  • Andrew laughed. "Neither." Instead of giving her further explanation, he laid down. He gazed up at the ceiling, one arm behind his head. He sighed softly. "I have a surprise for you tomorrow," he said as he closed his eyes.

  • Aria bit her lip before getting changed into some pajamas. She watched him "Oh do you?"She frowned "Well then I can't wait."She laid beside him and turned on her side facing him "Goodnight Andrew"She murmured before she fell into a deep sleep.

  • Andrew didn't sleep; he didn't need to. Instead, he wrapped an arm gently around her. He held her throughout the night, watching over her. Nothing could keep him from her side.

  • The next morning she woke up from a slight nightmare. She buried herself into his chest for comfort half asleep. Soon she fully woke up and realised what she was doing “oh sorry”she murmured and sat up some to wipe her eyes

  • Aria breathed some as she felt his arms around her she instantly grew calmer "I had a bad dream..it was nothing that Im not used to"She replied. The girl was just glad it wasn't a night terror. Those often hit her the hardest. "Im fine now though..thanks to you"

  • Andrew kissed her forehead. "Do you want to talk about the dream?" he asked her gently. He stroked her cheek, humming softly. He glanced out the window; the sun would be rising soon.

  • “No. I don’t want to start the day on a low note”she yawned some more and managed to fall asleep again until dawn. She woke up and got dressed for the day. “So what’s the surprise you had in store?”she asked with a smiled glad to think something new was happening today. She hadn’t spent this much time with him before and so far it was going well.

  • Andrew held out his hand. "Take my hand and you'll find out," he said wistfully. He was not going to give up his secret yet. No, he was going to have find with this. "Don't be afraid. I don't bit too hard," he joked.

  • Andrew chuckled as he pulled her into his chest. He swung her up, carrying her bridal style. "Close your eyes," he whispered. Then he ran. It only took him seconds to reach their destination. Stopping, he set her down gently on her feet. He kept his arms wrapped around her waist as he guided her to the edge. "Open your eyes," he told her. They were standing on the side of the mountain, on an edge overlooking the valley and lake below. He rested his head on her shoulder, swaying them gently back and forth.

  • Aria did as she was told. She felt the fresh air on her and bit her lip before opening her eyes. She realised what he was doing. He was testing her trust in him. “This is really high up”she murmured gently. “I’m a little nervous. But you got me right?”she moved her arms over his.

  • Andrew kissed her cheek. "I always got you," he promised. He gazed out over the valley and sighed softly. "I'm not really good at this date thing. How am I doing?" he asked. He raised his head from her shoulder, sniffing the air. He knew he would have to hunt soon, but he did not want to leave Aria. He sighed. He needed to talk to her, but he didn't know how.

  • Aria blushed some "Uh to be honest you are doing pretty good.."She admitted "Very original ideas.."She hummed gently as she felt the air carry her hair off her shoulders in the breeze. She hummed more "You know..Im surprised you've spent so much time with me. You have needs.."She knew too well what he would have to do. "I was thinking, I could have a quiet night of reading by the rockpool while you..do whatever."

  • Andrew was quiet. He studied her out of the corner of his eye, trying to gauge her emotions. "I won't lie. I do need to....feed. However, I don't want to leave you either. Damion still believes he has a claim to you, and I would not put it past him to try to steal you from me." He somewhat tightened his hold on her. He moved his mouth to her ear. "We are going to have to talk soon, Aria. You have choices to make." He spoke gently, struggling to keep his monstrous side in check. "But we won't right now. Right now, I just want you to enjoy the view."

  • Aria relaxed more in his embrace and listened, liking how honest he was "I know you don't want to leave me..but what choice do we have? I think it would be more dangerous if I was around when you hunted..I could distract you"She was worried for him. When he talked about choices she sighed "I know..how about on the last day here..or day before. We can talk then and just enjoy each others company"She hoped he was ok with the idea. She hadn't been out on holiday ever in her life so wanted to enjoy it to the max.

  • Andrew hummed softly. "How about this? I'll wait with you until you go to sleep, then I will go." It was clear from his tone he had made up his mind. He stood up a little straighter, sighing softly. "And we will talk after the vacation. I want to enjoy our time together before we have to go back to the 'real world." He smirked at his own joke. He suddenly lifted her up, holding her bridal style once more. He grinned at her like a little boy before he suddenly jumped off of the edge. He kept his grip tight as they fell to the ground some five hundred feet below. When they landed in a field, Aria did not even feel the impact

  • Aria nodded glad that they had a plan "You can do that how many times you need too I wont mind"She smiled some and gripped onto him tight and had to close her eyes for the jump since it shocked her. "Crap"She murmured as she opened them again "You really are some kind of super hero aren't you."She teased with a chuckle.

  • Andrew laughed. He kept her in his arms as he began walking. "I don't know about superhero, but if that's what you want, that's what I will be," he told her, smiling. He stopped once he reached the lake. He sat her on her feet, but he kept his arms around her. He didn't want to let her go

  • Aria hummed as she felt the floor again "I want you to be Andrew..I've got a long time to spend with you..to unravel who you are."She chuckled some and took her shoes off and slowly pulled him with her to the lake so she could dip her feet in. "Its real pretty on this island..I like how its just us here. I don't do well with crowds.."
