  • The nights grew colder and longer within the dangy city. Even the bloodhouse was beginning to feel a bit cooler than usual despite the mass of cats piled within the scarlet walls. Luckily, Mary inherited her breed’s thick and silky fur which kept the chilling winds at bay as she slept. Sleepy eyes awoke to a couple of inches of snow surrounding the entire house, sunlight gleaming against the morning dew along her coat beautifully as she padded outside. What better way to wake up her fellow Bloodclanners than a little activity which also knocked out the new quota Caledon had set up. “Bloodclanners! Who’s up for a friendly competition of who can make the best snowcat.” Of course, the ivory molly herself would be participating, rounding up a ball of snow with massive paws.

  • Snowcats? Just earlier, she and Aleksei had been planning to make some in the fresh blanket of snow that had befallen the yard of the Blood-house and the surrounding territory. Upon hearing Mary’s call, no doubt filling her guard quota for the moon that Ruth had for some reason been excused from for a time, she trotted over with excitement in her big, dark eyes. “I think that sounds like a lot of fun,” she mewed, tail lashing furiously to show her excitement, almost in a similar fashion to how dogs wag their tails. “I’m in.”

  • Snowcats? Heck no, it was far far too bright out. Creatures of the night such as yourself had a hard time even seeing with how bright it was outside, made 100 times worse with snow on the ground. You’re content to sit just inside the door and watch though, eye narrowed to see out there.
