Fucking shit. He couldn't believe he was back here again after all the trouble he's gotten into and the still very raw memory of Rhaelarys's death. Blizzardclan was only associated with negative things in his mind but the few positive ones were what urged him to return to these familiar yet unfamiliar lands. It's almost been six months since he saw Rhae's lifeless body and had basically stormed off after stealing the bloodstained note that the other male had written. Because of his hasty and emotion driven action, the pale catsune wasn't even sure if the Targaryen received a funeral. But surely the dark kitsune did, there were plenty of relatives around them that would make sure of that. However, with the weird world bending event that transpired a few months back, there was no certainty that Rhaelarys Targaryen's grave still existed. That was what brought him back, he had to know and formally say good bye.

His steps were rather apprehensive for the normally confident male as he stopped at the marked border. Usually, the silver beast would stroll across the scent marker without another care in the world but he didn't this time out of respect for Rhaelarys's final chosen home. He already was a pissbaby by running off and not attending the funeral and he wasn't going to make himself any shittier.

  • Narukami was incredibly aware that his time in BlizzardClan was not especially long. In the conflict between BlizzardClan and the Veil, with Aleksei recounting numerous events in the clan's history, he had recognized even further the true scope of how short his stay was. There had been several people who returned to BlizzardClan Narukami did not know, searching for other people he had never heard of. It gave him a brief, embittered longing for his home village, where he knew the ages of every building and the number of generations that had resided within, but those roots were displaced when the spheres shifted. A tree torn from the ground would certainly die, but the people of his birth were, apparently, limping onward still. That was what people did, was it not? Some would leave, some would die, but there would always be a few left behind.

It didn't matter. He had more than history to concern himself with, thoughts on Rosemont, on his daughter, and his increasingly tenuous grasp on the lurking dragon's instincts. It was for the best that the kitsune creature had not gone across the border, as Narukami could admit to a growing territorial nature, both over the people and the land. He did not think anyone wanted that sort of situation to deal with, least of all Narukami. "What brings you to BlizzardClan?" His white gaze scrutinized the kitsune, who he did not think was entirely a fox-creature. There seemed some other beast in his bloodline, though Narukami did not truly care.

Initially, he thought the strange looking dragon was Aleksei but in a different form. Furred dragons were exceptionally rare and the Blizzardclan leader was the only one he knew of which lead him to assume his thought. He noted the other male's question as his singular eye took in the rest of the physical traits of Narukami. Dark furred, both eyes present, no skulled face, obviously. That was enough to convince him that he was right but he wasn't about to make his assumption known just yet. "I'm looking to visit a grave," the silver catsune then spoke, his gaze meeting the other males's as he chose his words carefully, "I won't be here for long and you can even send someone to shadow me if you don't trust that I'll keep civil." He was trying to make it simple for the Blizzardclanners. Milehigh was very aware of the violence and drama surrounding this clan and was sure they were on high alert. "My name's Miles," he then finally added.

    — WHITE LINEN WHITE ROSE

  • A...grave. That was not at all what Narukami expected, and he gave a disarmed blink, though quickly swept the brief surprise off the table. Normally, people were here to join, visit someone, or discuss alliance matters; he did not think he had ever encountered someone who arrived for a grave. He did not recognize the creature, but he claimed to have knowledge of a grave here. Narukami was not a long-standing member of BlizzardClan, but he had been through the shift from Earth to Agrelos. Could a grave have been transported over? Or was the individual buried on this territory before it was occupied by the group? "I will escort you, then. I will not intrude." If Miles was visiting a grave, privacy was important, though considering his own paranoia, he couldn't have him completely unsupervised. "I am Narukami. You may go where you need." He gestured for the catsune to cross the border, intending to follow once he was some ten paces ahead.

Hopefully he wasn't too weird sounding in his request though he did notice a quick emotion flit across the other males's face. Not entirely negative or 'this guy is a weirdo' sort of vibe though. But with that said, he was rather pleased that the Blizzardclanner took his request well. Hell, if he had been refused, Miles was definitely going to weasel his way into the territory somehow. "Thanks," he offered a slight dip of his head, then noting the furred dragon's name. Narukami. So not Aleksei but maybe a relative of theirs, interesting.

The silver catsune promptly crossed the border upon invitation, his singular eye scanning the territory before returning to Narukami once more, "so, ya'll got an official graveyard? Or someplace to keep ashes?" Now, wouldn't it help to mention the name of the dead creature he was paying his respects to? Yeah. "I'm looking for wherever Rhaelarys is, I'm not sure if he was buried or cremated," he admitted with a mirthless chuckle, knowing that he probably sounded pretty stupid for attempting to visit a grave that he did not have a single clue about how to find.

    — WHITE LINEN WHITE ROSE

  • He might have laughed, had he known there was a thought of familial relation between himself and Aleksei. It was not that he thought him an awful character to share blood with -he had his brother Touma, who must have inherited most of the unsavory traits- but more so that it was not especially long ago when Canoris and Kady were asking them both on a double date of sorts. It was...an odd thing to remember, maybe. Those were simpler times, when Niko still spoke with him freely, when Narukami was in greater control over himself. He couldn't lose his mind to memories, however, and rooted himself in the present, returning the nod with a bowed head. The question asked did take him aback.

So the single-eyed creature did not seem to know himself. Loathe as he was to admit it, Narukami doubted he would be much help, either. "Those we have lost were not...buried in a single area, as far as I am aware." Nor did they have a designated location for ashes, which only reminded him of Aurelio and Sundance, though at least she was no longer deceased. "Rhaelarys is not a name I'm familiar with." He despised his own uselessness in this situation, and his white gaze held threads of apologetic regret when he met the catsune's. "Do you know Aleksei? He may be able to assist."

Family was something precious that one had to hold onto with all their might. He had taken them, his mother and siblings, for granted until they all eventually disappeared from his life. He believed it to be mostly his fault for not keeping up and checking in but some part of him bitterly blamed them too. However, Rhaelarys was always one to stick close to the ones that claimed them as one of theirs, whether it be Targaryen or Swarovski. In the end, the purple blooded kitsune always had them and surely they made sure that Rhae had proper funeral rights. At least Adalicia would have, after all, the girl had been there at the scene. But upon learning that there wasn't a set place for the dead, his hope began to falter once more. If the grave or ashes were transported here, it would be nearly impossible to find it. Seemed like his chance to make it right was dying by the second.

A slight frown overtook his features as he listened to Narukami explain what they knew. He didn't and couldn't blame the other male though. He couldn't expect everyone to know everything about the history of a clan, especially details about random members that they've never met. That was just expecting too much, too unfair but he could't help with the disappointment. As hard as it was to finally force himself to come back here, knowing that there may not be a chance for him to make his peace was pretty upsetting. But on the brightside, he was quite glad that this Blizzardclanner was so quick to assist him, he was truly grateful for that. "Aleksei? Yeah, I know him. And I think you're right, Rhae's case was a bit... Strange to say the least, Aleksei would've been keeping tabs, I think," Miles more or less spouted out his train of thought to Narukami, "do you think I can go ask him?" And who else could be of help? The others who saw the body firsthand of course. "If he's not available, could you get Adalicia, Piper, or Sundance for me? If they're still here that is," he purposefully did not mention one of the faces he remembered at the scene for the reason that he's sure the femme had not forgiven him for the awful shit he had spewed once upon a time.

  • She'd been watching. From the moment that she heard his name escape someone's lips she had paused in all of her work, feeling a trickle of fear down her spine. Why was he looking for him? Was it just to find a grave and that was it or did he actually know? Her pale colored gaze watched with concern on her face, jaw clenching and grinding and causing pain to her mouth. She didn't want him here and she didn't him finding and or digging up anything that had to do with Rhaelarys. Nothing. Even as Narukami gave to go ahead she moved forward as conversation broke out once more about getting selected members whom would probably know something. This had to stop. She didn't want anything to be dug up about the tyrannical male and she almost bared her teeth but kept her sense up enough to present herself in a more manageable manner. "No." She began, her voice laced with a mild amount of anger and probably even venom as she looked at Milehigh. But the moment she looked at him another feeling overwhelmed him. A feeling of adoration, love, want slammed her in the chest and she narrowed her eyes. "Y-You need to leave. Now."

  • SUITE VEINTITRÉS AT THE CHATEAU —

Despite only having one eye left, the pink shape that approached was quickly noticed by Miles. The male turned his attention from the first Blizzardclanner to greet him to the second. And though, he had no idea of who this girl was, there was something vaguely familiar about her. Once again, she could either be a family member of a Targaryen or it could just be a hasty assumption. The silver catsune opened his mouth to greet the girl but quickly closed it upon hearing her speak. No. No? His gaze narrowing, he took a quick glance a Narukami then spoke, "what's the problem here? Why do I have to leave? Is my presence somehow pissing you off, girl?" He honestly did not understand what he did, if anything but in the end, he chalked her mild aggression as paranoia. Again, Blizzardclan seemed to be entering another violent era and it was understandable that creatures would be wary of strangers. However, he was no stranger. Maybe an asshole to some but a harmless one, for now.

  • Girl! Her eyes narrowed and for a moment she felt the need to rush at him to do anything and make him just get out of here. But she couldn’t do that and yet what would it matter if she did or not? Just some dumb punishement and maybe a talk liked in front of her for it. Though she could also lose her rank as well and it was something she had worked hard for to prove she was better than her mother. A low growl funneled in her throat and she came to realize she couldn’t hate him and that these were not her feelings that were leaking through for this catsune before her. It was all him. Frustration was starting to set in and she started to dig her claws into the ground, tearing at the dead grass that would one day come back a lush green. Though right now she had no respect for nature or for what could have been. “Yes, your very existence pisses me off. You need to leave or I will make you leave. Whatever grave you came to find, whatever remains you seek they aren’t here. So be on your way right now.”

  • Miles. Sundance hadn't seen the male in a long, long time. Apparently Valaerya didn't like his presence a bit, but on the contrary, the ex-medic trainee was happy to see him. "Miles...was it? It's good to see you again. Sundance, just, ah, in a different form." she spoke. "I'm not sure if Rhaelarys was buried or cremated either. I can escort you around the territory and see if we can find his grave." the kitsune offered, before glancing to Valaerya. "Valaerya...perhaps it would be best if you went back to camp and calmed down a little. Miles isn't harming anyone. He just wishes to see an old friend." If Narukami was okay with it, surely it was all right. Perhaps Sundance's words were a little of a...poor choice, but she was just trying to help.

Misinformation seems to be spread around left and right. The saber was a little late to the party, but out of everyone here it looks like she's the only one who genuinely remembers Miles. "Miles." The Vice-leader greets the male with a brief nod. "You might not remember me, but I'm Kady." He might know her as a black dragon with red wings at some point, or maybe a silver fox when she had originally joined. Either way, to her knowledge Rhae's grave might not have survived the shift. "To keep this realistic... Rhae passed away before the shift to Agrelos. I can not promise that his grave will be there, if any, but there is a tribute that was made to those lost before or during the shift. So if that will suffice for you, then we can lead you there." See, while Kady wasn't Rhae's biggest fan, he was someone who made Irene briefly happy. And while Val might not like Miles here, Kady felt obligated in a way to help the male out.

  • "An old friend!?" She couldn't help but scoff at the very word used together with that thing. That and she hated to be told to calm down. There was more to this then they knew and rather they liked it or not he was not coming through here. She wasn't going to let him no matter what anyone said. Her heat hammered in her chest and she felt her muzzle curl as she glared at Sundance, frigid gaze wider than they normally should be. Cold began to seep from her body, downdrafts of cold air flowing down as she glared between the both of them. "How about you go back to camp and stop making the situation more complicated. He's not going to go through here, I'm not going to let him. I've already told him that there is nothing here for him so he has no reason to come through here."She would know after all, right? This was her father they were talking about the hideous beast that dwelled within a soul that was changed to give her some semblance with life. Though when Kady showed up and began to speak the young teen became more distressed, ice forming on the ground from her paws. "NO! DON'T LET HIM IN HERE!" Don't let him in, don't let him in.

"Valaerya." The saber snarls and throws the younger girl a nasty look. "Watch your attitude. If you don't want him here so bad why don't you explain yourself rather than trying to be a spoiled brat and get what you want immediately? Crying about how you don't want him to enter the territory without any information isn't doing you anything. He might be a friend to Rhae, but that does not matter to me. We are looking at a previous member here, so who are we to deny an old member his wishes?" Was this the first time Kady was every snapping at a clan member in public? Quite possibly, actually. She was usually a very relaxed female, rarely bringing her rank into matters like this unless it truly mattered.

Now of course Kady was open minded, but Val was not approaching this situation in a respectful manner. Had she perhaps explained herself, or even told a higher rank about any possible danger or personal conflicts then the situation could have been different, but if there was one thing Kady disliked about Val it's that she was a little princess. She seemed to just assume she could get whatever she wanted, and if that were true then she was going to learn that hard way and life is going to beat her down.

She could feel the longer dyed fur on the back of her neck begin to stand up in irritation. "So? Explain yourself publicly or I will speak to you privately a distance aways and we will go from there. It's your choice." And she better be respectful about it or else there's going to be a problem.

  • As Kady arrived the kitsune gave a nod of greeting. Then Valaerya spoke up again, and just as Sundance was about to speak up, Kady remedied the situation. It was a good thing too, because she was going to ask why Valaerya harbored such a dislike for Miles.

  • Her attention was turned to Kady then and only to the vice-leader as the nasty look was thrown her way. All that did was ignite a murderous one from her own white ones as she had to listen to the dribble that leaked from her mouth. The insult of her being a spoiled brat didn't pass her by and her wings slowly flared out, ice breaking from the end of her feathers that clattered to the ground. "You bitch!" She snarled in return for her own insult because she had not been the one to start name calling. She had been rather nice in her opinion of asking the boy to leave not like he hadn't left Blizzardclan before because of his own reasons. No, she was a spoiled brat because she didn't want him to come into her home and mess everything up. "I have not been acting like a spoiled brat. I have not been anything but cordial because my uncle asked me to." She had been watching the things she said to others, been trying her best not to be blunt and uncaring about the lives of others but the one time she really was in distress, something was tearing her up in the inside and she asked for them to leave she was spoiled. She was a spoiled child. "Why do I have to explain myself to you! You hated him because of the things he did and you only decided to change your mind because you looked in his rotten head and he gave you what you needed to know so you'd trust him. You fell for his stupid disgusting act just like everyone else did. You saw what he did and you know he'd do it again if he was still alive! Milehigh is not a former member who gives any care or loyalty to Blizzardclan because he left! He left and joined Shadow Veil because he claimed you were all retard pussies and it was dropping his IQ." Rhaelarys' memories overwhelmed her and she clenched her jaw, ice creeping along her fur. Fear was gripping her hard now, causing her body to start shaking and even now her white irises seemed to be taking on a more hot pink tone. She should have just left. She should have but she didn't want things to come to this. She didn't want him here because of what he could trigger but her own pain meant nothing to them. They didn't care and she slammed her paw against the ground harshly. Pain. Pain helped her with controlling him. "Rhaelarys has no friends, he only has damn tools that he uses when he needs them. He doesn't care about your stupid feelings! Now make him leave!" Her chest heaved with breathes that she felt were too short and she squeezed her hot molten pink colored eyes closed to try and think of anything but what was happening in front of her.

  • SUITE VEINTITRÉS AT THE CHATEAU —

Oh my god. Did this girl want to fucking go? He was totally for it, having a verbal battle with the pink hued femme. Miles was never the type to back down on such a targeted oral assault as could be proven by the trouble he's gotten himself into when he lived in Blizzardclan. A sneer found it's way onto his face as he glared at the youngster, getting ready to toss his own barbs but then two more femmes arrived. Both were woman he had once known but both had changed forms. One of them, the former to arrive, he had named to Narukami but the latter was the name he decided to not mention for reasons.

Honestly, he couldn't believe it that Kady addressed him so neutrally considering the whole shitfest that happened concerning a certain pregnant femme. However, he had to give her credit for the possible forgiveness or just her straight professionalism as she seemingly put said past situation aside. But with that aside, it seemed like arguments and drama tailed him wherever he went considering that Valaerya continued to argue against him. Thankfully, the two older Blizzardclan femmes fought for his case.

Anyhow, Sundance was unaware of the fate of Rhaelarys's body and so was Kady, but the vice leader did mention of a certain memorial for the fallen. That was not optimal but he supposed it'll have to do. He was just too fucking late and he'll have to take whatever he could get. "Don't worry, I remember you both," the catsune finally spoke again, offering them both a slightly rueful grin and ignoring Val's outbursts. It wouldn't be good to repeat another pissbaby moment with Kady present after all, "the tribute will have to do then. Unless ya'll won't mind me staying around for a bit and asking around for more information?" He still clung onto the hope that there was still something left of Rhae in this weird world. He just would have never imagined that it would be inside that angry pink girl.

And then more of the unexpected came spilling from the distressed girl. Rhae was a bad person? Well, yeah. It was true, the deceased male had done some crazy shit in the past but none of that mattered to Miles. Rhae was good to him and that was what he clung on to. Friends were hard to come by for the silver catsune and he wasn't about to toss a creature who had been nothing but an angel to him aside because of what a little girl said. But the tirade and all the anger continued and she repeated words that he did utter in the past. Specifically, he said those words to Rhaelarys during a time that Miles had been very absorbed in his anger regarding the situation with a certain pregnant girl. He had been bitter and generalized all of Blizzardclan as idiots for ignoring his logic and ganging up on him for sharing his opinion. But hearing those words repeated back to him was not his concern since he knew that it had been a gross generalization and borderline outburst of anger, what he was most triggered by was that fact that she knew. "Who the fuck are you, girl?" He spoke again, his voice unnaturally calm as he starred down the outraged girl with a single blue eye.

The saber snickers at the young girl's words. She's acting nice because Uncle asked her to? So was it all an act then? Or was she merely hiding whatever else she was truly thinking? The name calling, unlike Val, does not phase Kady. She's been called that name so many times in her past, and while it was annoying,it did not rub her the wrong way.

If anything it almost felt like a compliment to the former criminal.

Like an adrenaline rush. A blast to the past where she was hated for her words and actions merely because she liked getting a rise out of others.

It wasn't a positive feeling, and one she should push down before she thinks she can start getting used to it.

Perhaps this child was just bitter because Rhae was her father, and she didn't seem to have any indication of a healthy relationship with anyone she has ever interacted with. Irene? She hated her mother. Rhae? Forget about it. So if this was Val's true nature, then was she wise to tell Aurelio to try and confess his feelings to her? Just days ago Kady had said to be careful around her, for she was damaged and needed someone to show her what love actually was. But who was Kady to know anything about love? She had only been a hit it and quit it kind of girl. Who was she to give Aurelio advice? At this point, perhaps it was a mistake and she was only encouraging the male to his downfall by falling for someone so hot-headed.

Hearing her words though, it was interesting. Yes, Rhae did something stupid. Yes, on Earth Kady willingly peered into his memories to give him a second opportunity, but if she was a fool for believing him then wasn't Aleksei a fool as well? For dropping his exile and allowing him back into the clan before his death? Or was her memory of Earth just too foggy now and she was getting her information mixed up? This, ladies and gentlemen, was the perfect example as to why Kady never wanted a family of her own. There was too much drama. Too many secrets and lies. It was overwhelming from an outsider's point of view, and it must be even more overwhelming for Valaerya.

So that's something the vice-leader has to take into consideration. Does she take a step back? Realize her mistake for not using a filter for her inappropriate words and really thinking through this situation? Blame her words on the fact that anytime she looks at Val she thinks of her mother which follows with mixed emotions? Did she look down upon the girl merely for her family relations? Or does she continue to scold the girl for her attitude? She was just standing up for herself after all, but in the end Val was a family member here, and if she felt threatened by Milehigh's presence then she should prioritize that first. Even if he was just someone looking to say a final goodbye to someone he considered a friend.

The glare on her face eases up with each word spoken and eventually Kady just gives a sigh of defeat. Who was she to judge Val? Someone she barely knew? But these intense feelings... These words. It almost felt like manipulation, perhaps a trait she picked up from her father. He might be dead, but he had a huge impact on multiple clans in different ways. While Rhae might be dead, his story lives on and Val needs to learn how to coop with that.

The feline's cool gaze eventually shifts to Miles and she just provides a shrug to everything that was happening. She was not about to argue with Val, not in public at least. Besides, she was too old for a screaming match. She couldn't be bothered with something so silly. So what was the best thing to do in this situation? Separate the two before this turns into a brawl? Probably. "I will not be the one to deny someone from visiting a grave." The responds flatly. While she might have different views compared to others in the clan, it just seemed downright rude to her. "However, with the looks of the situation it does not seem safe to pursue anything other than separating everyone. My apologies, Miles. Unless Aleksei says otherwise, perhaps it is best not to seek out his grave right now." That's if Aleksei even shows up. With this commotion though, there's a big chance that he will.

A figurative eyebrow is quirked as she shifts her gaze to the princess. "Come with me then. We will speak more about this." There was no option here. The least Kady could do is listen to Val's point of view and try to get a better understanding of a situation that happened so long ago. If she truly felt threatened by Milehigh's presence, then her end decision would be to turn him away and keep the female safe.

  • Perhaps it was a cover up, perhaps was being nice only for the sake of her uncles will. But she had been putting a hell of a lot of effort into it, biting her tongue when it was especially necessary. But she was trying. Her eyes snapped open when she was questioned about who she was and her molten hot pink gaze located Milehigh again and she clenched her jaws, claws digging into the ground. Her only way of defending herself was with her words most of the times and so that was what she did. "None. Of. Your Business." The medic trainee snapped back rather heatedly as she moved back away from the older male, taking her time to keep her glare on him but she was distracted when Kady started to speak up again and heart fluttered with relief. It made her legs feel weak and she almost stumbled before she had to sit down. Her ears were pulled against her skull and she lowered her head a bit to try and control her breathing. She did feel sick but she knew it would pass as time went on because it had to. Thank goodness, she was sending him away. At least for the time being but what came next made her tense up and her eyes flicked up to look at the vice-leader, the hot pink of them fading to that normal white they normally were. Though she had no intention of talking about this further, she..she just wasn't ready yet to talk about it. To talk about any of it. Not the hallucinations, not any of it. "I don't want to talk about it. I'm not comfortable with talking about it." This was pushing it pretty far as it was and she felt like she was going to throw up but she forced herself to sit up a bit taller. Maybe this was her fault and she had reacted to strongly to this but she'd seen him before and the things he had done. How could anyone like him? How could only like her? The realization hit her hard in the chest and she let out an almost pained noise before she rose to her paws and turned away from all of them. Spreading her wings she pushed hard from the ground to take off into the air but before she left her gaze traveled back to Kady, pain evident in them, before she then looked over to Milehigh. "There is no grave, there was no cremation. He's not dead." That was all she said before she flew off to be alone.

  • SUITE VEINTITRÉS AT THE CHATEAU —

Was it none of his business to know the identity of the winged creature? Perhaps, but why did how was she able to quote him nearly word for word? What else did she know? It wasn't like he's done anything downright incriminating without a reason as of late but it didn't sit well with him. She looked young, there was no way she was present when he was with Rhaelarys, but... No, that was fucking impossible. There was no way that the upstart of a youngster was a reincarnation of the kitsune. Rhaelarys wouldn't be a downright bitch to him. But then again, the deceased male was a complicated creature and he began to see similarities between the two and he fucking hated it. Fuck that. Rhae wouldn't pretend to be dead, not to him, would they? He let that thought sink in, it would mean everything was lie like the girl claimed and boy, that made him furious.

However, he didn't say anything, listening to Kady defuse the situation again and turning the thoughts cooking in his head. No fucking way, no fucking way, no fucking way. He killed the possibility in his mind as his attention was piqued once more upon Kady stating his name. "Yeah, I can come back later," he shrugged his shoulder with a sigh, his singular eye shifting to Valaerya as she responded to the vice leader. I'm not comfortable with talking about it. "You act like I did something to you," the silver catsune snorts, imagining all the tall tales the girl could spin about him to make herself look like a victim and him the villain, "I don't even know who the fuck you are or what your name is, you fucking stalker." There was no fucking way that was Rhaelarys.

But, cue the second shock of his day. The next two statements to escape from the girl's mouth stunned him momentarily as she spread her wings and took off. No grave, no cremation, he isn't dead. What the fuck. No fucking way. It seemed like his prior thought came back to life despite the fact that he killed it and was denying the hell out of it right now. Rhaelarys wasn't dead? Was this fucking girl the kitsune's new form? Was the formerly deceased male trying to turn a new leaf and have a fresh life? He thought it would be too cruel. All this time, Miles had thought that Rhae was dead and had been guiltily making his way around the world with the thought of never saying his final peace to them. And once he finally summoned his courage to say good bye, he learns that the other male was not dead and could possibly be this hateful girl. How fucking cruel.

But a part of him was relieved. Rhae was fucking alive. That was his friend, he was happy that death didn't take them for too long, after all, the Targaryen had died too young. He hoped that Rhaelarys was having a good life without any troubles like in their last one, but what about him? What about his own feelings? Were those not important? Should he be a good friend and step away, letting Rhae do whatever they were doing whether they were in the body of this girl or not? Should he leave them to their new life and pretend that he never existed? It seemed like that was what they wanted. After all, Val had stated not once but multiple times that she wanted him to leave. However, Miles was not a gentle soul and was still pretty pissed and confused about the whole situation so, leaving without answers was not a choice. Perhaps later he'll come to the realization that it was better for him to just fuck off but for now, his own frustration was blinding him. Breathing out a sigh, the silver creature then turned to Kady and spoke again, "sooo, should I just go or am I allowed to stay to figure out whatever this fucked mystery is?" Despite the fact that he said he'll go before, Miles was too invested in this to leave immediately. He needed to know the truth because right now, not knowing hurt too fucking much. Hell, if his thoughts were confirmed, then this would be like losing Rhaelarys for a second time.
