Mario grunted before suddenly, he tripped on a part of the rug that was sticking out, making the cake go flying. And since off of the candles were lit, they set fire to the curtains that were hanging by the windows “!!”

"O-oh dear!!"

Toadsworth start evacuating everyone now!” Mario grabbed the phone and dialed 911

"O-of course, Master Mario!"

Mario got on the line with the 911 operator
“Hello?! Can you hear me?! This is Mario speaking!! A Fire has broken out at the castle!”

"Of course, we'll be on our way immediately!"

“Alright, But... hurry!”

"Of course!"

Mario ran through the castle looking for Peach and Joey “Peach! Joey! Where are you?!”

Toadsworth sweatdropped, looking about quickly

Eventually they found Peach... or rather they found her body. She had already died from smoke inhalation due to being trapped inner room, since Toadsworth and Mario were surprising her with her cane and she didn’t know about the fire

"O-oh no...!"

“N-no...” Mario said sadly

"I... I can't believe this...!"

Suddenly the smoke started coming into the room as the Fire rose up “Toadsworth, run!” Mario said

"A-are you sure?!"

“Yes I’m sure!”

"O-ok, but please be safe!"

He nodded
*after a few more minutes
Mario came out of the castle, but couldn’t find Toadsworth and still hadn’t done kind Joey “Toadsworth?! Joey?!”
