Defenders of the realm from another world! (Isekai roleplay, everyone welcome!)

    Right guys! Here's the thread, I'll just mention a few basic rules and a very vague plot line for us all. After that just a basic form, I'm not gonna put one in here, just make sure it's got all the basics we need in it to rp!


    Rules:

    No Powerplaying! Everyone will have strengths and weaknesses due to class choices and personalities, and not everyone will be natural fighters in this!


    No Gary Sues! Nobody is perfect after all!


    Don't make every plot about you! Every one of our characters will have our time to shine, so you don't have to be in a rush.


    I won't put any set classes in so that everyone can choose what their character does, but make sure that it is more or less fair and has it's flaws!


    Different species will be allowed, however whatever race you choose your character to be just make sure that they all have their own weaknesses.


    Plot:

    Transported to another world, our heroes are welcome to this new world by the King himself, who explains the existance of dimensional rifts that let monsters from another world pour in periodically!


    There are rifts open in places all over the world similar to these, but often on a much smaller scale. Monsters that come from these usually just inhabit the areas around where they came from, creating dungeons full of monsters and treasures!


    Our characters goals are to become strong enough to protect the kingdom from these rifts, whilst trying to find themselves in this massive new world! There will be action, tragedy, romance and most importantly, adventure!


    Whilst this plot is pretty vague it will leave some space for mini plots, and finally build up to a grand finale!

    Skills: good at magic an potion skills but is horriblr at socialiing ith normal human becuase he never met one before the rp is great at complex tomes and acient texts but can bearly understand modern language . is great at finding herbs ad the like to heal others but is horrid at figuring out how to explain to use them.

    Bunnicula sorry but I think you will need to change your form up a bit. And maybe do some research on Isekai just to get a rough idea of what's going on. The world we get transported from is like a world identical to our own- Devoid of magic and supernatural creatures, which is why coming to the new world would be such a shock to them, but that also means the Smurfs don't exist! They can however be summoned as one of the common humanoid races of this other world (Elves, demi-humans, demon race, etc.)
