PERSONALITY Annie is an energetic, very aloof young woman with out a care in the world who thinks of the world as one big playground and the people who inhabit it as very interesting and adorable looking creatures, as one might see a bunny rabbit or a little fox. She is the type of girl who loves to frolic and play and be very energetic and without a hint to a darkside. She very much wants people to get along with one another and sometimes takes a sort of caregiver's role when dealing with people. She sees almost everyone she meets as young children to her, even when they're older, and isn't shy of showing it. It takes a lot to earn her respect, but some things are worth the price.

She however has a slightly sadistic side that kicks in especially bad when she's hungry, when she'll toy around with people (Which is pretty normal for her) or play sadistic little 'games' where no one ever gets truly hurt but they're afraid they might. She loves to feel people's fear and to have them be afraid when she's in this mood, her predator instincts taking over. The baring of teeth, the ripping of flesh, it's all as synonymous with Annie as is her caring, almost aloof baby-sitter type personality.

WEAKNESSES She must be kept moist at all times, from mistings or quick dips into the water, this can be very inconvenient at times and can in extreme cases cause death. Or her slight layer of scales all over her body could start to flake and fall off.

APPEARANCE Ansel is a fairly average sized girl for her age, with a slight tinge of not caring to her entire attitude, she cares very much for, while not at all, her appearance, her hair constantly in a mess of sorts or matted down wet. Her face is fairly plain with striking eyes and soft looks. She sometimes seems larger than she really is, being rather scary when she needs to be with razor sharp teeth and gills in her sides that look like large bleeding wounds when seen, which they are often visible as she breathes through these side gills. She has a strong grip and a deadly physique. She is well muscled with a swimmer's body and arms, broad shoulders and wider hips.

HISTORY When she was just a guppy she came out from the sea and started living among people, she was the type of person who saw the good in every situation, but as she grew up she started to notice slight cracks in the facade of the greatness of the city, she, by the age of 12 started to realize that people were treated differently based on quite arbitrary measures as their race or their social status and such things, and there was only a rich and a poor, and people had quite a hard time trying to climb the ladder. She realized that something was wrong about that and her own aptitude for magic created some kind of fire inside her. As soon as she was free from parental oversight, she became something else, finding herself going a bit mad and finding herself going on a series of murders and quite gruesome ones at that, ending up (reportedly) eating their hearts in feral hunger and impaling the rest of them on spikes of ice that would melt by the morning. She was eventually found by the rebellion and taken in as an asset, who now uses her dual personality of caring and killer for something she believes is right, deeply.
