    The warden smiled some and he scooted closer,

    "You know how your dad seems very tired and worn out? Well hes been doing everything all by himself, you know if you joined the training program you would be able to help your daddy, maybe hebwoudlnt get hurt as often, know what I mean?"

    He whispered to him soflty


    Clay shook his head,

    "Alexa your so much more stronger than me, I promise you that. Your giving birth to another baby that is probably stronger than me alone. Surviving this makes you stronger. You got this baby..."

    He told her in a hushed tone and he held her close to him, rubbing her belly soflty

    Cody raised his eyebrows some, he didn't want his family to be hurt. So the moment he said he could help he nodded "I'll do whatever to help Mommy and Daddy"He promised them. "What do I have to do?"He asked


    Alexa shook her head before burying her head in his neck some glad for his comfort "Ill see if I can get you to visit daily for my health.."She murmured as she calmed "Maybe thats my power huh? A baby factory for the military"She joked some despite her own pains.

    Warden grinned,

    "Nothing for today, I want you to rest up and then I'll come by to get you in the morning while mommy sleeps. It's very important that you do not tell them you are doing this olay?"

    He told him soflty before taking a bite of his food and patting the boy in the shoulder


    Clay smile and slightly chuckled,

    "I love you Alexa"

    He said soflty as he kissed her,

    "You know you can talk to me whenever you want. I usually dont go that far to not hear you"

    He told her as he looked up at the time and sighed,

    "I'm fixing to half to go"

    Cody nodded "Thank you"He replied as he promised to not tell his parents. He ate up his food and brought some cake back to his parents, two slices each. Alexa noticed "I know Clay, but theres talking to you and then being held by you. Cody needs you around as well."She sighed some "If the wardens coming to get you Ill speak with him.."She promised knowing that this was a rare occasion she could take advantage off.

    Clay nodded as he looked over at the door, seeing cody walk in,

    "Hey, have a good lunch?"

    He questioned soflty as he extended an arm out to him. He missed his family, missed holding them and all of the above

    Cody set the tray down and went over to cuddle with them "Yes.."He replied "I saw the guy but he got me lunch and left."He lied and Alexa stroked his hair "Well, one nice thing about it here is the food.."She replied "Your dad might have to go soon.."She sighed and Cody held his dad tighter "Not yet."He murmured into his chest.


    Idk why but I have this scene in my head, were maybe the baby is born..or a year old and Alexa and Clay manage to take down this branch of government. I had this scene where Alexas got a gun to the wardens head and he dies smiling..)

    Oooo that sounds super interesting but how should we approach getting it to that point?))


    Clay hugged him tightly as he kissed his head,

    "I know cody... I'll be back though, hopefully sooner than later."

    He whsipered before the nurse walked in,

    "Clay are you ready? The warden has some testing he needs you to go through"

    She said sweetly as she held the door open for him

    Maybe they decide to stay because Alexa is too weak to travel and the baby needs help. But then they find out Cody was being trained and decide to be safe they have to destroy the danger)


    Alexa sighed some and kissed Clay goodbye before Cody hugged him tight and let go. He watched his dad go and knew that would be him soon. Alexa watched him go, she looked at the nurse "Um..can you get the warden in here please? I wanna talk to him..whenever hes free."

    Clay waved them goodbye before going out with the nurse,

    "I'll send him in"

    The nurse told her soflty before shutting the door. Clay walked into the testing room and sighed as he sat down in the chair, resting both of his arms on the arm rests with his palms up,

    "Just hurry up..."

    He sighed as the nurse began to put the Ivs in injecting a thick material into him, causing him to winces slightly

    Alexa waited for the warden for a good hour before hearing him enter. "Cody why don't you ask a guard to take you outside for play"She hushed him out and Cody did as told because he loved making his parents happy. Alexa looked at the warden "I wanted to ask if Clay could visit more often, even if its once a week..I've been so sick without him..I know theirs a war on and you're very busy...but I think it could really help me make it through this pregnancy alive. Besides. Thats what you want, me to survive for another pregnancy.."She said quietly "To produce more weapons."She knew all too well why he allowed them here. "Cause If Clay is strong..the kids must be the same but different with different powers..I bet right now your trying to see if you can transplant powers to other solderers.."She said it calmly and rather matter O fact.

    The warden grinned the more she talked and crossed his arms slightly,

    "Your a very smart women Alexa, I will see what I can do but if I'm going to be honest, Clay, as you call him is actually getting weaker. To simplify it alittle more, hes dying"

    His grin never faded as he told her the horrid news,

    "His healing factors are starting to fail and the harder he pushes the worse it gets. Trust me that I'm trying to get him back up to par with all the testing but so far hes just a unstable angry mess"

    He admitted as he began to walk around the room,

    "With him gone within maybe a couple years if not less what are you to do with two powerful children..."

    Alexa tried to keep a calm face when he began to talk about her love dying, but it was hard and you could see it in her eyes. She knew she had to give it up. She breathed some "Cody.."She murmured "If its the episodes speeding his death up..Cody can stop them, its one of his powers.."She decided she had to tell him in order to save Clay, she just hoped he wouldn't hate her for it. "If you need to test him, or do anything..I want to be the one to know first and the one to agree to it, I let you have my partner, I wont give up my son so easily to you and your fiends."

    the warden seem all to amused with her information and nodded a bit,

    "We'll test it out mater today. Maybe sooner than later"

    He said sofltly as he looked down at his phone,

    "Are you sure your son is ready to see his father in tha type of state? I'm not sure you realize how bad it truly is"

    He informed her before grabbing the remote and switching through the cameras into the testing room where Clay currently was.


    He was sitting in the chair for a bit, coughing before finally just ripping the ivs out and pulling up a massive amount of blood. The nurses tried to grab him before with one flip of his arm to attempt to get them away he snapped one of the women's necks, falling to his hands and knees and gasping as his body began to burst into a abnormally large flame

    Alexa sat up and shifted till she was comfy with the bump in the way. She watched the tv and gasped some seeing him attack she breathed some to keep calm before shaking her head “Cody would break seeing that..”she held back tears and held herself “find a way to keep clay restrained or mildly sedated..”she knew clay could kill her and Cody in a heartbeat with such rage. She had to be careful. “Shit..I...clay needs some rest for a bit even you know that. Otherwise he won’t be able to make any doodlers either and you would lose a valuable project”she knew what was happening but had no idea how to play it. She knew how to make the warden like her and keep her family alive

    Warden watched the TV as the guards came in and carefully got restraints around his wrists and held him in one spot, trying their best to calm him,

    "I know he does but I have deadlines I have to meet with him"

    He explained to her before sighing and rubbing his eyes with his index finger and his thumb,

    "I cam maybe get him the next day or two free but u cant trust to leave him in here with yall alone"

    He told her as he saw Clay finally relax and slowly lay down on the floor, breathing hard as he laid in a puddle of his own blood, closing his eyes and trying to relax.

    Alexa sighed “I know he can’t be trusted alone.”she felt awful. She knew she wouldn’t have much time with him unless they could cure him of such episodes. She felt a slight twangs if pain and rubbed her stomach some “thanks anyways..”she sighed some “moment Cody comes back you can take him for an hour..”she replied “just try to clean that mess up”she laid back down and stared at the ceiling as Cody returned and went over to hug her

    The warden watched a Cody came in and waited for him to check on his mother before he walked over to him,

    "Hey cody. You mom wants you to come with me to help daddy really quick"

    He told him soflty as he gently grabbed his hand,

    "Itll be real fast"

    Cody looked at them and Alexa smiled some “you’ll be fine I promise..”she said weakly and Cody nodded. He walked with the warden till he saw his dad in the room. Luckily the blood was cleared up. He rushed over “daddy?”he asked hoping he was alright “what do I dos?”he asked the warden since he had asked him to help

    Clay was leaned up against the wall when they walked in,

    "Cody?"

    He questioned as he raised a hand to him and gently cupped his cheek,

    "Why are you with him..."

    He glared up at the warden and let out a deep breath,

    "Cody is here to help you Clay, he has had permission from his mother so I dont see you having much of a chocie but to expect this. Shes actually still watching right now, I left the cameras on for her"

    Clay looked at Cody and shook his head,

    "You are to young for this Cody... I dont want you helping this man... hes not a good person..."

    He whsipered to him as he grabbed his hand,

    "I know you want to help but I dont want him seeing g what you can do..."

    Alexa got comfy and ate what she could for lunch. She knew clay wouldn’t like it.


    Cody sighed some and touched his dads hand that was on his cheek “he said it’s to help you..”he replied quietly “momma look so scared I gotta do this..you told mes to be strong daddy and that what I do..”he promised and knew now this was about him being able to stop his dads episodes. “I fix you”he murmured *i won’t dhow them what else I can do* he sent before touching his dads arm. The marks and cuts starting to heal slowly
