He got out of the shower smiled,

Watching some tv with bandit. Bandits my dog.
She quickly snapped a picture of the big dog and sent it to him with the text.

He looked over the photo and smiled slightly,
"I miss having a dog..."
He mumbled to himself before taking a picture of a small cat,

He sent before he grabbed her and walked out to the living room with his food and kitty

Oh my gosh! I love cats. They’re so sweet well most of them anyway. How long have you had them?
She stood up and looked at her pantry and fridge. She settled on some popcorn and coke as a small snack.

Morning run then I work 12 to 9 possibly later if we’re busy other than that nothing really

He sighed before finally heading off to bed. Waiting for the next day to hurry and get here

Tara grinned and fell asleep on her couch. She woke up to bandit panting in her face. She groaned and saw the clock on the wall 9:15am. She groaned and got up letting him into the back yard while she wandered to the bathroom and washed her face and changed for her run.

Coal had already started his day and was our doing his rounds but he felt like surprising her today. He pulled over to a famous jewelry story and went inside and bought her a diamond necklace

Tara let bandit in and fed and watered him. She put her ear buds in and began jogging. The crisp air felt nice and she knew that they would more than likely be busy tonight at the coffee house.

Once he got done he made sure that he had it wrapped and ready for her to open. Coal headed out and let out a soft sigh as he pulled up to his mothers building heading to her office and sitting down

Tara stopped at a park keeping to her routine. She sat don’t taking a breather. She heard footsteps approaching her and saw her ex. She immediately jumped up “wait Tara!” He called “I want to talk” he said. Tara folded her arms “no I don’t want to talk to you!” She growled.
Coals mom stepped in “good morning sweetie” she said sitting at her desk “little early for a visit?” She asked although her tone was still pleasantly surprised and happy to see her son.

He took the box out and sat it on her mothers desk,
"I got that for her"
He told her simply as he pulled out his phone and sent a quick message
- We still doing lunch?
Coal sent that to Tara and set his phone down and looked back at his mom,
"I'm suppose to be doing lunch with her today on her break"
He sounded kinda confused in himself but did his best to hide it

Tara was fuming her cheeks and neck were red with anger “Sam leave me be” She Said firmly
“But ba-“
“No you don’t call me that anymore! You lost your shot now leave me be” she yelled as she began storming off.
“Oh but you can sleep with the first guy you see!” He yelled back. Tara stiffened and turned around. Sure enough a picture of her and Coal together wasn’t on his screen. Before she could process was happened to walked up to him and smacked him as hard as she could “don’t ever imply what you just did ever again” she she lowly before she started running home tears slipping down her face. When she got home she walked into the house and slammed the door she saw her phone and coals message
Just got back from my run. Yes we’re still on for my break I’ll text you then
Bandit saw her and whines laying beside her.
Coals mother gave a knowing grin “it’s very beautiful” she said.

He laughed as he grabbed it and leaned his head back,
"Ohhhh I need to sleep...."
He wined before standing up,
"Well imma head out mom, I'll see you soon"
He said as he headed out and went to dink around before lunch

Tara managed a shower and somehow managed to calm down enough that she looked normal. She dressed for work. A nice button down and a black skirt that stopped mid thigh. And white tights. She grabbed her purse and phone and text Coal
