Emma looked away , trying to restrain her own whimper.

“M-ma arm...” He bit his lip, the weakest stifled sob barely escaping him

"It's okay, we're gonns get help," she whispered weakly, looking around.

“Tiara...!” The gizoid called out, looking around slowly.
The dolphin’s head popped out from the water, looking over.
“?”

Emma looked up at her.

The dolphin swam over, looking up from the water.
“‘Ello governor, what’s up?”
“We need to get Joey some help, and you can get up and down between the main land and here... please, could you go get someone?”
“...” She nodded slowly

Emma looked down at Joey weakly.

“Give me a couple of ticks, and I’ll be back!” The dolphin turned, slipping back into the water.
Gine knelt down, leaning Joey against a wall.
“Emma, could you keep an eye on him please...? Then I can keep an eye out for that... thing”

Emma nodded, swallowing the lump in her throat.

Gine turned and slowly stood, before going back around the corner towards the palace.

Emma looked down at Joey, ears drooping.

Joey winced weakly, forcing himself to look up to her slowly.
“E-Ems... a-are ya ok...?”

"No, no-- i mean, yes, but don't move..." she weakly put her hands on his good shoulder.

He nodded slowly, leaning back against the wall with a weak grunt.
“G-gah, it ‘eally ‘urts...”

"You shouldn't have tried to fight that thing," she whimpered, looking down at him.

“I-I... I thought I could take ‘im...” He murmured weakly “I didn’t think...”

"It's twice your size and has giant arm things!"

“B-but ya know what they say... the bigger they are, the harder they fall...” He chuckled weakly then winced “An’... I didn’t expect it ta be so fast...”
