Mario and Luigi were simply taking a stroll around the Mushroom Kingdom, helping their father carry his carpentry tools to his truck, as Sonic and friends came in

OOC: A mishap with time has caused Bowser to no longer exist. With Bowser no longer existing, Mario and Luigi never became heroes and now just have ordinary ‘peasant’ lives with their parents in the Mushroom Kingdom. Sonic, Crystal and friends all come in and see what’s going on. Will they bring the Mushroom Kingdom back to where it was before or see how peaceful everything is without Bowser and ignore it?

They saw Mario and Luigi, now having helped their dad and running into their house

The two brothers came out of the house moments later, only to not pay attention where they were going and slam right into Sonic “Oh my goodness! I’m so sorry sir!” Mario said as he helped Sonic up

(Yeah also because history’s been changed they don’t recognize sonic or anyone)

“Hey.” Mario said “Are you new in town? I don’t recognize you”

“I’m Mario! And this is my twin brother Luigi!”

They both nod “well we gotta run cuz we got a customer, see ya!” They both wave and run off

They were both gone a moment later

“Sonic..” Tails said “What’s goinf on?”

“I’ve never seen so many humans in the Mushroom Kingdom...”

“Yeah... wait a minute... Sonic you remember when Eggman was trying to use that new ‘timeline destroying laser’ or whatever he called it?”

“I remember it fires but he said something about how it was wrong... could he have wanted to erase Mario from his timeline, but accidentally erased Bowser instead? Because I remember him saying he was going to destroy Mario from his timeline....”

*sudden flashback*

“Real nice laser you got there Egghead” Tails tolled his eyes “Whatcha gonna do with it?”
