  • “Arthur you are literally going to kill me by not getting me a corgi puppy and teasing me about it. Like I think I will die.” Alexander spoke truthfully. He reached over to flick his arm gently, the pout still present on his lips. He seemed to be quite relaxed still. He perked up when he agreed that they could call and ask. “Yay! I’ll grab my phone and call. Hopefully we can check it out today.” He commented. He knew it was around three already, but there was still a chance. He quickly moved to go do so. He came back and found the number, quickly dialing. He introduced himself when the realtor answered. Thankfully they had an opening in about an hour, which gave them time to get over there. He thanked them and hung up. “Go take a quick shower and get ready. We have to leave in like ten minutes.” He told Arthur.

  • "Am I making you suffer by just making you wait?" Arthur teased as he logged out of his laptop and he closed it before setting aside. He looked at Alexander when told that he should shower and get dressed, he nodded before handing Clementine over to Alexander. "You can feed her." He spoke before getting up and he hurried to go take a quick shower and get dressed. Arthur took a quick shower and he dried off before getting dressed in some clothes and he came out of the bathroom before walking back over to Alexander, his hair a little messy since he had rushed taking the shower and he rushed getting dressed so he had forgotten to brush his hair.

  • “Yes, you are making me suffer. You have no idea just how much I want a corgi puppy Art.” Alexander spoke truthfully. It was easy to see that he wasn’t lying about it. He would really do anything to get a corgi puppy. He carefully took the kitten from the other male and made sure that she got some food. He then made sure she would have everything that she needed while they were gone. He watched as he came over, reaching to rub his hand through Arthur’s hair quickly. “Okay, let’s go. I am so excited to see the house. I also grabbed my checkbook in case we decide we want it.” He informed. He was truly very excited. He made the way to their car, getting in it once there. It took them about fifty minutes to get there. He got out of the car once there, looking around with wide eyes. He went to meet the realtor by the door. “Hello!” He greeted as they were led inside. He held onto Arthur’s hand tightly, but he looked so happy.

  • “You’ll have to suffer for just a little bit longer, but you’ll be fine.” Arthur teased him lightly. For the most part of the car ride, Arthur just stared blankly out the window to keep his mind occupied until they got there. Once there, he unbuckled his seatbelt and he got out of the car, shutting the car door. He held Alexander’s hand and he observed and admired the house before looking at Alexander. “You must be really really excited huh?” He asked with a small smile and he lightly squeezed Alexander’s hand. Arthur thought that the house was really nice and it looked pretty spacious enough.

  • Alexander had left out a soft whine when he heard that, but was glad that he was going to get him a corgi. He swung their arms a little bit as they walked through the house. He noticed how the house also had a pool and rather big yard. They weren’t too close to their neighbors either. He looked to be quite happy. “Of course I am excited. I think this might actually be the house. It was plenty large for us and had a pool and all. What do you think?” He asked curiously. He looked to be quite content. He hoped that he was thinking the same way. He couldn’t tell for sure though. He looked over at him with curious eyes.

  • Arthur looked around the house, loving just how spacious it was and he loved that there was a pool and a big backyard as well. He took another look around the house before looking at Alexander. “I really love this house. I really do and I feel like this house is for us.” He spoke honestly to his fiancé as he looked up at him. “Besides, it’s much better than the cramped apartment we’re living in.” He reminded, holding his hand firmly and he gave his hand a squeeze. Arthur knew he would love this spacious house where there would be more room to move around.

  • Alexander seemed to be growing relieved when he realized that Arthur did seem to love the house just as much as he did. A smile began to spread onto his lips then. He let out a soft squeal as he heard him agree, leaning down to give his lips a quick kiss. “I’m so glad you like it. From the moment I stepped in it with you, it felt like home.” He informed. His tone of voice was rather soft, but clearly happy. He looked to the realtor, who had paused while they had been interacting. “We will take it.” He told her truthfully. She grinned as she heard that. “Let me get the papers from my the table and we can start on them.” She commented. She led them there. “Whatever money we sell the apartment for can be put towards the house too.” Alexander reminded Arthur softly.

  • Arthur smiled softly as a response to what Alexander said and he nodded his head curtly in agreement, a light blush spread across his cheeks from the kiss. He honestly could not wait to sell the apartment and move into this house once they bought it. He grasped hold of Alexander’s hand, lacing his fingers with his fiancé’s as he somewhat leaned against Alexander. He was clearly amused just by how excited Alexander was with this house. He then slowly nodded his head. “That sounds good to me.” He murmured softly to Alexander in agreement as a small smile was plastered on his lips. “I’m glad that we’re going to have this very nice and spacious house.” He commented softly.

  • Alexander had only been worried about Arthur not liking it due to how he had originally acted towards the idea of moving. But not that they both were calmed and had actually seen the house, he was glad they were on the same page. He felt like it would be good for them to get away from the city. The area they would be living in now still had a lot of things that they were used to. It just wasn’t as populated. “Me too. Thank you for agreeing to us moving. I love you so much Art. Please never forget that.” He whispered. He pressed another kiss to his lips and then sat down. He began to fill out all the papers they needed to. He wrote the check as well. They wouldn’t have to take too much of a loan out, which helped. He knew they would be able to pay it off in no time. He then turn to Arthur. “We own a house.”

  • Arthur grinned at him. "And I love you too." He said brightly towards his fiancé. He watched as Alexander was filling out all of the papers that needed to be signed and he quietly watched as Alexander wrote out the check. When told that they own a house, Arthur widely grinned at Alexander, moving to give him just a quick enthusiastic hug. Arthur seemed thrilled and he quickly hugged Alexander before slowly pulling away to look up at Alexander. "Now we just need a corgi puppy and either one or two kids." He said smiling as his smile faded to just a small soft smile.

  • Alexander hadn’t expected to be pulled into a hug so quickly, but he didn’t complain. He hugged him back, a large grin on his lips. He gazed down at him, love shining in his eyes. He didn’t remember the last time he had been this happy. He hadn’t expected for everything to work out for them like it had. It was absolutely wonderful. “That and to get married.” He reminded with a chuckle. He leaned down to give him a soft kiss, pulling back when he needed to breath. “Now we have to move everything into the house and get some more furniture too.” He realized. He knew they would have fun going shopping for it.

  • Arthur blushed hotly from the kiss but he had leaned into it and when they pulled away, he caught his breath. He then nodded his head a little. "You're probably going to be very happy with furniture shopping and all that." He said wryly with a visible sly smile on his lips. Then he reached to grasp Alexander's hand tightly, lacing his fingers with his fiancé's. Arthur enjoyed seeing Alexander all excited and it was making him forget about the tension that was between the both of them earlier that day. "You know I can't wait for us to get married." He reminded him softly as his blush started to turn to a faint yet light red.

  • Alexander chuckled as he heard that. “You know I love to make sure everything matches. I can’t have our house not look good. I promise that it will look great.” He informed. He knew that Arthur already knew that though. He truly was excited for all of this. He was going to look at furniture online later on. He began to make their way back to their car. “The sun doesn’t set until eight thirty. We can definitely get a start on moving things if you want to. I’m sure Clementine would love to have more space to wander. We could even get you another kitten if you wanted.” He offered. He just wanted for him to be happy and it was showing. “I can’t wait for us to get married either. We have to finish planning that as well.” He reminded. He got the door for the other once they were at the car.

  • Arthur chuckled at Alexander’s response. “Well, I’m sure you’ll do a nice job with the furniture.” He said as he lightly squeezed Alexander’s hand. Arthur quietly followed Alexander back to the car and he let go of his fiancé’s before he got into the car. “We can go ahead and start moving things.” He spoke once he had buckled up his seatbelt and he leaned back a bit against the seat. “I know we have to finish planning. I guess we can do that tomorrow.” Arthur shrugged. “Oh, you wanna get me another kitten? You’re so sweet to me.” He spoke as he let out a small giggle.

  • “I appreciate your confidence in me. Look how well I did the apartment. Just wait until you see the house. We have a backyard and pool too! We have to get a grill and lawn furniture. I also want to get some plants for the front. We need flowers.” Alexander rambled. He clearly seemed excited for all of this now. He was grinning at the other male. He got into the passenger’s side, buckling up as well. “I think we will be able to fit a lot in the car. I have faith in use.” He informed with a laugh. He ran a quick hand through his hair before he spoke again. “Yeah, finishing it tomorrow will be great. And of course I would get you another kitten if you wanted one.” He added.

  • Arthur just listened quietly and politely as Alexander rambled on to him. “You’re rambling again, honey. But you’re right, I think we do need some flowers.” He spoke with a grin as he slouched down in the seat. “I think we’re going to have a lot of animals in the house.” He joked with Alexander as he briefly gazed out the window. He honestly could not wait to finish up planning for the wedding and he was feeling a little excited on the inside. Arthur folded his arms over his chest neatly as he turned his head to look out the window as he didn’t know what else to say.

  • Alexander’s cheeks heated up when Arthur pointed out that he had been rambling. “I know. I am just really happy about this all. You should know that.” He teased him lightly in response. He was glad that he wanted flowers as well. He knew that they would both love the house the way he was picturing it. “Well before we fully move, if you do want another kitten, we can get another. I had a lot of money saved from my last job.” He used to work at a really good accounting place and had been paid a lot. He drove home then. “So what do we want to move first? We have a lot to move.” He confessed. He pulled into a parking spot when back at their building.

  • "I know that you're very happy about this." Arthur said with a chuckle as he was slouching comfortably in the seat. Arthur causally shrugged his shoulders. "I'll think about it." He spoke as he decided to think about if he wanted another kitten. He then started to unbuckle his seatbelt once the car was parked. "Do we really have that much stuff to move?" He asked as he reached to open the car door and he got out of the car before shutting the car. "Well, I'm not sure what we should move first." Arthur shrugged. "I guess we could move some of the heavier stuff first." He started to grin a bit at Alexander.

  • “You just need to let me know. I’m sure Clementine would like a friend.” Alexander commented. He didn’t mind doing any of this for the other male. After all, he felt like Arthur deserved it. He did so much for him and he loved him. “I feel like we have a lot to move. The biggest thing is going to be moving the furniture. Clementine won’t care one bit other than that.” He stated with a smile on his lips. He led the way into their apartment, looking around curiously then. He knew a lot was going to have to be moved. He moved to go to start undoing some things. “Heavier things it is. Ready to help me carry it all out?” He asked.

  • "I know... I'm sure Clementine would probably like to have a little playmate." Arthur murmured softly in agreement. "You think we can easily move the furniture?" He asked as he meekly followed Alexander into the apartment and he looked around at all of the furniture that they would have to move. "Yeah, I guess I'm ready to help you carry it out." He said with a slight nod of his head as he followed Alexander. He looked around briefly to see where Clementine was at and he noticed that the kitten was currently resting on the kitchen counter, sprawled out on a couple of newspapers.
