starclan warrior | former shadowclan warrior

shadows had crept in with the night, stalking silently towards the cement jungle where the city clan made their home. it had been a moon since thunderclan and bloodclan's vicious unprovoked attack on riverclan, in which shadowclan had come to the water dwellers' aid. now, with riverclan and thunderclan's alliance forged anew, three of the forest clans were out for blood. so they crept ever nearer to the city of stone. from above, icy lights twinkled down, silently watching, waiting for the inevitable. each warrior of the stars had their own opinion on this, but one thing was certain, everyone was watching. some were waiting for former clanmates to join them amongst the starry ranks, others simply watched because there was no other choice. someone would loose in this battle. this was apart of the fate of the clans. so they watched, they waited. crouched on a tussock of grass, the former shadowclanner sighed. this was inevitable, but he wished it didn't have to be.

Robinfoot paced next to Falconbreeze, blue eyes fixed on the scene that was laid in front of them. Her kin's Clans, her kits whose paws beat the bloodied earth as their homes collided in a battle. A retaliation. The former SkyClanner just hoped, prayed, that none of her own would be joining the starry ranks today.

"There has to be something we can do." She meowed, an edge of exasperation to her voice, blue eyes fixed on her eldest daughter as she fought off a BloodClanner.

  • A pair of eyes, shimmery blue-silver hue shone across from where he crouched, calculating the two other Starclanners with a curiosity veiled beneath an expression of stone. He’d overheard them talking while traveling about the star-strewn lands, quickly concluding their topic of conversation. The battle between Bloodclan and three of the forest clans- one of them his former home. He drew forwards, even in Starclan his physicality took on a smoky appearance, glossy pelt an alluring tabby pattern of ashen and ebony hue. His thoughts on the battle? A necessity. Though some of his anger and vengeance had chipped away during his time in Starclan, Bloodclan’s recent little ‘stunt’ warranted a punishment. They deserved to be put in their place.

An icy gaze flickered between the two there, silently examining them as he took a place across from them. He moved robotically, every movement and every shift in his muscle honed and precise. He wasn’t sure what to say- they probably didn’t care about what he thought, so instead he offered a nod in greeting, deciding to keep it brief. “I doubt there’s anything we can do at this point,” chilling vocals commented, void of emotion, “Besides, Bloodclan deserves this, wouldn’t you agree?” Icy pools snapped to the she-cat, his aura was almost authorative.

No. Envy. Just. Couldn’t. Look. She couldn’t watch her home getting destroyed and other cats being happy about it. STARCLANNERS being happy about it. She rather went pretty far away, and watched Darkclanners.

Brokenheart was pretty interested in what would happen. “Yeah, at this point I do not think we are able or supposed to do anything. What would you want to do? Send down a meteroid? No, the only way is to punish the leaders by a dream telling them it was wrong because they hurt their own cats, but whoever would want to do that? I mean, SOME cats in BloodClan deserve it.”

He watched the fight for a while, when he spotted the creamy body of his brother ther, fighting a warrior. Suddenly, something happened. Nova freeze, and the warrior gave Brokenheart’s brother the last bite. Brokenheart gasped. Then he closed his eyes, and quietly said: “Here you go, brother. What you do, comes back to you.”

Envy startled when Brokenheart spoke. She dashed over to him, and looked down. No. Nova... he was DEAD?! No, he couldn’t be... he was strong and, and... and EVIL. And that is not what Envy wanted to be. He would go to Dark Forest now, and Envy... she didn’t want to go there. Although StarClan didn’t fit her much, she didn’t want to go to a place filled with evil cats. She saw what Nova did to Silverpaw, she saw it. She saw what she did to that innocent apprentice. She was able to bring his psychology up when Silverpaw needed it to escape. She saw everything he did. And she DIDN’T love him anymore. Envy’s face became serious, she sat down, sighed and also watched with the cats.

Robinfoot's blue eyes flicked upward to the tom who had spoken, and she paused in her pacing. For a moment, everything was still, bar from the ex-SkyClanner's white-tipped tail flicking. It, alongside the stony expression set on her alabaster maw, betrayed her agitation. Her mind raced in the silence, a slew of thought comprised of both curses and hope running like water through the back of her head as she gazed at her starry Clanmate.

Brokenheart's remark drew her attention away, frown now directed at the tom. Was she being too rash? It hadn't felt that way, but the reactions she'd gotten made the cinnamon tabby wonder if she was taking this far too personally. But it was personal, for her.

"They ... they more than deserve it." She meowed, voice carefully measured. "But my son is there, and he does not. He's a kind soul, but his loyalties are misplaced." Robinfoot sighed, and shook her head. Galewhisper would have done well to find SkyClan, in her opinion.

  • Brokenheart stayed silent. But Envy turned towards the ex-Skyclanner. The ex-Bloodclanner sighed. "Yes, that's more than truth. There are many innocent cats and small kits that found they shelter there and now must pay for mistakes for a few stupid adults.

turning towards the conversation, he listened respectfully. "i don't think the clans will attack kits and innocent bystanders. it's the warriors of bloodclan who've done the harm, as well as caledon and sheogorath. the forest clans won't target kittens and queens." he was fairly certain of this, and unless a bloodclan kit was stupid enough to attack a warrior, no kittens would be harmed.

  • He didn't understand. He didn't understand how it could all boil down to a mass attack, three against three. Dusk-kit was too innocent, too young. He was scared, not for himself, but for the Clans. If there were so many bad things said about BloodClan, why would DarkClan and WindClan support them? He buried his face into Robinfoot's starred pelt. He didn't want to hear anything. He didn't want to watch the bloodshed.
