    Featherpaw stood in the clearing of the camp-everything seemed out of place, but she was still getting use to being here in Thunderclan, and some of the cats here weren't so bad, and she felt like she could call this home. She was up early and was preparing to get ready for training-her eyes scanned the clearing for her mentor, Thunderclan's deputy Moonwatcher before spotting her not far away. Hesitantly the she-cat began to walk up to her, the small fluffy tortoiseshell she-cat eyes looked up at her, to her Moonwatcher was like a rolemodel, someone she could look up too as well as brave. "A-are we going to be training today?" she asked the deputy as soon as she approached the she-cat. She already knew Thunderclan's territory from her visit when she was still a kit, wanting to see Crimsonpaw-her friend, and here she is now a thunderclan apprentice training with him. Was he okay with her joining Thunderclan or totally against the idea of her leaving Shadowclan just to join? She didn't know, and besides Summerpaw made it clear-she wasn't welcomed back at Shadowclan.


    Feather paw sat down as she awaited for her mentor's answer-hopefully some other mentors and apprentices would join, she'd love to get to know her knew clanmates-if of course they would want to get to know her, or would they call her what Summerpaw had called her? A traitor and clan abandoner? Perhaps Scalepaw would want to join this training? Probably not. She curled her tail around her paw and looked up at Moonwatcher, like a kit her eyes were wide and full of admiration

    Moonwatcher had sighed after stepping out of Blackstars den and reporting to him about the rats further activity. The damn things were getting closer by the day, and it caused her to feel like ants were crawling through her pelt. Her worry would have consumed her if not for the soft voice of her newest ward. Gentle and patient golden hues would train onto the small tortoiseshell. After the horrible outbursts at the meeting by that shadowclan apprentice, Moonwatcher had felt even more compelled to make sure Featherpaw and Scalepaw felt included in the clan.


    A soft chuckle would slip past her maw as she flicked the apprentices' ear with her tail, "Of course we are training today. I still need to see where you're skills are." The silver she-cat would rise to her paws and purr lightly, "I won't go easy on you."

    Hearing her mentor's reply made her eyes brightened up like a spark as she shifted, her tail lashed excitedly "I won't let you down Moonwatcher" she said happily. she didn't care what Summerpaw had to say-her little outburst was all proof she needed to know that she didn't belong into Shadowclan, and besides she was feeling more home here in Thunderclan than at there. She jumped up on her paws eager to get ready to train, her eyes full of eagerness and admiration for Moonwatcher. Her ears were perked up excitedly "so what are we going to be doing today? Hunting? Sparring?" she wondered "or are we going to clean the elder's nest?" she said as a disgusted look appeared on her face-her tongue slightly sticking out like she had smelled fox dung for the first time in her life.

    A light laugh would bubble from her throat at Featherpaws' face and she shook her head, "No elders den today, however you WILL have to do chores like that eventually." She would beckon her apprentice to follow her with a flick of her tail and then started towards the leaders den, "I would like to show you the territory today, and see how much of the Warrior Code you know and understand." She would slip out of the camp entrance and take a deep cleansing breath before turning to make sure Featherpaw could catch up, "Did any cat in Shadowclan teach you the code while you lived there?"

    She followed Moonwatcher close by before pausing and tilting her head at the Deputy "the warriors code?" she asked her curiously before pausing and begin to think about if she ever remember hearing it. Slowly she shook her head and looked up at Moonwatcher "I don't remember, I left soon as I became an apprentice. I felt so...Out of place when I was there and couldn't stand being there any longer" she explained to Moonwatcher before looking at her paws a bit embarrassed "and normally my denmates would argue with each other and drag me into it-- Fighting over who I liked more as a friend but I couldn't decide on that. My other siblings--other than Scalepaw ignored me" she explained to her "My other mother, Ravenwatcher was always busy with Warrior duties and my other mother took care of us and sheltered us. Uhm...I also found out that I was adopted" she stated calmly to her. "C-could you possibly explain the warior code to me?" she asked Moonwatcher.

    Moon would come to a stop at the top of a tiny hill where Featherpaw would be able to see a better view of Thunderclan and beyond. She would turn and smile down at the she-cat beside her and meow warmly, "Of course I will teach you. I am your mentor after all. We will reflect on one code a day. That way if you have questions we can focus on them." Moonwatcher would then turn to face Featherpaw and meow a little more seriously then before, "On that note, the first code we learn is, "Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle." She would then smile to Featherpaw and purr, "In line with that, Come, we are going to the sandy hollow to begin your battle training."

    Featherpaw listened to her words as she viewed the Thundeclan territory wide-eyed. Looking up at Moonwatcher a smile appeared on her maw and her gaze was filled with admiration for the deputy. "Defend your clan, Even with your life" she echoed back before tilting her head to listen to the older she-cat and her words as a frown appeared on her maw "but...I wasn't from Thunderclan first, I was from Shadowclan...Does that make me a traitor for joining Thunderclan?" she asked her curiously confusion appearing in the fluffy tortoiseshell's face looking up at the deputy wondering what she had to say for Featherpaw's question. Turning to face her mentor completely the she-cat looked up at Moonwatcher with an upset look on her face and her tail twitching curiously wondering what she had to say. "What kind of moves are you going to teach me today?" she asked her-forgetting about her earlier question completely as her face went from being confused to wide-eyed as she was clearly excited to learn a few battle moves.
