it quick."

  • MOTHPAW

    Skyclan - Apprentice - Female - 10 moons

Mothpaw's feelings for Bloodclan had once been much more complicated. She had been neutral, confused, and then angry. She had taken the route of avoidance before a barbed tongue had gotten her into trouble. Her feelings were now no less intense but she had certainly found some clarity. Perhaps they were more intense even now. Conversations with Lavenderskies, with Juniperpaw...Many of her clanmates offered a unique perspective on the matter. It was probably some of their words that helped influence her opinion, even she was not blind to that fact. Yet it was when Bloodclan caused harm to those who were innocent. One was a clanmate, and so she held Spiderpaw dear to her by default. The other could be a cat she would come to fall in love with. How could she not grow to dislike the city dwelling cats? The cats who caused infighting and pain to those she held so close to her heart? Perhaps it was for the wrong reasons that she wanted to offer her services for this patrol. "I'll join you, Berylbreeze." She offered with a smile as she joined at the snowy tom's side. Yet, personal opinions aside, this was her duty to her clan. She could fulfill that without interjecting any unnecessary comments, certainly. So long as Bloodclan could do the same.

  • As Mothpaw approached the large white tom would give a small nod, "Excellent. We'll be heading out soon so if no one else approaches I suppose it'll be just you and I. Which will be fine, after what happened with Minnowstar BloodClan would be idiotic to try and pull anything." He says with a low growl, before he looks around to see if anyone else will approach.

//I'll be posting the thread tonight prob, so if anyone wants to hop in even after its posted feel free to just consider them as part of the patrol.

and I used lav's speech oops.

  • It wouldn't just be the two of them- Juniperpaw was here to extinguish that possibility. Green eyes would narrow as he approached, pondering over the BloodClan situation- and the fact that some part of him was still angry about the announcement. But.. oh well. He was no leader; there was nothing they could do about it now. He offered Mothpaw a smirk-like smile of greeting before nodding his head. "Yeah, I'll come too." he murmured simply, finding no reason to say anything else.
