  • 「 I take my pills, and I'm happy all the time—

Pinefall wasn't known to show his bad feelings; not wanting the younger cats to see the hardship at their current ages. Instead he always tried to keep a smile, hoping nobody could see through his deteriorating mask. Losing Jewelpelt and his kits had definitely taken a toll on the aging tom; now having a small bit of grey appearing on his muzzle. The Abyssinian wasn't all that old, meaning most would likely blame his appearance as stress-induced. Everything had fallen apart from the life he cherished moons ago....Conepaw had been the last part of it before he two disappeared. Nobody had yet spoken about Jewelpelt's reappearance around the warrior; meaning he was oblivious to the ex-deputy's return.

He never had the chance to speak with her when the kits were born. Their conversations had became less and less frequent just before he lost her for what felt like forever. Currently he was making himself over towards the freshkill pile, catching sight of a few young apprentices. A soft smile appeared on the tom's face, visualizing his own training. Maybe he could've gotten lucky enough to mentor one of them, though he would've been softer then most mentors around.

// My son Pinefall is finally being brought back from inactivity! Cannot wait to get him into plots again :)

  • Lets' Go Home

"Pinefall." The subtle mew would sound very close to the toms ear, and if he turned around he would see the intense glow of Nightblazes' amber gold eyes boring into him. The warrior had only recently been named, but she had been making an effort to branch out. She knew it was unhealthy to stay so attached to her brothers, though she loved them dearly as they really seemed to be the only ones who understood her wordless demeanor. She had gotten a small foothold in speaking to Oakridge, perhaps by reaching out to a clearly distracted clanmat, she could gain another, "You appear distracted. What is wrong."
