Powers Ghost Physiology | Nathan, although not a ghost himself, has the same abilities of ghosts and spirits. Using the maority of his powers defensively, Nathan isn't much of a big scale fighter. This includes intangibility: the ability to pass through physical matter. As well as invisibility: the ability to disappear from the naked eye. Decelerated aging/semi-immortality and flight are also basic components of his power. On the off chance that Nathan does choose to fight someone, he has a bit of practice in mixed martial arts, as well as his final ability - fear inducement: the power to evoke extreme fear and horror in others by looking them in the eyes.

Public opinion Not many people outside of the "superhero" profession know about Phantom. He shys away from the public eye as much as he can. Although those who do know of him don't think very highly of him, calling him a narcisistic vigilante who only does what benefits himself.

Alignment Well, you see, Nathan isn't exactly a good guy, but he isn't a bad guy either. Let's just say Nathan will happily save a citizen in distress if there's something in it for him; an antihero of sorts.

Costume Choice Nathan isn't the spandex type, preferring a simple black jacket, jeans, and hood.

Personality Phantom and Nathan Harte are practically indistinguishable. With Nathan, what you see is what you get, and you'll either love him or hate him. The young male is a cynic to the core, and critical to a fault, often letting his smart mouth get the best of him. In an odd way, he can come off as quite charming, showing off a playful and witty nature when he wants to. He's clever, very clever, and although Nathan's intelligence is considered above average, it is unfortunate that it is all squandered by his self-destructive tendencies and selfish behavior. On the outside, really, Nathan is unmotivated to do anything on behalf of someone else. Drinking, smoking, and using his powers to make easy money are his favorite past times. He'll do a lot of morally questionable things if money is involved, but in the least, he still has some self respect. Though Nathan may be pragmatic, reckless, and all around self-indulgent, he does have room to care for those special few. Deep down he's a big softy, especially when it comes to the people he loves. But he's afraid of commitment, and if he finds himself getting too close to an individual he'll shut them out.

History Nathan Harte grew up in what could be considered the "poorer" parts of New King City. His mother being a single mom who worked three jobs, they weren't well off... yet Nathan wasn't unhappy with their situation. He accepted his life the way it was, and was grateful for having such a caring and hardworking mother. The young male helped in every way he could, whether it be legally or illegally, it didnt matter to him as long as it got food on the table. As Nathan got older his mother urged him to focus on academics. If he got good grades perhaps he could get a scholarship for college, something that they couldn't afford otherwise. The teen got straight A's and a 4.2 GPA with ease - all while he helping other students with tutoring lessons, and writing essays for them to make money on the side. Things were looking up for him, until the day of the chemical bomb.

His mother got very sick after the fallout of the bomb hit. There was nothing Nathan could do except watch as she slowly wasted away. He was too busy drinking away his sorrow to notice his new found abilities at first, but when he found himself floating and phasing through walls... well, it changed everything.

Alias Wanderer

Powers Wanderer is a Changed who exists in two dimensions at once; The physical, and the not so physical. Teleportation is the most obvious of his powers and the best known, but few normal people are aware that he is also a powerful telepath with significant telekinetic capabilities. Capable of shifting between realities almost at will, the challenge of fighting Wanderer is pinning him down, especially considering his other major ability; Creating multiple copies of himself within the physical dimension. Though the copies lack the ability to do any real damage to anything, they are ideal for confusing opponents long enough for Wanderer to strike at them just from the angle they didn't see coming. Wanderer uses neural disruptors in combat as his main physical weaponry; They are blades of energy specifically designed to interrupt the flow of electricity to the brain, rendering enemies unconscious. They are designed as long, thin blades that erupt from his gauntlets when he needs them.

Public opinion Wanderer is an enigmatic hero, at best, but he's become known over the last year for showing up just when and where he's needed to save lives, so he's beginning to accrue a positive opinion. Not yet a big shot.

Alignment Good, for the most part. I'd say neutral good, if looking for a specific.

Costume Choice Eschewing spandex in favor of armor designed to facilitate his movement between dimensions, Wanderer wears a suit of imitation leather, dark blue in color, with plates of some kind of reactive metal in place to protect certain key areas. His head is covered in a dark blue hood, and his face by a metal mask which helps focus his telepathic abilities. His gauntlets are equipped with his signature neural disruptor blade emitters, non-lethal weapons that he is rarely, if ever, without, even when out in public in his human identity. When he is not in costume the emitters are disguised as bracelets, of course.

Other Wanderer often seems to know more than he's letting on; It's a singularly frustrating trait.

☆PERSONAL

Personality As a hero, Wanderer is far from flashy; Preferring instead to get in, get the job done, and get out with as little fuss as possible. As Adrien Markland, on the other hand, he tends to be much more on the assertive side; Confident, suave, and flirtatious, but also seemingly self-absorbed and shallow, he can easily be mistaken for any other handsome twenty-something man with too much ego and too little personality. This suits him just fine, because it helps hide his identity as the Wanderer and lets him avoid getting close to anyone, a personal problem of his. With someone he actually cares about, however, Adrien can be surprisingly awkward, as he's had very little experience with genuine connections. While ultimately a good person, he chose the path of good after all, Adrien can sometimes struggle with what the right thing to do might be, and he's still figuring out just what kind of hero he is.

History French by birth, but raised American by adoptive parents, Adrien was entirely normal for most of his life. He went to parties, had one-night stands with men who's names he never even learned, saw movies, spent time with friends, and marveled over the heroes and villains that called New King City their home. As shallow then as he seems to be now, Adrien was not the kind of guy to worry about the future, the world, or his role in either, instead preferring to just live in the moment and enjoy life. What likely would have been a singularly uninspiring, and perhaps unfulfilling, existence, was forever altered, however, by the explosion of the chemical bomb a year ago. Though initially unaffected, in the weeks following the detonation, Adrien began to change in a way thet he still doesn't entirely understand; Shifting randomly between the real world and some kind of alternate reality. Around the same time, he began to hear voices, feel emotions for seemingly no reason. At first he thought he was going crazy, and that all of it, the voices, seeming to disappear somewhere at random, were just signs of an encroaching mental illness. When he heard about the first Changed to come to light, however, the truth became clear to him. Fortunately for Adrien, he knew someone who could help; A former friend with benefits who worked at the EPDC. This friend was able to help Adrien to understand, and later control, his powers, though the two kept his new abilities a secret, even from the friend's own place of work, which he was willing to do because of the EPDC's intolerance toward the Changed. Over the next several months, Adrien and his friend were able to not only hone his abilities, but also design and make a suit of armor that helps him control his unpredictable powers. Though not exactly the poster boy for altruism and charity, Adrien does believe that he has a duty to use his abilities for some form of good; He's just not sure exactly how to do that, yet, but he's learning more all the time.

Powers The Devouring Wolf is, primarily, a shapeshifter. Capable of altering his D.N.A. on the base level, Fenris can take on the form of most animals, and can impersonate people as well. His preferred form, however, is that of an enormous wolf-man with claws like swords, vicious, ripping teeth, and enough muscle to make a professional body-builder green with envy. Capable of both great subtlety and immense ferocity, Fenris has been known to both infiltrate his enemy's organizations, destroying them from within, or more simply just smashing his way through the front door, a bloodlust-fueled howl issuing from his wolf-form's muzzle in anticipation for the combat to come. Extraordinarily resilient and physically strong in his most dangerous forms, Fenris is easily one of the most obvious and dramatic threats to New King City... When he wants to be obvious, of course. The above picture is of Kincaid's preferred human form when he's not trying to blend in; It's a face that's rather well known throughout New King City by this point.

Public opinion Fenris, the Devouring Wolf, is one of the most infamous supervillains alive today, and one of the few who has faced the Millennium Star in the past and is still roaming free to talk about it. His assumed real name, Thomas Kincaid, is common knowledge, as he has no real human identity given his ability to shapeshift into other people. Big shot villain.

☆PERSONAL

Personality A creature of volatile moods and a world-view dictated by his boredom, Fenris remains to this day a vicious and successful supervillain because of his cunning, unpredictable nature, and total disregard for life beyond his own. While far from a mindless animal, Thomas is the very epitome of chaotic evil; Which is to say that he is unpredictably evil. He is fully capable of working with other villains, even seeming to form friendships and, upon occasion, romances, though Fenris is actually incapable of feeling love, only lust matters to him in that regard. Some psychologists have diagnosed the Devouring Wolf from afar as a full-on psychopath, meaning that he is actually incapable of feeling any emotions that pertain to other people. Whether or not that diagnosis is true, one thing is clear; Fenris is a being entirely without mercy or compassion, and New King City will not be safe until he's either dead or imprisoned in a very special cell somewhere, once and for all.

History There is little to no hard proof of the origins of the supervillain now known as the Devouring Wolf, because his original identity is difficult to ascertain. Certainly Thomas Kincaid is his most well-known name, and most people who know anything about him believe that it is his real name. Others, however, are not so sure; An immortal shapeshifter is uniquely suited to hiding in plain sight, after all, and there's no concrete information on how long he's been pursuing a life of crime; Or even how long he's been alive at all. What is known is that the hulking wolf-monster that is Fenris' favored form has been appearing since the 1920's, wreaking havoc, robbing banks, and killing seemingly without reason or pattern. He by no means stopped during World War Two; Indeed, the time when Millennium Star was serving in Europe were some of the worst for King City, with the Devouring Wolf taking full advantage of most heroes' absences to continue his seemingly random acts of terror and violence. Many, whether they were cops, superheroes, or even other villains on occasion, have tried to ascertain some hidden motive behind his attacks, thinking, perhaps, that such an old and successful supervillain must have some kind of plan in mind.

The ironic, horrible truth is that there really is no pattern behind Fenris' attacks; He's just bored, and has been for a long time, an overarching plan just isn't his style. Or, perhaps that's not entirely true; Fenris does have an ultimate goal, which is to kill the Millennium Star and establish himself as the greatest villain of all time, but none of his attacks actually pertain in any logical way to that goal. Indeed, Fenris is, while a vicious and bloodthirsty monster, not nearly as dangerous on his own as he is with another, more organized villain to partner with. Most such partnerships rarely last long, however; the Devouring Wolf has a tendency of betraying those he works with.

Powers Unknown. Rush is not a public figure, but the stunts she pulls leads most theorists to believe that she has enhanced agility and/or some form on enhanced healing. She has neither. Rush is completely human. She is also a master of several different forms of martial arts, parkour, and has a healthy interest in inventing. A girl needs a hobby, after all.

Public opinion Shady. Rush prefers vigilante-style crime fighting as opposed to superhero-style. Some people enjoy that Rush gets things done without having to jump through the normal hoops. Others dislike her disregard for the law.

Personality In day-to-day life, Dakota is a tired college kid just waiting to graduate. And she probably could graduate early, if college didn't provide the perfect cover for vigilante work. Class, studying, and 'studying' take up most of her time. The time not dedicated to martial arts, that is. She keeps a disciplined practice schedule, both on her own and at several local dojos. Despite her natural charisma, Dakota keeps people at a distance; she swears this will change once she avenges her brother, but that goal has already taken longer than she expected. It doesn't help that Rush has to keep dodging the attempts to discover her identity. Or the attempts to get her on the 'right side' of the law. Idiots. There is no right side. Both Rush and Dakota are solitary, with a keen mind and mild penchant for mischief. What's the fun of being a roof-hopping, martial-artist vigilante if there's not a little mischief involved? Besides, she only vandalized the EPDC once. They really needed better security.

Long story short, Rush is looking to make the world a better place, unconcerned with whether or not that happens inside or outside the law. Personal issues, well...those can wait. Revenge first. After she steals a burrito.

History Rush has lived a rather ordinary life, the middle child of an upper-middle class family. She did well in school and had a thriving passion for martial arts. Rush fell into vigilante work after her brother died in a minor clash between the Syndicate and Millennium Star. Though it was a wrong place, wrong time situation, she still blames both groups for his death. After stopping one alleyway mugging, roaming the rooftops in mask became her norm. Rush began to sign her work with a spray can after the newspapers threatened to create some really dumb aliases for her.

Alias The Grim Reaper.

Powers Jisoo has peculiar abilities, dealing with the dead that is. People fear her powers, much like how she fears them herself. Necrokinesis which is the ability to cause death without an apparent cause but with a twist, she cannot kill them physically but make them believe they are at death’s doors which therefore makes them die a painful death. This cannot happen if the victim knows about her abilities than it has no affect but if they do not know of her abilities they must look her in the eye. It is similar to Medusa where people look into her snake eyes, turning them into stone. Necromancy where she can manipulate death, spirits, and the undead. These powers come with a price, forcing her to see those who have yet to cross over. As her powers come with a price, a price that is slowly killing her as she continues to use them, that price is death.

Public opinion Nothing is known of the Grimm Reaper except for she brings death wherever she goes. Many are curious of who this figure is and what side she has chosen. She is feared among the public, a force to be reckoned with as she is after all the Grim Reaper.

Costume Choice Jisoo wears black leather pants and a black crop top with a medieval time looking black cape with a hoodie. The hoodie has a circular ruby at the bottom of the hoodie to keep it together, some often say that is holds the souls she’s taken. A nice pair of black combat boots or she wears a pair of black doc martens, whichever she desires. Jisoo carries a large black scythe for added affect, scaring everyone with the huge weapon.

Once arriving to the United States, they were separated into abusive homes for many more years. Together they grew separate until their teen years did they meet again.

Powers JaeKyung abilities are less feared but still dangerous. He has the ability to control nature itself. Geo-Thermokinesis where he can manipulate, control, and create lava, magma, and volcanos. Golem Creation where he can make golems out of inanimate materials like rocks, wood, plants, magma, etc. Geokinesis where he can control earth material. His powers come with a price as he continues to use his power he’ll eventually become a large tree. He isn’t like the normal human as he needs sunlight and water to survive like a plant.

Public opinion Nothing is known of the Nature Titan except he is the brother of the feared Grimm Reaper.

Alias nighthawk

Powers the ability of flight with wings that are incredibly large in size with his right wing being similar in color and look to an osprey's with a few torn feathers and his left wing a damaged black dragon's wing with various tears and holes. the wings allow him to reach speeds that can rival that of some fighter jets. however, he chooses to not fly at such speeds unless needed since it takes up a lot of energy and can cause him to go unconscious while in the air after only 5 minutes. his flight is silent, like an owl's and his wings are able to fold and retract into slits in his back but not completely. the wings can fold so that he is able to put clothing over them and not have any sort of lump be shown. he is able to breathe in high altitudes. however, he is unable to fly to higher altitudes and heights during combat as he is quite vulnerable during take off. he only uses his wings to propel himself short distances and low heights and boost himself during combat. he also uses his wings as weapons as they have an incredibly large span. the wings are able to heal but some damage is permanent if they are damaged in a quick succession.

he's also able to communicate with birds of any species and is able to hold conversations with them. however, this is a more minor power as he only uses this ability to just talk to the animals or to ask them for help in surveillance, he never really has them aid in combat.

he also holds the abilities of enhanced strength, enhanced stamina, enhanced hearing, enhanced durability, enhanced sight, decelerated aging, and night vision. ability to shapeshift into a magpie and common black hawk. his canines are sharp like an animal's but he doesn't really take to using them as weapons quite often

his left arm can take on the form of a dragon's arm with claws and scales but the dragon arm is very weak to any weapon made of bronze [including bullets]. however, the rest of his body is still strong with enhanced durability when his left arm takes up the form of a dragon arm [hopefully that makes sense]. he uses various weapons such as a custom collapsible pistol, a knife, and spiked brass knuckles that he owns. he also owns normal brass knuckles

Public opinion a big shot, he's well known and he's been around. most people look up to him and respect him but some fear him and even criminalize him. the government is 50/50 on whether they should fully trust him or not. he may be a hero in the eyes of the majority of the population but there is still a large portion who see him as the bad guy

Costume Choice wears a vintage brown leather flight jacket with slits cut into the back for his wings. underneath the jacket is either a loose-fitting tank top or a loose fitting collared shirt that also have slits to allow his wings to pass through. there is a black silhouette of a bird spreading its wings with the word 'nighthawk' draped above the bird on the back of the jacket. to hide his face he wears a black bandana mask on the lower half of his face that is then covered by a world war 2 pilot oxygen mask without the tube or helmet that is practically invulnerable. to cover his eyes he wears a simple pair of aviator sunglasses that he designed to withstand large amounts of damage and to seemingly stick to his face so they never fall off. he wears black combat pants and brown steel-toed boots. his glasses are also equipped with lights that allow for dull yellow hawk eyes [pupil and all] to appear on the lenses. they expand and narrow to match the emotion his eyes show underneath. he has two hip holsters, one for a gun that can be used to tranquilize or kill and the other for a knife. the aviator mask has been made so that it is able to transform into a small oval object with a fingerprint scanner on it. when his fingerprint is scanned, it transforms into a full scale aviator mask and he's able to make it smaller again through the same scanner. his flight jacket also has some technology in it that helps to hide it. the jacket is able to transform into different types of clothing including suit jackets, hoodies, flannels, and other types of outerwear. just like the mask, it has a scanner so that it can then transform into the leather flight jacket that he is known for. his weapons are always hidden in and his sunglasses just hang on his shirt

Personality nighthawk is a very down-to-earth kind of hero. he doesn't let fame get him too much and prefers to keep his attitude on the down low. there's just a whole mysterious aura that surrounds nighthawk. it's no secret that he's quite intimidating. however, he still has space for humor and kindness. however, nighthawk is a hero who doesn't always take too lightly to laws and rules and sometimes would rather do things his own way.

johnnie has a similar personality to his superhero persona. he's very down to earth and will never be arrogant or cocky, no matter how on top he may be in life. john has some problems with being told what to do and having to follow too many rules. he's a very independent kind of person and likes to work by himself instead of having a sidekick tag along. johnnie is just as mysterious as his hero persona and is an incredibly reserved person who would prefer to keep quiet about any information on himself. he's an incredibly intimidating man. the kind of person you're too scared to make eye contact with. the kind of person that makes you cross to the other sidewalk. the kind of person who looks like he could break you if he so much as glanced at you. it is true, john is a very intimidating guy but that doesn't mean he's all bad. he can be kind and friendly and can hold a nice conversation. however, he's like a dog who has lived their whole life on the street. hard to get close to and hard to get to know. he's seen a lot and has been through a lot which has given him a hardened exterior that gives him his intimidating and brooding appearance.

however, that hardened exterior is only there to protect an interior that has been broken multiple times. johnnie is basically just trying to protect himself from any more harm than he's been exposed to. so, this causes him to seem almost emotionless, like he doesn't care. this is only because he doesn't like to get close to anyone or anything since he knows that getting close to someone or something could end up causing him harm in the end. however, when somebody is finally able to be patient enough to crack through that wall, you'll learn that he's a good guy. he's charismatic and intelligent and might just be the friendliest person you meet. he'll listen to you if you have anything to tell him and is always the best at keeping secrets. very adaptable, johnnie has the ability to bounce from person to person or place to place and he just always seems to fit in no matter what. he can adjust quickly to new situations and will quickly come up with a solution or two. despite not really seeming like it, he has a sense of humor that can shine through and really catch you off guard. it's quite rare to see him give a genuine smile that is 100% joy. most of the time, his smiles are only half or a quarter genuine so when you see that glimmer of happiness in his eyes and that genuine joy in his grin, you'll know that you've just made the greatest friend.

however, johnnie may not be all sunshine and rainbows 24/7. he can be brutal and violent and become incredibly aggressive, especially when intensely enraged. johnnie isn't afraid to hold back and he isn't afraid to not show any mercy. nighthawk is a hero who isn't against killing and johnnie isn't a man who isn't against killing as well. he'll get his hands dirty and this often causes some debate among the civilians and majority of the population. sometimes he seems more vigilante or anti-hero instead of being a full-blown good guy. he's stubborn and can become snappy if pushed too far. johnnie is very straightforward and doesn't like to sugarcoat things. if a kid's parent just died, then that's what he's going to say. he believes that holding back will only have consequences in the future. johnnie being so blunt and straightforward can both be a good and bad thing but he mostly just sees it as a good thing

History nobody exactly knows the exact year in which johnnie was born [some speculate the 1700s while others go even more far back but nobody truly knows] but it is stated that his first sightings of him using his powers were around the 1870s. he first spent his time in russia where he worked as a mercenary. johnnie became a murderer who worked only for the money. he didn't care who he was working for or what he was to do. as long as he received money, he would be happy. he would become highly wanted and soon moved out of russia in 1887 and continued his mercenary work in other countries. however, the mercenary work would wear him down, a lot. he lost a lot of people and began questioning himself and would even fall into a depressive state. after becoming wanted in a few more places he finally found himself in new king city in 1915 but preferred to lay low. however, this would also be the time that he would begin his hero work. johnnie would begin losing his mercenary mindset and began working to save others instead of just working for the money. it was kind of a way to help redeem himself for his past actions. however, he would still keep it at the down-low but would be noticed a few times. around the time of world war 2, johnnie became a fighter pilot and at first, nobody knew of his powers until he one night was shot down and became a prisoner to be executed. with pretty much no other choices, he escaped and helped the other soldiers who were imprisoned escape as well with the help of his powers. from there, he began to earn more fame but manged to keep his identity a secret as well. this was then when he earned the alias, nighthawk. while also being a pilot, john managed to also help out with his powers. as the war ended, johnnie returned to the city with a large need for adrenaline and danger running through him that he didn't know he had. from there, he became an underground cage fighter reserved just for mutants and this was when he first truly became a public 'hero'. he appeared in support during the civil rights movement but the cops weren't entirely buddy buddy with him. johnnie became more of a street crime kind of guy. he would stop your everyday crimes from something as small as petty theft all the way up to attempted murder. however, he always seemed to be against a lot of the rules and restrictions that were put there by the law and by cops so he became quite an enemy to the government at the time and still kind of is. he would be recruited privately to do quite a lot of vigilante-like work and would only be recruited by the government twice to help with some military issues overseas. however, he would earn the adoration of the public even though there was many who saw him as the bad guy. during the 2000's and the whole 'chemical bomb' business, johnnie was there to lend a hand but would end up being severely injured in the process which put him out of commission for quite a while. memories of the incident in which he was almost killed still haunts him but that hasn't completely stopped him from continuing to do all this hero work. he performs independently to clean up as much crime and as many criminals as possible. johnnie is still seen as the bad guy by many and the government is very 'iffy' on trusting him but he continues to do his work as a hero despite his clear disregard for authority and law. he really appreciates the feeling of redemption being a big shot has given him but he feels as if nothing can fully redeem his past actions and that nothing can heal the memories of being so close to death during the time that the bomb was launched. johnnie continues to be hired by private and independent people or groups while also attempting to stop any sort of crime that he just happens to come by

☆THE FACE

Alias songbird or draco

Powers one of his very main powers is the ability to use magic through instruments. he carries around a ukulele and harmonica created and given to him by his grandmother. however, he is able to use any instrument to preform spells but he must be able to know how to play the instrument first as many of the spells can only be cast with a specific set of chords or notes that have to be played perfectly. through string instruments he is able to cast fire spells and cast telekinesis spells. however, he is only able to lift objects no heavier than an empty semi-truck. with woodwinds he can cast air spells and a few weather spells but he only knows one weather spell which is to simply make it rain. with his harmonica, he can influence emotions and can even control minds but he must keep continuously play or else the spell will wear off. after about 25 minutes, the emotion he's casting on the target will wear off and so will any mind control. with other instruments such as piano-like instruments and drums, he is able to cast a mix of different spells but they are quite minor as he is not skilled in playing piano or the drums. his specialty is stringed instruments like guitars and ukuleles. he is also able to use chants and songs that must be sung to cast spells but they must be said without error and he must have an instrument if he were to cast any spells. the ukulele is always found hanging on him and has a design etched in of a bird standing on a small branch with an asian dragon behind it. the harmonica is always in his pocket and has birds flying etched into it. with his ukulele he can create simple images as if projections or pictures from a book have come to life. he uses this power only for entertainment as it can't be used for anything else

there are 4 13-inch bone-like claws that protrude from his hand that he can use like claws. they are indestructible and can cut through materials such as metal and steel. incredibly razor-sharp, they are quite dangerous and can really wound others. they are able to impale a human being and ollie is known to have killed a few people with said claws. ollie still does not have full control of the claws just yet. if angered, nervous, stressed, or scared, the claws will unsheathe by themselves and ollie may not be able to pull them back until he has calmed down. there have been times where ollie was not able to sheathe the claws for hours and even days after unsheathing them. sometimes the claws may not come out at all. he has yet to gain full control of them.

he can only communicate with birds that are considered 'songbirds'. other birds like hawks and pigeons he can not communicate with.

he is also able to use 'dragon magic' [which is another main power] through the use of his hands and sometimes his voice but it is a skill he needs a lot of practice in as it is quite difficult for him to cast such spells. he is able to cast the spirit of a japanese dragon that he is able to control. the apparition can breathe fire and cause physical damage even though it seems to only be a ghost. however, this dragon 'spell' takes a lot out of him and he can only keep the spirit alive for 5 minutes before collapsing in exhaustion. other 'dragon magic' spells he can cast is 'dragon armor' where both of his arms will be enveloped by transparent dragon claws and scales. he will become more durable and stronger but as of now the effect only lasts 10 minutes for him. more spells include 'draconic aura' where he can cause fear in those surrounding him. this spell he has only used twice and is still working on but one spell he really has down is 'draconic shield' where a transparent shield seemingly made of dragon scale and teeth forms on his arm. there are many more spells that he can use but has yet to master them such as being able to form weapons.

Personality since ollie isn't really an 'established' hero just yet, he doesn't have much of a persona to run off with and his hero persona is simply just his own personality. ollie is a complete wildcard. he's reckless, rebellious, impulsive, and careless. he gets himself into trouble way more than he'd like to admit. ollie is very witty and almost always has something to say. it's hard to keep his mouth shut. however, ollie may seem like an arrogant kid but he has a positive side to him as well. from a young age he was taught that respect was one of the most valuable aspects of life and he still carries that with him. he often shows respect for those way older than him and knows when to drop his rebellious attitude. often times he tries his best to at least show some respect even if some snarky comments may sneak their way in.

ollie doesn't have any problems making friends. he's always the one to spark up a conversation and speak first and he doesn't care who the person is or what their story is, everybody and anybody is his friend until said otherwise. energetic and almost always highly motivated, ollie likes to be challenged. he can get easily bored when given something that he finds too easy. it surprises many with the energy he has and just seems like he can never run out of it. friendly and kind, ollie still has her flaws like everybody else. he's impulsive and usually acts without thinking quite a lot. when it comes to confrontation, ollie can be assertive and may possibly even become aggressive. he doesn't like to back down from things whether it be an argument, a fight, or something as simple as a hard math problem. ollie is not a quitter and will always find some kind of solution to the problem.

despite coming off as such a tough and boisterous kid, it is merely a facade to distract him from everything else. ollie is nothing more than a scared kid still trying to find his place in the world. he's not perfect. in fact, ollie has some issues with the idea of giving up his own life to save his friends. he loves his friends and anybody close to him but he's not entirely sure if he'd be willing to sacrifice his own life for them. ollie is also a bit reserved and gets pretty nervous when asked about his past. not only that but he can also be quick to anger and would rather solve most issues through fists instead of a simple conversation. ollie is really nothing more than just a scared and confused kid still trying to find his place in the world

History born in japan, ollie had a fairly normal life as a baby and as a toddler. his father worked with a mafia while his mother worked as a tattoo artist for both gang members, mafia members, and for civilians. ollie would often be with his grandparents as his parents would be gone or busy quite a lot. while with his grandparents, they would continuously tell him stories about the various japanese gods and many different stories about different dragons. he would always be completely entertained with such stories and on his 9th birthday, his grandfather made him a dragon mask. it was a bit too big for him at the time but his grandfather assured him that he would grow into it. his older cousin and older brother also helped with taking care of him whenever he was at his grandparents' house. however at age 11, ollie's parents would die in a gang shootout. both ollie and his brother were devastated.

the siblings would be adopted by their grandparents but the death of their parents caused them to become silent and they cried almost every night. they didn't talk to anybody besides each other and their grandparents and cousin were now having a very hard time trying to communicate with them which led to issues in taking care of them. the first power ollie found out was the fact that he had claws that came out of his hands. one night, his brother has pissed him off in an argument and he went to punch the wall, only to find claws impale the wall and his other hand unsheathe the same claws as his other hand. a few days later he was jokingly trying to speak with some songbirds outside his window and they surprisingly started following his directions. a few weeks later came he dragon magic. he recalled a story his grandfather had told him and the spells the characters in that story could cast. in a bought of curiosity he performed the spell and ended up punching a giant hole in the side of the house as a large ghost-like japanese dragon went crashing through the wall. after a few seconds, it vanished and ollie passed out for a few seconds. his grandfather and grandmother would learn of this and his grandfather took the news quite calmly and ollie soon learned his grandfather was able to use the same magic. his grandfather taught him different spells and how to use them and even wrote up a book for him which he still has with him. soon enough, ollie grew rebellious as he grew more used to his powers. both him and his brother went out and caused trouble. they stole and joined a gang much to the dismay of their grandparents. however, it all proved horrible in the end for both of them. while out one night with their gang, both their grandparents would die in their sleep and would be discovered by ollie's cousin. the news would be given to them through a phone call. a harmonica that was meant to be an 18th birthday gift from his grandmother was sent to ollie. ollie felt guilty for pushing his grandparents away and not spending more time with them and his brother felt the same. however, the gang would kick them out for being 'weak'. now, 17, ollie and his brother lived on the streets as they couldn't return home since their cousin completely disowned them for leaving. ollie became enraged quite often and would kill many innocent people in a blind rage and one of those people included his brother. not wanting to slip under depression and more rage, ollie turned to trying to work on his powers to try and stop himself from hurting anyone else. he practiced more on the magic and began teaching himself a few instruments. while playing on the streets he realized he was able to control emotions and even lift objects. after finding out about this, he began experimenting with different instruments and what kind of things they could do. at 19 he joined a band and they all moved to new king city when he was 21. in a way to make up for killing his brother and abandoning his family, ollie chose to use his powers for good to save others. only his band members know of his powers [the writing is kinda messy]

Powers Sköll is entirely immune to pain, as discovered when his sister pushed him off their garage roof and his tibia decided it wanted to see the world. He is, however, not immune to death as he nearly died from the loss of blood as he laughed at his sister fainting from the sight of it. Sköll, like his namesake, is out for darkness. At the snap of his finger he can extinguish any source of light that he can see, minus the sun or moon, and can use the power to gain a limited 'night vision'. Sköll also has the ability to control four canidae at maximum. Having four other minds inside his own is a great stress, thus his motor functions shut down and can leave him very vulnerable.

Public opinion Sköll is well on his way of becoming a renowned super villain. Magnus, on the other hand, seemingly has no connection between to his evil alter ego. People know him to be one of the two successful ceo's of RÖCK, battling furiously in the vicious fashion industry.

Costume Choice Sköll wears a sculpted, bronzed armour across his torso and steel pauldrons adorn both shoulders. His lower half is protected by more bronzed armour with the exception of his shin armour being the same lightened steel. His helm is reminiscent of a standard, steel viking helm. Sköll has decorated his helm with two large horns that are anchored to both sides of the helm and point downward. A large, intricately decorated war axe rests upon his belt, waiting to be used.

Magnus has always felt like a wolf. He is predatory by both definitions. The man oozes with charm and has a talent at manipulating so that the real cold behind his words can't often be felt. Alias Hati.

Powers If Hati comes into contact with blood, be it animal or human, she can transform into the creature or the exact human being that the blood came from. The transformation is incredibly painful, exhausting and depending on the size of the animal, it takes time to switch. A downside is that Hati can be a little squeamish towards blood.

Much like her twin brother, Hati has the same ability to extinguish light and gains the ability to see in the darkness for a limited time. However, over time she has adapted this power. Hati can manipulate the shadows into a fog that can temporarily slip dark visions of altered realities into minds; sending the affected being into various, temporary dark states of mind depending on their psychological threshold. This power can only either be used in very short bursts on multiple people -lasting between 5 and 15 seconds- or as a single 'hit' on one person -once a day- that lasts 5 minutes.

Public opinion Hati is rising in the ranks, aiming to be classified as a super villain. Jannicke appears to have no connection to Hati whatsoever. The public view her as one of the two, driven Scandinavian twins that have come to New King City's oasis of success and appear very much to be drinking from that water.

Costume Choice Hati wears a fitted set of leather armour that is reinforced with small sections of steel for added protection. The steel that wraps from her back to her front on both sides of her torso resemble two wolves ready to bite at the moon and the sun. Hati does not wear a helmet. For even more anonymity she can pull up the hood of her thick, green cloak that is clasped around her neck by two large, circular bronze brooches.

Her consistent belief is that she is always right -no matter what- and that she and Magnus are the only true heroes in this world.
