[ hawkpaw ] [ marbled tabby bengal mix with milky blue blind eyes ] [ six moons ] [ male ] [ trad. windclan mca ]
hawkpaw was relieved to no longer be spending his nights in the nursery; the scent of milk had ceased to cling to his tabby-swirled coat and had instead been replaced with the smells of a plethora of herbs. he wondered, though, how a particular snowy-furred molly was faring as leaf-bare's monotony dragged on.
she must be bored, he mused as he slipped out of the medicine den. maybe i could see how she's doing. he still wasn't much for striking up conversation with others, but as a future medicine cat it probably wouldn't help his reputation if he came off aloof- he would need to seem at least a little welcoming to those in need and provide comfort. he decided he would force himself to socialize a little today despite his reserved nature.
the nursery wouldn't have been hard to locate even if he hadn't had its placement memorized. it was milky smelling and typically had a greater amount of noise than other parts of camp. he could feel that the den was now overhead as the wind could no longer be felt; barricaded by protective walls. "um, is diamondkit in here?" he inquired into the dark void of sightlessness. .Nettlepaw.

Diamondkit was pretty bored. The snow-furred she-cat needed some excitement now that the world was becoming monotenly white. The odd feline with a diamond on her neck wanted to do something. The girl padded over the nursery. She felt like she didn’t belong anymore here, in the nursery. She was going to become an apprentice soon, and she needed to get ready! But the queens always dragged her back to the nursery, so she couldn’t see the border so often.
