  • hole in my soul, don't know how to fill it up

"BlizzardClan, the Exiles have taken Gray. We're going on a raid to rescue them," Aleksei called coolly. Though his voice was back to its usual neutral, he still felt that familiar itch tickling at the back of his mind, tempting him to just eviscerate the Exiles like the degenerates they were. "Our first focus is to retrieve Gray. All adult Exile combatants are fair game to kill or capture."

sweet dreams are made of this

A shiver rain down the length of the kitten's spine. BlizzardClanners going missing, being spirited away in the night by an unseen enemy was a chilling thought, one that deeply disturbed her - not only was she uncapable of being able to do anything to protect those around her, she herself was completely defenceless against any threat, and these feelings of helplessness coiled in her stomach and sat there, cold stones that refused to shift. Bonnie chewed her lip absently, her tail wafting from side to side across the earth in miniscule movements.

It was good, though, that Aleksei had no intention of taking this lying down, that the Exiles would feel the full force of the Clan's fury. No man left behind. Those brutes would be shown that BlizzardClan was not weak, and that this behaviour would not be tolerated. And Bonnie would sit at home, willing them on.

-- The Exiles, in his experience, weren't as strong as they claimed to be. They were all talk, and when it came to it, they couldn't keep a hold on those they captured. That was good news for BlizzardClan, seeing as this raid was to retrieve one of their members and bring them home. Gabriel was set on participating despite the injuries he had suffered due to the attack from the dragon who had recently appeared.

  • nothing burns like the cold.

There was a dry snort from Tsubodai at his nephew's announcement. He was not all too surprised that the Exiles had reared their ugly heads again. They were rats, and once the rats got bold enough to creep out from their hole, they would be beaten back once more. It had been a while since he last stretched his claws, so Tsubodai was almost a bit eager to strike at this long-time enemy.

  • ✦✦✦ Spotteddream was there in mere moments at the very implications of a raid. A member of their group was wrongfully arrested, which called for retaliation on BlizzardClan's behalf. She aimed to brush her flank against Bonnekit's as she came to a serene halt before Aleksei. It was a shame that raids had become a customary event for BlizzardClan, and sometimes, she questioned her own ability to be involved in such matters. Nevertheless, these undertakings were necessary for the safety and well-being of her clanmates, which provided all the motivation she needed to carry out her task. With that, all that was left to do was wait for Aleksei's command.

  • ・゚ ✦ ° LITTLE FANG - She felt a rage fester in side of her upon hearing the news. The exiles has taken Gray, they may not have been close but he was still her clanmate he was close to her age. She’d do what she could to make sure he came back safe and sound! The exiles were cruel, and from what she heard they were universally hated for their brutality. A group that deserved to be purged for what they did- no what they were doing to Greyskies. The pup strode towards the group, steps evenly paced and made with a purpose. Her eyes were focused on Aleksei.

"Sir, please can I join the fight." she asked, dipping her head and doing her best to temper her voice. "I’m six months old now and i’m capable I promise, even if I’m standing on the sidelines I’ll do what I can to help out." she refused to be a burden or an accident anymore. Her fire would be used only to help, not to burn down ally structures, not to singe beloved clanmates but to assist in defeating the exiles.

    "SPEECH."

  • Canoris padded up, wondering if her birds were ready for a real fight. The blind wolf was eager to test it, especially if Aleksei said they could kill... Though that extra excitement did worry and sicken her.

She was distracted from that when Candela spoke up, asking to join. She stifled her immediate, automatic response, thought about it, took a deep breath and said, "Candela can go. If it was up to me." She deserved a chance, having shown evidence she could handle scenarios like this.

  • Persephone was dumb, yes. Her ambitions were far beyond the capabilities of herself, and she was definitely bound to put herself in awful situations. However... Uh... No, there's no however. Percy wanted to prove herself, wanted to be in the action. The Exiles had done a big no-no, and truly the Cartel could be right behind them. It could be a learning experience, yes? Persephone pulled her wings by her side, ears pinned back as she joined her father's side silently. Candela may be tact enough to ask, but Percy knew with enough perseverance, she'd be able to just go without being questioned.

  • IM JUST A FULL TANK AWAY FROM FREEDOM —

    Leifsdottir snorted.

The sound was dry, and full of feigned amusement. That bastard had told her that he could lead the next active raid. No, when it boiled down to it, Aleksei, as competent a leader as he was, was as full of insincerity as the next Blizzardclanner. As for the news that they would be raising the Exiles of all places, the Paladin Commander couldn't say that she was exactly surprised. That group was filled with individuals worth less than the dirt she walked on. "Hmm." Was all the large black dragon murmured before stalking off in the direction of stone boats that brought individuals down from the island. As much as she didn't want to admit it, she still didn't know how to fly.

  • "i'll be joining as well," millie said softly as she made her way over. she was very nervous for this raid, because she had been injured pretty heavily in her last one back in the sanctuary. nevertheless, there was a sort of rush she always got before attending a raid.
