    Her paw's ached-her eyes were full of tiredness as she stepped onto Thunderclan's border, tail curling around her paws as she awaited for a Thunderclanner to appear. Was what she was doing right? Or was it wrong? What would her mothers say to her? and what would her friend's say about her once they found out that she had joined Thunderclan. Her gaze watched the zone with careful wide eyes as she prayed that they will allowed her to join-she had no other real place to go other than here and couldn't dare turn around and go back to Shadowclan when they must've known by now she had left now and if she returned what would she tell them? That she had try to leave Shadowclan just to be in Thunderclan? Or that she had fallen for a thunderclanner-by mistake like the hopeless romantic cat she was? No, that would be bad and they probably wouldn't dare take the she-cat back. Letting a low sigh escape her maw. The she-cat had no realization that her silent brother had followed the she-cat all the way here.."Im a fool"

    "Well, Who do we have here so late at night?" A mix of moonlight and shadow would appear like magic before the apparent lost soul, golden hues smoldering within the borders of pitch black around her eyes. The Thunderclan deputy would step gracefully up to the border line and her tail would swish behind her in curiosity as she tilted her head, "You have Shadowclans' scent on you, what are you doing so far from your camp?"

    Featherpaw's eyes widen before looking up at the deputy-her maw half open before she shuffled her paw and stood up and looked up at her with a nervous look before deciding to say something "I-I want to join Thunderclan. I have no true home in Shadowclan" she stated nervously-her paws shifting a bit to meet Moonwatchers gaze "m-my name if Featherpaw" she said warily. She was tired, her paws ache and anxiety clawed at the she-cat's belly. She wasn't sure what the deputy would say and many thoughts run through her mind and her ears were flat across her skull. "I never felt like I fitted in Shadowclan...Its not my home-its my mother's home but not mine" she said with a pleading look.

    The she-cats gaze would narrow slightly in concern as the young cat spoke and she waited for her to finish before meowing gently, "Your mother is probably worried sick about you....does she know you left to join us?" Her heart would feel for the mother who might be back in Shadowclan, frantic about her missing kits. Or maybe she was dead. Moonwatcher of course couldn't possibly know, but this also begged the question of whether or not Sorrelstar or her deputy would come looking for her themselves. But still, after looking Featherpaw over, she knew that it would be cruel to send the young one away this late at night when there would be owls and other predators could be sniffing around. With a heavy sigh she would meow, "I am only deputy, so I can not say for sure whether of not you may stay, however..." She allowed her expression to take on some level of warmth as she continued, "I am not cruel enough to make you trek all the way back to Shadowclan this late at night..." Her nose would suddenly twitch and her gaze would look past Featherpaw as she meowed, "But it would appear you did not come alone."




    scalepaw had followed after featherpaw. maybe because he did not want to be alone, and figured that featherpaw was just going on a walk. but they had walked for a while.. and ended up here. thunderclan, apparently. scalepaw didn't want to be here, he wanted to go back but there was no way he would go without her, but berrybounce.. berry would be sad, and he could not deal with that.. how come featherpaw left in the first place? "f-featherpaw..?" the quiet tom finally spoke up, before his eyes widened at moonwatcher, claws sliding out, in a natural defensive move for him. he did not like unfamiliarity, and this cat was definitely was.

    She listened to Moonwatcher's words before a familiar voice perked her ears. Whirling around the she-cat stared at her brother with wide eyes "Scalepaw? I thought you were asleep" she said with shock as a frown appear upon her maw and she turned to face Moonwatcher and shook her head "m-my mother is dead..." she lied before glaring at Scalepaw hoping that he'd go along with her lie. She didn't want to be sent back to Shadowclan, no she never wanted to go back there-thats not her home. Looking back at Moonwatcher her eyes brightened up a bit before she nodded "I-I hope I can join the clan. I don't want to go back to Shadowclan...I never felt at home there" she meowed softly.

    The silver she-cat would simply smile in understanding as Scalepaw unsheathed his claws. He smelled of Shadowclan as well, and but his demeanor she wondered if he was simply trying to convince Featherpaw to come back home. All the same, it was late. "Put your claws away, young one, I will not harm you, and neither will any cats in Thunderclan. Scalepaw was it?" She would meet the young toms gaze with a confident, reassuring glow, "I won't make you stay in Thunderclan, as that appears to be only Featherpaws' wish, but I can not in good conscious allow you both to wander around the woods at night. You will rest in camp, and Blackstar will make his judgement of Featherpaw in the morning, and Scalepaw, we will send you home. Is that understood?"
