"Indeed. And we'll live through this, I'm sure." Lastbastion gave a slight chuckle at Ver, then blinked as a crow flapped by, cawing loudly. "Stupid bird. We should eat it."

Sunpaw grinned devilishly. "Bet I can catch it," he replied, jumping towards the crow.

"Damn bird, it's like it's taunting us." Ada grumbled in bitter tone after he nods at Glaz's response though there is certainly a smile on his lips as he watches Sunpaw's efforts.

The crow shrieked in anger as it felt small, sharp paws clawing at its back. It fell to the ground with a few furious wing-flaps. Lastbastion gasped.
