  • Berylbreeze had left SkyClan a long while back to join Heronswoop in RiverClan, he had been there for probably around four moons... at least. The white warrior had never fit in there if you asked him, perhaps part of it was his own fault for not being around but... when he was he never had been able to make any friends or acquaintances. Despite is discomfort there he never in a million years would leave Heronswoop's side, which was why he had gotten so offended when Honeypaw had threatened him about hurting Heron. He wouldn't be shocked though if there were some cats back in RiverClan who thought the two left because of Beryl, that he convinced Heron to come back home with him.

He didn't mind if they thought that... truly if they didn't trust him after they've been together for nearly five moons now he didn't know what to tell them.

Anyways, with all the time he spent in RiverClan he was finding it to get use to SkyClan's territory again. So many trees... and he could still hunt properly on land since thats all he did in River. Never did he really get use to the taste of fish or getting his paws wet. But... oh by the stars in trees? Berylbreeze was... well admittedly he was a large cat. Quite frankly he took up quite a bit of space, so hunting naturally wasn't his strong suite. But hunting... in trees? Where each step needed to be done elegantly? He had never been great. But now he could barely stand on a branch without toppling over, so he was hoping someone might be able to help give him some pointers today. "Hey, anyone?" He begins in a medium toned voice, "I need to get my tree hunting skills back up. I'm having a bit of a hard time, anyone up for giving me some pointers? I'd appreciate it immensely.""

  • Hunting advice, huh...? Well, that wasn't going to be something he was going to get out of Juniperpaw. Offering Berylbreeze a sideways glance, the cinnamon apprentice would stride up to talk to the other. Despite the other's cheery demeanour, Juniper vaguely enjoyed his company- at least he wasn't boring, like most nice people, and could keep up with snide remarks. His ears twitched in annoyance when it came to the fact that the boy had to admit how terrible he was at hunting. "Well, if you're looking for climbing advice, I can give you a hand," he said, "But you'll have to drag someone else out when it comes to hunting. I can't do it to save my life." Perhaps a bit of an over-exaggeration, but he was no teacher- his brain was too analytical to act quickly when it came to catching prey.

  • As Juniperpaw approached the scene he would cast the tom a questioning glance, was he going to offer him help? He supposed it would be kind of embarrassing if he was getting trained by an apprentice... but if help is what Juniperpaw did offer he'd swallow his stubbornness and take it.

Ahh, climbing advice. He could probably use that, its what his tree hunting teacher would have to explain to him anyways. He was a very eh climber, so he needed to improve that if he wanted to hunt in trees. "Climbing advice? Yeah I could use that if you have some free time." He tells the tom with a gentle flick of his tail. "Hunting can wait. I'll probably need to touch up on climbing first anyways, one thing at a time."

"We can go out now if you'd like. Any specific place in mind you have to do this or should I just pick any of the two million trees within the forest?" The white warrior muses gently as he turns for the camps exit. He wondered if anyone else would join them? He needed to get to know cats within SkyClan anyways and practice never hurt anyone.

  • MOTHPAW

    Skyclan - Apprentice - Female - 9 moons

Mothpaw could often be found where conversation was being had--she'd hate to miss out on something important. Besides, an excuse to go off climbing was one she wouldn't pass up. "So do you just plan to have me catch all of your meals for you then, Juniperpaw?" She joked as she came up alongside him, giving his ear a playful flick with her tail tip. Even if that were the real case, she probably wouldn't even mind. Mothpaw had a knack for speed and that came in handy when she was out hunting. She liked anything that occupied her paws anyways. She turned towards Berylbreeze and considered him for a moment. She wondered if he felt out of place at all, in a new territory and among all new clanmates. If she could help make that transition any easier, she'd certainly like to. "You'll definitely need to learn to climb if you want to be a true Skyclan warrior!" She said, a purr in the back of her throat. "With Juniperpaw and I helping you though, you'll be an expert in no time." She said firmly, but playfulness glinted within her amber eyes. He might be better off taking pointers from a seasoned Skyclan warrior, sure. But she was pretty confident that she and her cinnamon furred friend could manage quite well.
