    stormy just returned to rc after living that ~rogue~ life and she definitely needs some friends that could help her get over all of the trauma she's gone through and maybe to teach her some compassion for anyone other than her brother (maybe some enemies too!!)

    she's a.. nasty girl, to say the least

    in summary, she's been through a lot in the short time she's been alive, and as a result of her tough childhood, she's kind of a monster

    she's deceitful, manipulative, violent, and just an asshole

    she's hard to get to know and she might drive/intimidate a lot of oc's away because of her nastiness, but she'll come around if she's given the time and effort, even if it's a little
