  • i'm new to how the site works now, and i was wondering how much easier it would be to roleplay my characters from only my main account, without any linked accounts. does anyone else do this? i was wondering if this will gain me bad attention from the roleplaying community? do i see so many people not doing this for good reason or is it just for aesthetic purposes? does it pose complications or is it hard to manage for reasons i'm not aware of? thanks to anyone who has some insight!

  • Most people do it for aesthetic reasons, and to keep track of threads easier! It can be easier to sort through threads when all related threads are tied to a specific linked account, but of course you're always welcome to roleplay through your main instead. It won't really make any difference, it's simply something most people prefer doing. :) Hope this helped!

  • Did you have any other questions? Even if you don't think of them until later, you're always welcome to send me a pm and I'll happily answer for you!

  • only thing I can suggest is if you do roleplay on your main, keep a list of characters you play in your sig/storage and when posting with a character, use a template or some sort of setup that makes it easy to find a character's information (character's name and a link to their tags/bio is perfect), anything to keep it super visible :) I have nothing against people who play on their mains, and I don't think many people mind either! Although, as a leader it makes things super helpful for me so I can welcome you into the clan, and generally helps others make more clear replies to you as well :) on the other hand, welcome back to the site! if you need any help I'm open to messages as well, I'm an oldie too <3

  • I'd also note that if you give your character powers, maybe keep a list of them and add up the percentages for each character, and keep that link easily visible, so staff know that no one character exceeds the 100% limit. Though this only applies if you're playing in Agrelos - there's no powers in Trad so it doesn't matter! :)

    Welcome, by the way <3
