  • You are the child of possibly the most powerful and evil creature ever... he is cruel and destructive, constantly having to leave you alone so he can beat up the next group of cocky heroes that wanders into his great fortress to challenge him, his Undead minions are always wandering around and wreaking havoc wherever they go, and his plans for world domination are, something of a passion to talk about at the dinner table, which by the way, is of course made out of bones and skulls.

But for all that... He's a fantastic dad, he cares deeply about his child and the gods have mercy on any who dare hurt you, He tries to take time out of his busy schedule to spend time with you and if a battle isn't too important he may let one of his lesser minions handle it so he can kidnap some famous cook so you can share a fancy meal with him. Of course his methods are a bit questionable (No dad, it doesn't matter how hard you worked on it, a skeleton hound is not really the same as a real dog.) And of course he's super accepting, I mean he hasn't really a place to talk, he always has the moral low ground, if you want to grow up to help him on his conquest then awesome! he'll make sure you get only the very best magical equipment and training for whatever you want to do. You want to try out adventuring? Well that'll be a bit more of a challenge but he'll get you started with some good gear and make sure you never run out of gold to keep yourself supplied and won't mind if you even go ruin a few of his plans every once in a while, you're his child and he loves you and wants only the best for you.

TLDR: You are a child (Son or Daughter ,either is fine) of the most powerful and evil being in the world, except that he has one really gaping soft spot for you, you have to choose what you want to do and try to balance out your own life with your own father's plans to take over the world. Meant to be a funny and semi-serious anime styled story so just have fun with it XD

  • Another day, another round of loud sounds of battle coming from the main hall. looks like another group of Heroes had managed to get past all the guards and make it to the Lord Necromancer, one of the most powerful beings in the world, and easily the most evil of them. That meant he'd probably miss breakfast, or he might make it if he didn't waste any time with theatrics.

As a precaution against anyone getting a little too inquisitive and possibly running into anyone Karvax didn't want being run into, like his daughter, several high level Skeletons stood outside Estella's door as protection.

  • Estella had awoken to the sounds of battle as she had often heard some morning. Which meant the usual late for breakfast for her father and the usual high security skeletons. The 17 year old sigh getting out of bed pulling a brush through her dark locks quietly before changing for the day. Once the young woman had gotten dressed she opened the door ever so slightly to see the usual amount of skeletons. "' 'cuse me"She said quietly wanting to make her way down to the kitchen she didn't care if they surrounded her or not she wasn't going to wait for breakfast if she didn't have to. She made her way down the hall skurting around the main one where the fighting was happening.

  • The Skeletons followed her, at the kitchen the various cooks and servants, both living and Undead, scurry to prepare something, one of them, a zombie given sentience named Gern, shambles over and bobs his head, pressing his hand to his lower jaw to keep it in place while he spoke.
"Lady Aberdale, what will breakfast be today? Your father should join you as soon as he finishes his fight."
Him finishing the fight came sooner than expected when Lord Aberdale himself crashed through the wall and rolled back to his feet, lashing out at a charging Paladin with his magic and hurling the hero back into the main hall. He stands and shakes his head, spotting Estella out of the corner of his eye he turns to face her and flashes his daughter a broad grin.
"Good morning Estella, I won't be more than a moment."
He casts a quick healing spell on himself and leaps back into the main hall, continuing the battle while several more skeletons moved to the hole in the wall to begin repairs.

A few more minutes and breakfast was prepared and the battle seemingly finished with her father striding through the doors. He grins at his daughter again as the Skeletons leave the room.
"Estella, sorry fro the delay, the Heroes got in fairly early this morning, had to deal with them with more haste than usual to get here, the main hall should be getting cleaned up in a half hour at the most, how did you sleep?"
For a man that had just decimated a full raid party of high level Heroes Lord Aberdale spoke casually and sported little to no injuries.

  • Estella glanced back hearing them folow as she ebtered the kitchen. She gave a small smile to the cooks and servants as they moved about"good morning Gern"She said smiling"im thinking probably some pancakes and eggs and bacon"She spoke with a small smile before she stopped when her father came crashing through and she was about to ask if he was ok until he used a healing spell. As the minutes passed she made it to the expanse of a table and sat down in her chair leaning some as she waited for breakfast quietly the skeletons still around her until the breakfast was brought out and with it her father showed up. She leaned forward letting the chair rest on all four legs for a moment as she smiled some"Hey dad"She said"Its fine dad and I slept alright. Are you doing alright?"She asked because she did care.

  • He waves a hand dismissively as he takes a seat near her own, he'd heard briefly about the 'lord of the house sits at the end of the table' thing and disagreed, he preferred the 'a father sits wherever his family is.' and made a point of trying to spend spare moments to spend time with Estella.
"They were all level 10's they barely did any damage to me at all. Mostly just an annoyance, I beat them all into the negatives and had them delivered back to the nearest city, Didn't want to waste my time finishing them off."
This was normal, he rarely actually killed any heroes in combat. He takes an extra plate of the breakfast from the servers.

"Anyway, anything you wanted to do today? I don't think a lot of other heroes are going to be getting in here for a while so I was going to leave Zanfelt in charge."
Zanfelt, their resident Elder Troll and one of Aberdale's trusted Lieutenants.

  • "you never want to finish them off"She said but smiled some she didn't mean it as anything mean and she was greatful he didn't get rid of them. She smiled some as she finished one plate annd grabbed another one quietly smiling some."i don't have anything specif in mind at the moment but i would love to go in town..."She said smiling some thanking the server as she got another plate. As he said Zanfelt would be in charge while they were gone she nodded smiling"alright"she said.

  • "Not worth my time, it's barely worth my time to let them get as far as they do."

He thinks a moment and nods.

"If you want to wait some extra time I can have an order for a portal put in, any particular town in mind? I can set something up."

He quickly squeezes a ring and speaks into it briefly, with in moment Zanfelt showed up(picture later)

    "Yes Lord Aberdale?"

"Thanks for the prompt response Zanfelt, I'm leaving you in charge of defense for the day, I'm going to be spending some time with Estella."

Zanfelt sees Estella and bows low.

"Understood, and may you find something worthwhile."

Even though they were all loyal to Aberdale and just as involved in his campaign as him, Aberdale's Generals were also all involved in Estella's live, acting as aunts, uncles and friends even though only one of them was Human.

  • Estella had paused in thought for a long moment as she tried to think of a specific town. She had one in mind but for the life of her she couldn't remember the name of it only what it was known for. "I have one in mind but i can't remember the name of it. I had heard one of the newer servants talking about it. About this town that was known for its beautiful scenery. Something about a hidden crystal caven that shines like the stars I've been wanting to asl to go to see for myself"She asked beaming as she thought about it. Estella smiled quite happily"but i can wait for a portal to be ordered"She said. She though looked to Zanfelt as he appeared and amile mich of the genrals were like aunts and uncles to her and Zanfelt was one whom she often seen. She waved hello with a bright smile"hi uncle Zanfelt"she said.

  • (Zanfelt)

    Aberdale snaps his fingers.
"Accordia's Crystal Star Caverns, I've been interested to see it myself, I'll have a portal made and disguises made."
Disguises were normal, it was hopefully obvious why the most evil and destructive being in the world couldn't just walk into a Human city without a disguise. Aberdale presses his ring again and says a few things to it.
"Ordered, it'll be a few minutes so feel free to get yourself ready before we head out then. Zanfelt I trust you know what to do and how to contact me if something urgent happens."

The Troll bows again and taps a finger to his own ring.
    "Of course Lord Aberdale."
He flashes a warm smile to Estella.
"And I hope you have a fine day Estella, don't worry about interruption, I'll handle anything that comes up."

  • Estella lit up when her father said the name"yeah that's the one"She said with a nod before she finished her food and stood quietly skirt billowing around her as she stood quickly in excitement."alright daddy"She piped eagerly"I can't wait to spend the day with you"She said before she nodded hoping she did as well"I'll go get ready"She said and turned her hair moving fluidly with her as she with a slight excited bounce to her step made her way up to her room the get ready and changed into the diguise for the day. It wasn't anything our of the ordinary to go out in a disguise and had learned to ger used to it so now it didn't bother her anymore. She shifted through her clothing quietly.

(I really like Sorletta's look and it makes me eager to find out whom her(Estella's) mother is as well :D

  • Aberdale stands and smiles. Zanfelt chuckles deeply.
    "You've made her day Aberdale."
"I'm glad, sorry fro leaving you behind like this."
Zanfelt waves his hand with a grunt.
"With how weak these heroes are it isn't surprising we all have things we do outside our norm to pass the time."

The massive Troll strides out of the room as Aberdale shifts into a raven, he preferred animal forms to Human disguises. He fluffs his feathers up and relaxes, adjusting to the form after a moment.

  • Estella smiled happily as she moved through her closet finding the perfect outfit changing quietly she stretched thinking over what she was going to do. She knew a bit of magic more spells for disguises like this certain situations. She knew a few others but for nos she was worried about heding out. Once she was dressed she muttered a spell under her breathe queitly changing her appearance just slightly and changing her eye color as well. She now had warm golden brown eyes and had more aspects of a half elf but still kept hersame height. Blinking she messed with her hair looking in the mirror for a moment"i..hope this will work"she said quietly and headed back down excitedly."dad is this ok?"She asked. She had often tried different disguises when she or her and her father went out but only ever had managed to change her hair color or eye color so she was kind of proud of herself.

  • Her father, in the form of a raven, flies over and perches on her shoulder, usually, having someone of his power so close to Estella would have had her dizzy with the proximity to his aura, but with his new form came the suppression of his aura, a Human disguise would never work because if one got close enough to him they would still feel his aura, even suppressed. As an animal few could get near him without first detecting Estella's aura. The feathers on his breast and neck fluff up proudly and he pecks her ear affectionately.

"Yes Estella, you've come far and continue to improve, our portal should be ready."

(I'm currently working on making a map for the world we're in atm, so you can have an idea of where things are too)

  • ciol i love the map :D))

Estella beamed at her fathers praise and gave a nod heading for the portal to head to Accordia. Once to the portal she went through it and once in she stood at the edge of the city of Accordia and smiled trees surrounded the beautiful town and she had to take in the sights for a moment.

  • thanks it took me a bit to make XD))

Exiting the portal left her father with a few ruffled feathers, he wasnt a fan of portals himself. He shakes his head and looks to Accordia.

"Impressive, the Elves have done a good job building this place."

he remains comfortably perched on her shoulder while she took the lead, content to tag along and let her enjoy herself.

"Today is your day Estella, don't let me tell you otherwise."

  • its awesome :D

Estella smiled some though she wasn't a big fan of the portals herself she wad glad she chose the perfect disguise. Her warm brown eyes sparkled happily and nodded"thanks dad I want to check out the crystal caves first though i just need to figure out where they are"She said in thought heading into town.
