  • TAGS - Oh why had he volunteered to give out invitations to their allies? Sure, he was the person who had came up with the story telling contest, and he was the one who had organized everything, but wasn’t that enough? Apparently not, for his big stupid mouth had decided to sign him up for the task. Now he not only had to visit one, but six different clans and tell them about the event. His anxiety was off the charts, and as Pan hopped across the hot desert sand, he couldn’t help but worry. What if an owl came out of nowhere and tried to eat him? He’d heard from someone that they lived in this sort of environment, and was scared of running into one. No, he didn’t wish to get eaten by an unforeseen predator. At least, not any time soon. Clasped in his shaking jaws was a partially hand-made invitation, which he had made earlier that morning. Although someone else had to do the lettering, since Pan himself was incapable of writing, he’d clumsily drawn a picturesque desert on the paper, complete with sand, palm trees, and even a small oasis. It wasn’t long before he reached the clan’s borderline, and pinning down their invitation with a rock, Pan started heading towards the next place on his list.

To whoever is reading this invitation, hello! You and the rest of your clan have been invited to Amalfi Height’s story-telling contest! All types of stories are welcome as long as they are original, but if you don’t feel like coming up with a story, don’t worry! You’re more than free to sit with the other audience members and interact with them! Chat with them, rate their stories, whatever! Just make sure to have fun! Or not, if that’s more of your style, but anyway- we can’t wait to see you there! Goodbye for now <3

  • ❝ STIFLE ALL YOUR DOUBT, LET YOUR LUST CRY OUT ❞ > When did notes become commonplace? Seemed lazy to Ahk, they couldn't even be bothered to stick around and see whether Solaris was going to turn up? It's not that she finds a story contest particularly appealing, anything but. No, Ahk simply finds it lazy and she doesn't care for it.

Someone who cares about the message can pick it up.

  • Well, Mikael certainly cared about this particular letter because it was from another clan. Usually, the assassin didn't bother too much with other clans and whatnot ( unless there was someone on his hit-list ) since he was the sort of person to deal with warfare and things of that nature, being an Midnightblade as well. The cream tabby reads over the letter briefly, silently noting how they have been getting a lot of invitation letters recently, before silently nodding to himself. A story-telling contest with Amalfi Heights... It seemed exciting, he guessed. None of his own stories would be particular engaging nor... safe for the younger generations to hear since they were particularly gruesome tales but maybe he'd go just to sit in and listen. "We've got an invitation from Amalfi Heights... Does anyone enjoy story-telling?" He inquires with a swish of his thickly furred tail, turning his head to glance behind his shoulder. "There's no harm in going, so you're more than welcome to if you'd like."

Piper didn't know how good she'd be at story telling, but the idea seemed fun nonetheless. Besides, literature was always appealing and the idea sounded like a fairly sophisticated event. The caracal's tufted ears flickered as she shifted from foot to foot. "I'd love to go. Is anyone else going? We can all walk together." She wouldn't outwardly admit that she was a bit nervous to walk all the way to Amalfi Heights on her own, but she was certainly thinking that.
