Kasai was originally a slave for a nobleman. after trying to help her older brother Outside the village as a young girl. she was captured and sold to said nobleman. however still seeing her brother it was a rare occasion. she would often going to the castle for errands, where she First met Ayami. She would often hang around with her before the death of the lord when she was taken in by a doctor. Having stayed away from the castle she missed Ayami, however grew to love books and learning, gaining massive amounts of knowledge. Before long she became the medicine woman the royals or councilmen went to for assistance.
