  • the clan was seeing more activity, so blackroses felt it was safe to hold a meeting this week, rather than waiting two weeks for another meeting. she didn’t expect this meeting to be that long, so she felt that was another reason to have a meeting this week. "circlers! please gather for a meeting!" after the arrival of a couple of npcs, she would begin the meeting. "i’d like to start off this meeting by welcoming our newest members of the clan. Wenceslas , and farley. welcome to the kinship circle. we are delighted that you’ve chosen to make your home here with us." she’d allow time for the pair to introduce themselves should they desire to do so before moving on. "next, please take note that ERNST. is visiting us from the solaris kingdom. please make sure you help him feel at home during his stay. shoutouts this week go to Wenceslas , keep up the good work." again, she’d pause to look over the crowd, making sure to allow time for any comments on either subject. when she was sure there would be no more, she’d move on. "next, i’d like to ask you to be on the lookout for new ambassadors. wenceslas and myself have visited the sanctuary, amafali heights, as well as hawkclan to propose alliances. the heights has already accepted our request for an alliance, so be sure to treat them as such. as soon as we recieve a final decision on the matter of the other two clans i will be sure to inform you of our relationship with them. if anyone from those clans arrives on our borders, you are to treat them with the utmost respect." she only had a few other things to go over before she could draw the meeting to and end. "next, i’d like to mention that sometime in the near future, we will be part of an event with the blackheart rogues, as well as valhalla. once we have more details regarding this i’ll be sure to make an announcement about that. in the meantime however, be sure to be on the lookout for any invites or visitors / ambassadors from those clans." one last thing then she could feel at ease with herself. "lastly, there will be no promotions or demotions this week. tryouts for high positions are still going on, so use this next week to show me why i should consider you a position. go out and convince me that you’re the right choice. show me that i can trust you in that position." pausing, she’d allow the final message to sink in. seeing npcs nodding their head in understanding, she’d draw the meeting to a close. "if no one has anything to add, or need clarification on anything then this meeting is dissmissed." if no one responded to the invitation to share their own news (that was important and related to the clan overall that is) or ask for clarification on anything she’d said, she’d move to leave the meeting site.

  • TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR —

Zezmos had no desire for power, but he did care enough to help. So, he slipped over and settled in. Eyes on Rose and a smile on lips. We should host a party for our allies. To show we appreciate them giving us a chance. No neutrals, just them. Maybe teach them about the lore of their homes and have a feast of some sort?

    — SOMETHING THAT WILL LIGHT THOSE EARS

  • KAYUH + alaskan malamute + kinship circle

kayuh gathered, green eyes watching blackroses with a hint of irregular curiosity. more events? not that he minded the work, but he didn't see the point. they could fend for themselves, who needed allies? still, the large dog remained silent and attentive, patience waning at the end of the meeting. nothing much, just a reminder that the kinship circle was beginning to revive itself.

  • While Kayuh's issue was the constant flow of events, Monday's issue was the lack of filled out ranks. Rose had plenty of aspiring creatures who would work well beneath her and with her - why didn't she just promote a few of them? Give them jobs so that everything seemed okay? Moe would roll her eyes towards the end of the meeting, a bit frustrated, though she chose no to be verbally so. Events, allies, yadda yadda. At least Rose was keeping up with meetings.

    [ ic opinions ofc ]

  • The reddish-gold dog was the third to arrive, appearing after Monday, his brown eyes on Blackroses. Her announcements were nothing surprising, though he nodded a few times at the news of upcoming events, and smiled as his name was mentioned. Having nothing to say himself, Wenceslas stood up, intending to depart in case someone else spoke up.

  • The Paladin gathered along with the others and listened carefully. By the end he had a small smile. She was finally achieving things and they were good things. She was getting more allies which were the original way the group had been. He had noticed the recent spark in everything going on it was exciting to him. He was still interested in the rank as Archdruid and he hoped he wouldn’t be skipped over in the process because of past disputes.
