His eyes briefly flicked to Eva before leaning closer to Lady.
“Don’t get me wrong I love doing it, but trying to get enough sleep so I won’t be tired at work and taking care of Eva is beginning to taken its toll, especially with how she’s worsening...”

“Speaking of that, Jumpman told me Kintobor gave you a promotion?”

He nodded again. “Yeah, and with that comes new work hours, but I don’t know when those new times start...”
