  • A lonesome howl tore through the expanse as the final rays of the sun coursed over the land peering down on her from the mountain tops. The young queen would stand tall on her perch, tail held high and wing splayed ever so slightly out to reign both dominance and regality that had been thrusted onto her. ”Solarians! Gather for another meeting!” It was getting easier now, with experience of more than two weeks on her side. She wasn't a natural, still wasn't great about going over business with direct precision but no one could say she wasn't trying her damned best. Save for Ryad.

She'd wait, pausing as the crowd gathered before she went on ”Firstly i'd like to extend a warm official welcome to DEVINE   robinpaw! neondemon   Amatus Casus   Angelbeats~   Frightfur Seraphim M. !   CHASINGATLANTIS.   CHASINGCOSMOS   georgie - she'd scan the group to look for their new slough of newcomers. Tail wagging for a brief moment than dropping as she took a loud breath ”We've also lost some members Geralt and Jaymoon have both left as well as Loki. Though they weren't here long I still would like to thank them though they are not with us for their brief service to the Kingdom” losing people always hurt but there was a certain guilt within her, that lingered and persisted. What had she done wrong?

She'd reclaim her small smile going onwards onto more happier things to split up what was bound to come ”Now promotions like always. There's so many faces that I've seen around all this week constantly helping out and being a great service to all of us. Almost all of you have been exceedingly productive this week and though I can't promote everyone i'd sure love to” she grins truly before nodding her head and going on, trying her best not to ramble like she usually did. Claes G.D.   Oceanbeats.   NINE-S if you all accept I want the three of you to join our Sunguard team. As well as them I'd like to promote HEAVENSWARD and Aether G.D. to Trailblazer! It's just a stepping stone rank but you two have been working hard ever since you joined! ” It was much more than her last meeting, it clearly showed just how much they were flourishing now that the ranks were filling up quickly.

”Shoutouts go to MEENAH //   Ryad and Aether. You three are doing great and keep it up.”she'd try to find Meenah in the crowd and Ryad if he'd even be capable enough of leaving the infirmary. ”Due to certain events.. I will not be choosing a Duskbreaker nor another Knight out of respect for Ryad, though this week my new Sunguard's i'd like you to split their workload with them.” she wouldn't blame Meenah for trying to kill her if she just expected her to handle both her and Ryad's duties. ”As well as that I want as many of you patrolling and enforcing our borders as possible. I'm also giving full permission to both our knights and guards to dish out any raids on the Exiles they want, i'm allowing capture but I will draw a line on extensive torture. We are Solarians not sadists” she'd bark, she didn't want them losing their pro-status. They were mean't to be honorable ad while Ver hypocritical was far from it that didn't mean those who served her had to follow in her paw steps. ”To kick this off MEENAH // if you could I'd like for you to host a raid to get back Lavendercrown for us who was recently captured” when she'd heard she'd lost her shit, and almost immediately wanted to run over there and fuck them all up herself. But she had some sense to know that was a suicide mission.

”On to more happy things...” she'd start again ”We've been invited to a Sleepover event hosted by the Sanctuary! I'd highly stress that we do our best to attend and give back to our longtime allies" she'd love to have more events again, she truly wanted to make the desert bustle with life. They had to throw something for everybody sometime, though she was a bit caught up to put together anything more than she already had on her plate. It could wait till after their excursion. ”As well as that i'd like to announce that we will be having our expedition soon. I announced this a while back but basically we'll be heading into the beach caves and excavating the area and spelunking. We would've already been done with it, but things happened and Fourths gone so I was a little to busy to carry it out until now" she explain before taking a breath. She knows what she has the address next. Nadine made her announcement so now it was Ver's turn to stand before them all.

How in the hell was she going to break this to them? ”I'm currently expecting an alliance litter...” she'd pause that didn't sound right ”Well I should say someone is expecting my litter. In order to ensure our clear neutrality with the ruins both me and Nadi- Incarnadine; Overseer of the Ruins are having these kids, to put a clear ceasefire on raids or attacks of any sort from their end” Solaris didn't attack neutrals so this affair was onesided, though had turned to something much much different due to both the truth of the matter of their conception and the fact she was now clearly dating her "mistress". ”And uh... With that meeting dismissed unless anyone wants to add something!"

  • WELL I THINK I'M GONNA BURN IN HELL —

Meenah nodded grimly, ready to take the responsibility on her shoulders of leading the rescue raid. She had rescued a captured Clanmate long long ago, but the way she went about it was extremely dangerous. This time, she’d have the backup of her fellow Solarians, and hopefully a smarter plan to lead to the least amount of injuries. “Will do, Queen Ver,” the Suncircle Knight responded, serious at the moment. This was her duty as an Knight and the time had come again to prove that she was here to protect her Clanmates. She nodded again, her expression softening when Ver gave her a shoutout for her efforts as well as the promotions of the others. She agreed that everyone deserved that recognition for all their hard work, and she thought about the fact that she was thoroughly grateful for all of them.

Then came the Dawningcrown’s final announcement, embarrassment entering her voice and crossing her expression. Meenah blinked, unexpected at the news of Ver having children, but she supposed she always ended up being surprised no matter who ended up giving this announcement. She was surprised when Lavendercrown gave this announcement too - and she remembered again why it was urgent to rescue him and his unborn children within him. But towards Ver, the wolf grinned. “Congrats on yer litter!” Meenah added cheerfully.

  • TAGS ☆彡at the call for the meeting, he'd slither over, adjusting his crimson gaze absentmindedly upon ver. he kind of listened to the words spewed from the leader, but at the same time, he totally didn't. if anything, the call of his name was what got him out of his daze, although he'd only slightly blink up at ver. what does a trailblazer do? he'd ask the queen unabashedly. did it incite world domination or something? probably not, but it'd be cool if it did.

  • The howl had caught Ramen’s attention with ease as he lay panting due to his body attempting to acclimate to the new environment they were in. Light brown eyes searched for their brother but alas Grayson hadn’t beaten them to the meeting area. Thus, the canine took a seat off to the side by themself, their eyes focused up on Ver. So she was who was in charge? The thought of being in charge made him quiver a little, quite honestly he wasn’t sure how Ver could stand up there with such vigor and confidence. Exhaling quietly to themself, Ramen perked his ears up when Ver began to speak. The announcements seemed to be concise which was nice considering his attention span, heck they had even heard their own name called in a simple greeting. Giving a gentle wag of his fluffy tail, the mixed breed attempted to focus their best on the rest of the announcements. However, occasionally Ramen would get sidetracked by something moving in the corner of their eye. It was a terrible thing, to try and make themself sit still and focused. Ah well, before Ramen knew it the meeting was over and the canine was making their way to go find something to eat.

  • Oceanbeats arrived as soon as the announcements had begun, and sat back on her haunches, tail swaying gently. Her ears were perked forward, attentive and positioned towards Ver as the female spoke. She was quiet as the announcements continued, starting first with welcomes and then promotions, in which she was included. Sunguard.. It had a nice ring to it, and she preferred it over Trailblazer. She was a bit surprised to be given the role as she hadn't felt as though she had contributed much, but apparently what she had done was seen through the eyes of their leader. She chirped a quiet 'thanks' before smiling brightly at Ver, tail now thumping against the ground. It seemed that her two friends had been promoted alongside her. She looked around for them for a moment, but settled back in her spot when she didn't see them. Oceanbeats was sure she'd see them. She wanted to congratulate them as they would her.

When the meeting ended, she stood, but stopped in her tracks when Aether asked what a Trailblazer did. She approached the male, her purple optics wide as she looked at him. "They welcome newcomers, make little events.. Minor things, but things we need for the group," Oceanbeats explained with a crooked smile, hoping her answer was good enough for him to understand and comprehend.

  • This would be his second meeting, wouldn't it? How... awesome. He had yet to show the true excitement he held in his chest whenever these sorts of gatherings would be called because he had been so thoroughly cautious before. It would be a lie if he had said he did not feel more at home here than anywhere else, even with YoRHa. It felt like he was truly living, truly a part of these people and actually mattering in their society where as, with YoRHa, it was rather easy to be replaced - after all, the only thing he'd retained after "dying" would be his memories and nothing else.

The ivory caracal would settle at the site of the meeting, seating himself by Oceanbeats this time around and offered a slight smile towards her. It seemed like he hadn't been late either as Ver began to comb through the announcements. He remained attentive throughout and as promotions were listed, he was once again surprised to hear his own name among those who were promoted. Sunguard. Palest eyes of blue stared at Ver almost incredulously, as if to ask "what did I do?" Nevertheless, he took the promotion offered with gratitude and pride. He dips his head steeply but waited until the meeting ended to voice his thanks. "Thank you Ver. I will not fail you." He then glanced to Oceanbeats, nudging her side slightly with an elbow and allowed for an easy grin to slip onto his face. "Congratulations to you, Oceanbeats."

  • Ver's howl for a meeting -- now familiar to him -- was something that caught his attention in the late evening hours. The Go Deo had been within the gardens and sorting through some things when the call sounded, and though he wished to stay for a moment longer to get himself together and reflect a bit -- reviewing anything from what he needed to do with patients to anything further -- Claes knew that he couldn't -- and shouldn't, rather -- delay getting there, lest he be late. So, gathering himself together and climbing to his paws, the fox would leave where he was and trod through the village. Rounding a few corners and arriving to the meeting place, Claes would spot both his brother and his friends. Claes paused in his steps, glancing between Aether and Oceanbeats as he faced his silent dilemma of sitting beside either of them. Shuffling his paws, Claes, seeing that his brother wasn't really sitting near anybody, Claes opted to sit next to him. Slinking over to Aether, Claes would give his brother a small nudge and smile in greeting. Though, he looked over to Oceanbeats with a warm smile, silently hoping she'd see his effort of at least communicating, though he wasn't quite sure if she would. Soon enough, though, the meeting started.

First was the greeting of new members. Claes remembered that, last meeting, he had remarked at how there were quite a few joiners -- by a few, he meant many -- though it seemed that number was just growing, growing, and growing under their semi-new dawningcrown. And, while the credit of it was none his own, Claes felt proud of Ver for bringing the clan back to its bustling, vibrant life. She was improving it day by day, truthfully.. But, anyways, the meeting was moving on.

Next up was promotions, in which his name, Oceanbeats, and Nine were all called to step up to the Sunguard team. Instantly, his face lit up with pride in both Oceanbeats and Nine-s, and he turned to look at them with bright smiles. Though he was close with Ocean, he wasn't so much with the other.. but truthfully, that wouldn't stop him from congratulating the other male. Next up, Joe and his brother were called. And instinctively, Claes swiveled to look at his brother beside him, and gave him a congratulatory nudge. "Good job, Aethie!" Claes would talk quietly, though with happiness, as the meeting went on.

This week, the guards were splitting the workload with both the knights and the duskbreakers, and with that Claes would nod his head in understanding. Certainly, that was doable. Next was a Sleepover event with the Sanctuary -- he was going to make sure he made it to that -- and then the resuming of the exploration thing. Claes would give brief nods to both. Though the next news that Ver spoke about the alliance litter was something that made his eyes light up with slight confusion, and slight shock. Litters were... a big deal. Having kids, and everything... but the one thing that made him uneasy, was the mention of the Sanguine Ruins. They're not all bad. Claes reminded himself, shaking the tension out of his bones. And with that, the male would give a quick 'congratulations' to Ver. And then, not a moment later, the meeting was dismissed.

Claes got to his paws, eyes searching for Ocean, to go congratulate her, at the very least. Though as soon as he found her again among the crowd, she was shuffling forwards towards both him and his brother. The newly-promoted sunguard opened his mouth to speak, though Ocean spoke first, explaining what a sunguard did. Slightly embarrassed that he had missed his brother's question, he would glance between the two, waiting to see if his brother understood. Though, within that time, Nine made his way over, as well, and Claes then spoke up to both of them, genuine care and happiness in his voice, "Congrats on your promotions!" the vulpine's gaze would shift between the caracal and the hybrid, "You both deserve it." Just in case they thought they didn't, because in truth, they really did. With that, Claes would simply smile, warmly, looking between his brother and the other two, unsure of what to do next, but not really wanting to leave, either.

  • "Stupid bitch. Stupid bitch making stupid decisions." Anger ignited within the man. Soft pawsteps brought him over to the rest of his clanmates, ebony eyes narrowed as he listened. Listened to her. "Oh how lovely, a pro-clan having a litter with an anti-clan," he whispered. "Skank. I pray tooth and claw to get what I want. I'm sorry I'm no privileged cunt with two girlfriends and an equally large mouth. A high position in what, three clans? Fuckin' Ruins, fucking stupid bullshit. Why the hell did Fourth make you leader? Did you sleep with him too?" "Congratulations everyone. And I can handle myself well enough. My body may be burnt, but my spirit still remains," though his words are uttered through gritted teeth, and he digs his claws into the dirt violently. "I ... " What use did he have for thinking anymore?

  • To sell your body for an alliance wasn't all that much news for him. It used to be common practice back in the day, and it was even more common practice back when he was a child. People would become partnered with people from other tribes to cement alliances and prevent disputes. Paddra and Haerii had a storied history of these marriages, he had been offered one of the "princess'" hands in marriage - a princess to a priest. Shame the whole thing didn't come to pass, even if he was about as far away from a family man as possible.

The rest means very little to him. The Exiles are still of course the Exiles, precious little has changed on that front and he finds himself unable to act like he cares. If one of them tries to grab him, well, they are welcome to deal with Alexander as much as they wish to. He gives his congratulations, although not sure who to give them so he just follows the crowd and leaves.

  • — Joe had arrived a bit late, arriving after Ryad and a good number of the other Solarians, but she was still in time for most of the announcements. She was pleased with them, for the most part. Everyone was getting the recognition they deserved, she felt like. The hybrid had been lacking recently, but even she had gotten promoted to some sort of rank. "Congratulations," she managed to chirp out before Ver continued talking. Along with those were the sleepover and some raids, which Heavensward made a mental note to attend.

Things grew iffy when Ver announced her children... rather, her future children. She was close enough to Ryad to hear his small remark, which surprised her; she'd always assumed that he and Ver were on good terms. He was one of her knights after all, wasn't he? But maybe it was more complicated than that. Either way, she made no comment on it, staying silent. Having children with an anti-clan? It wasn't really all that bad, was it?
