❝ our hearts shall burn ❞ question first, would you rather my oc be a female or male? i’m fine with either, but it’s whatever you see the plot running more smoothly with. as for plot ideas, maybe during or leading into the relationship they develop, one of them is continuously pursued by another, perhaps even leading to juicy conflict and potential CHEATING (oOoo)? or maybe all the press that the famous character gets is not something that the normal character is easily accepting of and it quickly overwhelms him/her and causes a rift in their relationship? idk i’m just spitballing ideas, we don’t have to implement them. did you have any other suggestions?

okay so yes, i had very similar ideas!
though to answer your question, i always assumed that the normal oc would be female, but male works just as well. and it adds extra angst that way bcuz perhaps the famous oc isn't out to the public yet.
as for another pursuing them... i had a couple of ideas about that. i was thinking a bitchy ex could come back into the famous oc's life and stir up drama by basically just fucking with the normal oc. and then maybe another famous guy could try to pursue the normal oc - intrigued by how everyone seems to be interested in such a plain, boring girl/guy. so that stirs up drama as well.
and as for the normal oc not being used to the press or all of the attention... my idea was that maybe when the famous oc asks them on a date they could take them to this nice, really fancy restaurant. he orders lobster and wine and he/she orders water and a salad - and they can barely afford that! and the famous oc offers to pay but it just makes the normal oc uncomfortable bcuz they don't like others paying for them [they have worked hard for their money and where they are in life rn and are a bit prideful - but also feel guilty when they can't pay someone back] and so they just rush out and try to get a cab. but then the famous oc rushes after them and asks what's wrong and after the normal oc explains, the famous oc decides to take them to a vintage diner outside of town where they serve pretty much cafeteria food. and he explains that he used to eat there between shifts and that he wasn't always rich and famous. and so they have some nice deep talks and the normal oc realizes that they might be human after all [even if they are arrogant, they still have a heart]
so basically the normal oc just humbles the famous oc and in return he spoils them lol
the real question is, how do they meet?

ooo okay. i was thinking he could be an actor of sorts. maybe the normal oc is an intern for the director of a movie he is in. which causes a lot of drama when the lead actress and him have to kiss and the actress just smirks at the normal oc and omg ugh the drama
but yeah that way they can be on set but not actually famous or 'important'

tbh i have tons of muse for monarchy/viking rps, fantasy in general [especially mermaids/sirens], soulmates as always, slice of life is cool if the plot is dope, and we can always mix any of these together

oh yes please! i love that idea so much!
okay maybe the captain of the ship steers toward cursed waters that is infested with sea monsters and is close to siren waters. most pirates avoid this area, but this certain captain is very ambitious and is headed for The Isle of Whispers which is an island that is said to be a place where sirens live. Not only that, but there is an abundance of treasure there, some of which is magical. but once he gets there, his ship is wrecked by the sirens who were protecting the island. the captain and maybe one or two other pirates survive and wash ashore the island. the other pirates were taken captive, but the captain woke up alone on the beach and is very confused. that's when the siren finds him and sort of freaks out and goes to help him and he looks at her and is just dreamily like, "are you an angel?" and it would be cute af and he passes out and the siren cares for him and when he's awake again he realizes where he is and he asks about his ship and tries to figure out how to get off of the treacherous and dangerous island [hopefully with some gold in hand]. and the siren can teach him about magic and siren culture and how they aren't all as evil as sailors make them out to be. and he sort of joins the community eventually but not until he gains the trust of the others and he can teach the siren how to sword fight and be a pirate and about where he comes from. and now she wishes she could travel the world because she has never left the island. and then they build a new ship so he can go home but then he realizes he doesn't want to leave her because, ya know, they fell in love. so he convinces her to join his crew and help him lead and yeah it'd be cute
but if you don't like that idea then no worries! we can always come up with another one

I'd totally be down for a group 100 thread, honestly. I'm just so excited for the new season coming in April, I'd be down for anything.
I don't necessarily have a solid plot idea but we could take off where season 5 stopped? Explore the new world or something.
I personally struggle with playing canon characters because I tend to stray from their actual personalities, so I usually stick to ocs. But if you really want, I could try to do Clarke. Love that woman to bits. Although there is a Clexa sized hole in my heart still. How many years has it been now?

At the start of the rp we can do little prefaces of how our characters find Eden. Do you have a preference on which you'd want to be? Grounder or Arker? I'm good with either
maybe at some point they have a lovers spat and divide Eden into two lol
and tbh I'm only watching Fear twd because of Alycia, and I'm convinced Octavia is the way she is in season 5 because she hasn't been getting laid. Lincoln was such a good guy. He just wanted to be happy and belong somewhere with O </3

I just got thinking, what if there was a second patch of eden, and to give it a bit of a plot curve, the eden our characters will be at starts to die like three years after the second nuclear bomb so they have to work together and find another place to live. Que Clarke and Madi's eden. This way our characters can develop their relationship before throwing them into the fold, y'know? Also, I just had a thought. What if my character from the ark was from the district that landed in ice nation and they decided to test and make their own nightblood? Would be an explanation as to how my character survives. What do you think? Feel free to tweak anything

how old do we want our girls to be? like do we want them to start out as teenagers and grow in young adults together or start out as young adults?
and my girl was born a nightblood but does not wish to be the leader of anyone and actually ran away from her home to live as an outcast before she was thrust into any sort of leadership position. but she was still trained to fight, of course, and has never lost a battle.
so when the world pretty much dies she believes that she is all alone and that her people are all dead. then your girl comes along and of course she is going to attack her because she is out of the loop and doesn't know much about the sky people. but then they come to an agreement to split the land but then like maybe the arker gets hurt and the grounder is gonna rescue her and patch her up and she just mumbles stuff to herself about how she is useless and will die without her. so she decides to share the land because if they are the last people on earth they might as well try to get along. maybe the grounder can teach her how to fight and her language and whatnot. but the arker teaches her about technology and catches her up on everything that has happened.
does that sound alright with you?
