    Delaware has a hidden cruel streak, and his anger is a cool, unsettling thing, betrayed by an indulgent smile and too-bright eyes. One might also note that the breeze picks up within a few yards of him whenever he is vexed, courtesy of his air affinity.


    Family:

    Delaware is the brother (in-law) of Seapoint and Rumbleheart, and uncle of their children, consisting two litters — Rockfox, Gracefulpioneer, and Saoirse Weaver of the Blackheart Rogues numbering among them. Through Rockfox and his fiancee, Trashboat Alexandrov-Kagamine-Reaver, he is the great-uncle of Basil, Ivy, and Balsam Weaver-Kagamine.

    — Shapeshifting: Delaware is able to assume the form of a ferruginous hawk.

    — Wind Elemental: He can manipulate air currents to aid him in flight and conjure winds capable of blowing back smaller opponents. Whilst able to utilize this power across forms, it is significantly more potent when he is raptor-skinned.
