It was no choice of theirs to end up in such a muddle. In fact, they felt it wasn't their fault at all!
The snowy owl huffed as they tried to untangle their wings from the tree. They'd been on a long flight, getting used to the territory they'd be living in since joining. It had been going well enough, they'd planned to visit the Swan's Lagoon, but that didn't seem to be going as planned.
Another bird - one of the Flights companions they assumed - had taken a harsh turn in front of them, leaving the owl no choice but to change course as to avoid hitting the poor thing.
And, ah, what a shitty choice it was.
Wings covered and tangled in foliage and vines.
Bastard jungle, and they'd just been getting used to it!
Luka couldn't help their bothered sigh, knowing they were in a position of needing assistance.
Hobbling along the ground as best they could as tangled as they were the owl called for assistance periodically, hoping a friend may stop by.
