  • Blind Heat

Blind Heat was a bit shocked at the feeling of his spark casing, her digits and servo light against it. Though, her touch retreated at the question passed towards Shockwave. Her gaze shifted towards the other mech, who simply waved them off. He still hadn’t noticed them, nor did he intend to. Returning her servo to her lap, she could easily feel his pulse on the edge of her digits without her hand on him at all.

Shockwave continued to search for a reason that the change in Radio Chatter was happening. He hardly heard Thundercracker over his own thoughts, simply focusing on doing his duty.

    ————

“Yes, I’ll keep an eye on them.”

Shadowblitz gently took Rumble from Soundwave, setting him on the shoulder plating opposite of Frenzy.

“I do say... just talk to him if he’s even come back. Our explanation isn’t just it, there is something hidden underneath.”

The femme added on as she shifted back to lean in her seat. There wasn’t much she could do about the situation, simply content on remaining with the two Cassetticons.

  • MEGATRON

Thundercracker closed his chest up and continued to stare over at Shockwave and Radio Chatter, even though he couldn't actually see the communications officer past Shockwave's broad frame. Sighing lightly he then returned his attention to Blind Heat.

"Think you can help pop my wing back on real quick? It... kinda snapped off after I rammed a hatch door."

He didn't wish to disturb Shockwave from his work as he seemed rather engrossed in... whatever was going on. He knew it was likely an easy job at least since he had checked the wing earlier and noticed that it had simply popped free from its connections.

Radio Chatter's visor seemed to come back online at that moment, slowly of course, but also wearing the wrong colour. The usual yellow hue was instead now red. It should have been impossible with the sedative in his system but clearly something was amiss. Gravely amiss. Sitting up on the berth he then locked his sights upon Shockwave.

    "We are done here."

    --

Soundwave nodded as he stood up and opened up his chest compartment to expel Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, and Ratbat. The three flying minicons seemed rather confused about why they were being let out but they soon found themselves some roosts up among the pipes and bars dotting the ceiling of the recreational room. Now without his small companions he moved to exit the room, heading off along the corridor to return to Sideways' room. It was time he got answers for himself and if it meant waiting all night for the warper to return then so be it.

"Bet he's going to murder Sideways."

Rumble murmured with a sigh, clearly not pleased with the arrangement. Frenzy snorted lightly and shrugged his shoulder armour.

"And I bet he caves and becomes the stupid fragger's adoptive brother."

Frenzy countered. Hopefully Soundwave would be alright though as that was still his main concern. Besides, Soundwave and all the Cassetticons; just a cluster of broken mechs supporting each other. Taking in another stray soul didn't seem that unusual in fact.

"Going to get crowded in Soundwave's chest if he tries to invite that fellow in though."

Laserbeak pitched in with a squawk, lingering above them.

    SOUNDWAVE

  • Blind Heat

“Yeah. And no more ramming hatches.”

There was a brief glowering tone but she chuckled and got up with ease, looking down towards him. It wasn’t more than a sarcastic remark, the femme smiling faintly. The feeling on the edge of her digits was rather soothing to Blind Heat, her little earwings twitching faintly.

“Not yet, Radio Chatter. You’re staying here, with me, until I get answers.”

Shockwave narrowed his optic at the younger mech, his frame rattling a bit as he shifted around. Making sure he remained in sight, he aimed to grab the younger’s shoulder armor. If the large mech had to, he was going to restrain him.

    —————

“I’m sure he’ll simply want answers.”

Shadowblitz shook her head softly as Skywarp walked back in with Requiem settled on his wing. The bug flew over to Shadowblitz and the brothers curiously, the warper shifting to sit down again. Offering a servo to the symbiote, Shadowblitz crossed one leg over the other as Requiem landed on her hand.

Sideways had returned, organizing the mess he made in his room. He lifted up jumbled datapads, setting them back in their piles he had made. Unsure what to expect of the day, he settled in his room for the moment.

    Sideways

  • MEGATRON

"Alright, alright. I promise not to do it again, unless a hatch gets between me and you of course."

Thundercracker supposed he could squeeze in some flirting now that everything was out in the open. Leaning forward he then grabbed the wing and pulled it towards Blind Heat, keeping his position as it exposed his back fully.

    "There you go. And thanks."

As he was grabbed he narrowed his optics behind his visor and snorted lightly.

"What has gotten into you, Shockwave? Can't a mech change his colours once in a while?"

Rad grumbled as he tried to pull away from the medic, no longer keen on humouring the larger Decepticon. He felt compelled to get back to work. Extremely compelled in fact.

"I am fine, therefore no longer require your services."

    --

"Guess we'll see... hey, is that a bug?"

Frenzy tilted his helm to one side as he eyed the little lifeform that had come over to land on the femme's digits.

    "Where did it come from?"

    --

Soundwave soon enough arrived back at the room and he paused outside the door for a couple minutes before he simply entered without knocking, pushing the door open and stepping inside. Instantly he spotted Sideways within which made him act quickly as he slammed the door shut behind himself before leaning against it, servos pressed flat against its surface. His visor glowed with a fierce brightness as he locked his sights upon the other.

    "We need to talk."

    SOUNDWAVE

  • Blind Heat

“If you don’t break your nosecone first.”

Blind Heat laughed faintly at her sarcastic remark, taking the wing from him. She moved to a position to look at his back before shifting on her pedes, debating how to go about this. After all, her limited sight did little to help her.

Shockwave narrowed his optic into a squint, before he let go hesitantly and relunctantly.

“Very well. Report back to me in a couple of cycles so I can make sure the damage is not too extensive.”

He shifted away to go look back in his crate, digits clenching and what not.

    —————

“Swarm. It’s one of her symbiotes, namely Requiem.”

Shadowblitz introduced the small bug, the white and violet paint of the symbiote flaring. Requiem transformed gracefully, offering a bow to both Rumble and Frenzy. The little antennae twitched faintly, the much tinier femme settling on the larger’s digits.

    —————

“Very well. What is it you need to say?”

Sideways cast a brief glance towards Soundwave as he continued to restack datapads. Noticing the one on his berth, he quickly snatched it up and stowed it away in his subspace. No need for any secrets to be unveiled more than they already had been.

    Sideways

  • MEGATRON

    "Ha heh... yeah, about that..."

Thundercracker let out a wheezed chuckle over that particular remark. His nosecone was damaged, but that could wait. It was the wing that he wanted fixed the most since it was the only thing that had broken off. Plus he didn't want to be unbalanced whilst walking either, or being unable to convey some of his emotions.

Rad huffed lightly as he was finally released. Giving the medic another glower he then pulled himself off the berth and straightened up.

"Thanks for the repairs but I really must be going. Thundercracker, I shall be taking a break in my room. I must rest, then I shall return to my post tomorrow."

He called out across the room as he noted the lovebirds. After finishing that he moved to exit the medical bay.

Thundercracker lifted his helm and quirked a brow up.

"Uh... I thought he was sedated? And why didn't he call me TC? He never calls me by my full name."

Something didn't feel right, and it was making his tanks ache.

    --

"Huh... woulda fancy that then. Well then Requiem, I'm Frenzy and that's my brother Rumble. Up there is Laserbeak, and next to him is Buzzsaw. And waaaay over there is Ratbat."

Frenzy introduced, pointing out the various Cassetticons for Requiem. Though it was evident that Ratbat was rather intrigued by them, so much so that the Cassetticon was beginning to drool.

    --

Soundwave remained exactly where he was at the door, pleased that at least his target had not taken leave through warping. Proved that the guy was no form of coward, or was merely too comfortable in the presence of someone who reflected an individual he trusted dearly.

    "What happened to him?"

He jumped straight to the question bothering him the most, the one thing he wanted the answer to the most. Was the other Soundwave truly lost?

    SOUNDWAVE

  • Blind Heat

Blind Heat cast a glance towards Shockwave, the large mech shuddering. She quickly, and with little trouble, reattached his wing before stepping back.

“Looks good as new. Hard to tell with minimal visibility.”

She noticed Radio Chatter and then Thundercracker’s remark.

“He is not himself... and I did sedate him.”

Shockwave looked towards Thundercracker and Blind Heat, now noticing the difference in their interactions. He turned his attention back to the crate, shuddering a bit.

    ——————

    “Bat?!”

Requiem quickly jumped back up and began to look around nervously. The small wings of the femme began to flutter a bit and she began to look for a place to hide.

Shadowblitz quirked a brow when the small symbiote began to freak out. She was confused why she was in the first place.

    —————

Sideways visibly tensed and set down the few datapads he had in his servos.

    “Who?”

He shot back at him, shaking his head slightly. He began to return back to what he was doing.

“If you’re wondering about my Soundwave, it’ll take a lot more than asking.”

    Sideways

  • MEGATRON

A low 'eep' escaped Thundercracker as the wing slipped into place, a small stab of pain flaring across his system before it all settled down and he was capable of flapping his wings to prove that they were functioning correctly. With that spot of repairs completed he then stood up and rolled his shoulders before he looked over at Shockwave, now raising both eyebrows when he mentioned that the sedative had been used.

"Wait, he's still mobile despite being sedated? How? Did you miss the energon line maybe?"

Granted, it was not right to accuse the medic of making a mistake but he was determined to find a less terrifying answer to the situation.

    --

A loud shriek came from Ratbat as he propelled himself from his perch and flew across the room towards Requiem with his jaws parted. Being a beastformer meant that he did have cannibalistic tendencies and he viewed the tiny Cybertronian as merely being food. With another shriek he attempted to snatch Requiem in his claws.

    "RATBAT! NO!"

Frenzy hollered in a panic as he sussed what the problem was, and of course saw disaster beginning to unfold before them. This was why they never let Ratbat out! He just couldn't be trusted!

    --

Soundwave twitched his wings, flared them in fact in response to those words. Pushing himself away from the door he then began to advance towards the mech before moving to sit himself down on the berth. Resting one of his servos on his thigh armour he then lifted the other up and opened his chest compartment to display that he was carrying no one inside.

"We are alone. Just you and me, Sideways."

He began as he closed himself again, keeping that servo pressed against the glass of his chest panelling.

"... Brother, tell me what happened..."

    SOUNDWAVE

  • Shockwave

“I can only assume whatever’s Startail attack was towards him.”

Shockwave sighed and his armor flared a bit, electricity crackling between his antennae. H3 pulled out a couple of devices from the crate, observing them curiously.

That didn’t settle Blind Heat, and the small claw-like pieces on the back of her helm twitched anxiously. She shifted to stand closer to Thundercracker, her visor powering back online slowly. Her servos clasped together and she quietly stood there, unsure.

    ————

A low screech erupted from Requiem, quickly darting up Shadowblitz’s armor. The white painted femme quickly squirmed her way past the others’ armor to hide. Shadowblitz was a bit uncomfortable and swiftly recalled her servo, clenching it tightly. Requiem was tucked away underneath the Hydracon’s shoulder plating beneath Rumble, the chains that hung from Shadowblitz’s armor clinking softly.

    —————

“You don’t have to call me that.”

Sideways’s tone shifted, and his immediate response to being called brother didn’t ease it. His servos clenched in and out of fists, his visor dimming as he recalled the memory vaguely.

“... We were scouting out the Jungle Planet, and found trouble in the form of the Cybertronians resident.... Our warping abilities were being blocked by the massive magnetic signals from the planet’s core and Cyber Planet Key....”

The mech paused, his servos clenching the datapad in his servos tightly. He didn’t want to continue, but he was going to after collecting himself.

    Sideways

  • MEGATRON

"Guess he must be pretty traumatised. He did face death after all, and survived. I do dread to think of what could have happened..."

Thundercracker found himself trembling a little as the memories of the screams and the looks of shear terror played through his databanks. Perhaps his friend just needed some time to recover alone, at least he hoped that was the case.

"I'll check on him later then, clearly he wants to be alone right now. I just hope whatever is going on with him wears off soon enough."

Moving to rest a servo on Blind Heat's shoulder he then turned his attention back to his love.

"Should we go check on Swarm? Considering that she isn't here in the medbay suggests that she must still be in the recreational room."

    --

Ratbat hissed when he missed and he circled round to continue the pursuit, chasing Requiem towards Shadowblitz. However the Cassetticon was not able to stop in time as he realised that his quarry had eluded him and he ended up crashing into Rumble which sent the two of them tumbling over the back of the chair and onto the floor. Frenzy cringed and ended up facepalming, shaking his helm slowly.

    --

Soundwave made no further remark and instead merely listened, trying to absorb what was being said though naturally feeling rather confused with all the strange things that he was talking about. Sensing the distress from the other he then lowered his wings and swivelled himself round on the berth so he could face the other mech on fully, reaching his servos towards him as he tried to set them over Sideways' own, aiming to give them light reassuring squeezes.

    SOUNDWAVE

  • Blind Heat

“Yes, that would probably be a good idea. And I’ll have to gather residue from Sunbreaker’s nova blast.”

The femme knew she wasn’t going to enjoy that, with ease. Already she could feel her natural heating system flickering offline, but she looked towards Thundercracker and nodded.

“Let’s head back there, then. I’m sure the symbiotes are nearly finished with their repairs under her armor.”

    —————

Requiem slowly came out of hiding, crawling up and settling where Rumble had been moments before. She stuck her glossa- more of a lavender color than silver- out down at the beastformer below. Twisting her way around the larger femme, she came and stood beside Frenzy instead.

“No teasing, Requiem. Firefly is going to scold you for that.”

Shadowblitz spoke only to the smaller femme, earning a shrug and a soft buzz of wings. The older rolled her optic and glanced over her free shoulder to look back at Rumble and Ratbat.

    “You two alright?”

    ————

Sideways flinched when he was touched but didn’t recoil back, simply setting down the datapad he had. His shoulder plating slumped, a deep venting sigh coming from him as he continued.

“We were confronted by the planet’s leader, named Scourge. But when he asked for a battle, I refused and you took the challenge.... I was barely able to get you back to the planet we called home before you...”

He trailed off, his wings drooping a bit.

    Sideways

  • MEGATRON

"That doesn't sound fun at all."

Thundercracker groaned as he cringed a little at the thought of anyone needing to deal with that task. Casting a final glance at Shockwave he then aimed to take Blind Heat's servo in his own before attempting to guide her out of the medbay so they could catch up with the others.

"Here's hoping then, and I hope she gets back on her pedes fast because I don't trust those Insecticons that she brought back."

They always gave him the creeps.

    --

A synchronised chorus of groans came from the two downed Cassetticons, though Rumble was at least able to offer a thumbs up. Sitting up he then punched Ratbat in the base of the helm to trigger an involuntary transformation which locked the mech in cassette mode.

"Anyone got a chest compartment to store him in? Or a big aft to sit on him with?"

Rumble called out as he stood up and held Ratbat with both servos to ensure he couldn't transform back quite yet.

"Ask Megatron, or rather Mega-Butt. Ha ha!"

Frenzy joked loudly, earning himself a grunt from the large grey mech from across the room.

    --

    "I see. I'm sorry. I truly am."

Soundwave didn't tear his gaze away Sideways and neither did he move his servos away. Leaning forward he then aimed to touch the crest of his helm to Sideways' own, intending to look at him through visor to visor.

"You've been so very alone, haven't you?"

    SOUNDWAVE

  • Blind Heat

“Megatron said she lost a lot of energon... I suggested using the residual energy to make a synthetic replacement since we don’t have the energon to replace it completely.”

Blind Heat quietly followed after Thundercracker, squeezing his servo lightly in her own. Honestly, she was worried for the lead Hydracon. Who could blame her? They were the first and sometimes only Cybertronians she was first introduced to the Decepticons. Her grip tightened on his servo, visor dimming as she walked with him.

    ————

“I’m going to regret this, but I can store him in my subspace for the moment.”

Shadowblitz took a sharp glance over at Requiem, who buzzed off of the other femme’s shoulder. She had only ever offered her subspace when Requiem was hiding from her own brothers. Shifting in her seat, she turned around and offered a servo for the Cassetticons.

Skywarp snickered a bit, but earned a sharp elbow to the chest from Moonguard. He winced and rubbed the spot he was hit, the large Hydracon giving him a sharp glare. Even Starscream seemed in a more crabby mood, but mostly because he lost his Shanix.

    —————

“More than you can believe. The company of other people does little to remove grief.”

Sideways enjoyed the feeling of being touched, but slowly removed his servos from Soundwave’s. He didn’t move his helm, finding it comforting as he sat there with the other mech. Unsure whether it was the fact it looked like like his brother, or that he wasn’t being hit, he was better.

    Sideways

  • MEGATRON

Thundercracker couldn't suppress the smile from gracing his features as they continued to hold servos, he honestly never expected this to happen. Though he soon swallowed it back down as he tried to wear a more serious expression as they neared the recreational room.

"If your plan works it can do more than just help Swarm, it might just turn the tide in our favour. We won't have to scramble for our next mouthful from aliens."

He added before they entered the recreational room.

Rumble shrugged and reached up to pass Ratbat over.

    "Hopefully he behaves then."

He remarked with a snicker before he wandered off. This made Frenzy tense up and scowl.

    "Hey, where are you going?"

"Off to hang with some of the others here, duh! I gotta make friends too ya know."

Rumble snorted in reply as he rested his servos on his hips, sticking his glossa out at his brother. Turning on his heel he then continued on his way, moving around the room as he searched for someone to interact with.

    --

Soundwave brought his servos back to his lap and he kept his helm pressed against the other mech's. He allowed it to happen for a while before he finally broke the contact and leaned back. It was then that he shifted to climb onto the berth, shifting across it on all fours before laying down on his front.

"Finish the upgrades. The wings are... heavy. I need the extra armour to ease the pressure on my spinal strut."

He wasn't exactly asking, more like demanding it. He knew there was little point to going back now and he decided to merely accept this. Maybe this was his purpose for being here? Destined to be the brother to a lost soul who needed a slither of hope.

    SOUNDWAVE

  • Blind Heat

“Let’s just hope it works with Swarm first... then if it does, we know what to do.”

Blind Heat relaxed a bit as she could see some familiar heat signatures, before glancing towards what she assumed to be the Insecticons. She only assumed so because they were close to Swarm, and looked like they hardly moved from her side.

Speaking of friends, Requiem buzzed over to Rumble curiously. She transformed behind him and walked after him, communication wasn’t her strong skill. Debating on what to do, she hopped back up and sort of hovered after him.

Shadowblitz shifted and easily stored Ratbat in her subspace, though a bit uncomfortable. Her gaze shifted back to Frenzy a bit, quirking a brow.

“Ratbat is lucky he didn’t eat Requiem, we don’t need Swarm in a frenzy as soon as she awakens.”

    —————-

    “Very well.”

Sideways shifted off the berth, visor brightening a bit as he glanced to Soundwave.

“I was expecting to be hit and such, having someone listen means a lot. Thank you.”

He shifted and faced the last bit he hadn’t managed to add on, and he was waiting for the request. He moved the extra armor off of one of the shelves, ready to continue.

    Sideways

  • MEGATRON

Thundercracker merely nodded before he spotted Swarm, Megatron and the Insecticons. Still keeping a hold of Blind Heat's servo he then moved to approach the little group so they could discuss things.

    "How is she faring?"

He queried, though he wrinkled his nose when he noticed that Kickback was chewing on something.

    "What is that?"

    He questioned sternly whilst pointing.

Kickback growled and swivelled himself round as he tried to keep it away from the Seeker. Megatron however was chuckling lightly, clearly feeling more relaxed than earlier around them.

"Don't worry Thundercracker, he's got one of my broken wrenches. Thought giving him something to chew would help him relax. As for Swarm... ask her yourself."

Rumble sensed someone following him and he glanced over his shoulder to catch a glance at Requiem.

"Hrm? You looking for a friend or somethin'?"

He questioned, scratching the side of his helm as he tried to figure out her deal.

"Yeah... though he can't help it. He's a beastformer, he literally eats other Cybertronians as part of his basic diet. Provided that they're smaller than him of course. Same for Ravage, but as you can tell he isn't here."

Frenzy replied, feeling a little bad for Ratbat. Back in his universe beastformers were kept as pets, and if they showed intelligence or self awareness they were either killed or beaten into submission. It wasn't nice for anyone back there.

    --

"I got my strike in earlier if I recall correctly. I actually did plan on killing you, but it was Frenzy and Shadowblitz who convinced me to try another approach. You have them to thank."

Soundwave commented with a twitch of his wings. Turning his helm to the side he then watched Sideways and saw the piece that he was holding, already guessing where it was going. Instinctively he flattened his wings down and remained still.

    "Do it."

    SOUNDWAVE

  • Swarm Master

“I am... fine, wiped out but fine..”

Swarm had moved a servo to cover her optics, the two remaining of her intelligent symbiotes sitting on her helm. One looked similar to Requiem, but more pointy and almost... dead looking. The other was rather fluffy to put simply, armor flared up and puffed up. She felt drained, simply because she was from losing so much energon.

“Are we still going to try and make the synthetic?”

Blind Heat shot the question towards Megatron, tilting her head softly. Swarm looked better, but feeling it was another perspective. She knew that herself from when she had lost her true sight.

“Yeah, actually... I hadn’t seen you before and I wanted to apologize.”

A nervous laugh came from the symbiote, her little wings fluttering faintly. She cleared her intake, her antennae twitching a bit.

“Guess I should stick to hiding... sorry about Ratbat crashing into you.”

“I understand that, especially with the Swarm from my universe. There are similarities, but she constantly frenzied. Unlike the one here, which I’ve yet to see frenzy.”

Shadowblitz admitted as she looked towards Swarm, sighing from her vents. She could still see Skywarp and Starscream standing above her the lead Hydracon before she was blasted to pieces. Stifling a cough behind a servo, she sat forward a bit.

    —————

“Hmph, and Frenzy wanted to tear me to pieces. Amusing.”

Sideways couldn’t help but chuckle, before nodding his helm. The mech returned back to Soundwave’s side, continuing with the upgrades to finish them off. It wouldn’t take long, and thus he set to work easily.

    Sideways

  • MEGATRON

"Right... as long as it's not the furniture I guess..."

The Seeker groaned as Megatron explained things to him, though he still wasn't happy with it.

"Good. We were certainly worried at the start. In case you aren't aware Startail was forced out of the base by Skywarp and myself. She was injured when she got away. And Rad isn't... I dunno, he isn't right. But he's retired to his room for the time being."

Thundercracker informed as he decided to ensure that she was fully up-to-date with current affairs.

Megatron turned his attention to Blind Heat as the synthetic was brought up. After emitting a low rumble he then closed his optics and nodded his helm.

"We should proceed with it, yes. I did manage to siphon some energon from the Insecticons in order to stabilise her this much but we need more. What's the plan regarding this residue, how are we to collect it?"

He was eager to help at least.

Rumble looked surprised when she began to speak as he had previously assumed that she could not, so it kind of took him offguard.

"Oh-! Um, yeah, I'm from another universe so... yeah. Sorry for Ratbat trying to eat ya. He's a nice guy once you get ta know him, provided that he stops viewing ya as food. And no worries, not your fault the lugnut crashed into me. Wouldn't be the first time either, heh!"

"Maybe she took anger management in this universe?"

Frenzy joked lightly with a shrug of his shoulder armour. Though he heard the cough and felt the femme shift which made him suspect that grim memories had been stirred. Looking on with an air of sympathy he moved to touch a servo to the side of her helm.

    "Bad memories?"

    --

"I think he still desires to kick you. I think you owe him that much considering that you had caged him and his brother."

Soundwave remarked back with a soft scoff, flexing his servos as the additions were added to his frame. It wasn't painful, just strangely displeasing like a nagging tickle that he knew he shouldn't itch. Shifting his helm again he then looked forward and rested his chin on the berth's surface, sighing softly.

"So what do we do now? We're at this stage; I've been upgraded, you've bared your spark to me, and I've accepted. What is it that you want from me?"

    SOUNDWAVE

  • Swarm Master

“Good to know that Startail has retreated and is wounded.. As for Radio Chatter, we best keep an optic on him if he isn’t himself.”

Swarm shifted and uncovered her optics, only a single one remaining after being stabbed in the fragging other one. Though, the commander took the moment to observe both Thundercracker and Blind Heat. She took notice of their servos still together and looked at the Seeker.

“I assume you two are the reason Starscream is so crabby?”

Honestly, she couldn’t help but laugh a bit.

Blind Heat was about to answer before closing her mouth, thinking.

“I honestly have no clue... Sunbreaker used to be able to recycle the residue to make another attack, so I can only assume to ask her.”

She explained as she thought, her little earwings perking as she heard Swarm laugh.

    “Another universe?”

Requiem perked up eagerly before noticing his shock, her antennae twitching faintly. It took her a moment to register an assumption and coughed nervously.

“Sorry if my... voice caught you off guard. Since I was introduced, I didn’t have an intention of speaking yet.”

    “Extremely bad memories...”

Shadowblitz glanced towards Frenzy when she was touched, before away again.

“Honestly, need to talk to someone about it, but haven’t been able to since everything.”

She admitted softly and in confidence, bowing her head.

    ——————

Sideways let a chuckle slip past him, continuing to make sure his additions were in place.

“I do not know. I never expected to tell anyone what happened, and let alone be able to be forgiven.”

He shrugged softly before putting the finishing touches on Soundwave’s upgrades.

    Sideways

  • MEGATRON

"I'm sure he's just traumatised. Poor mech leaked everywhere... he really thought that he was going to die. Given time I'm sure he'll be his old self again, and then we'll be regretting it since the guy talks like he's running a marathon."

Thundercracker tried to remain positive, he sorely wanted to keep it that way. Then his wings flared upwards and he thinned his lips, glancing over his shoulder to take note of Starscream across the room. Returning his attention back to Swarm he then pulled a nervous grin.

"Heh... y-yeah. We're finally together. Though I feel like I owe Screamer some credit, the pep talk with him did help."

Megatron raised his brows as he lugged in on the conversation going on between Swarm and Thundercracker which drew his attention to the servos. A soft smile filled his features at that moment, pleased that love had managed to flourish on such a foul day.

"Right, we should go wake her then. Bet she won't be pleased about being disturbed, but this is important of course. Oh, and congratulations you two."

"Yeah. In my universe there's no war, just a nightmare of politics and classes. Ugh... not a nice world, I assure you. And I apologise for assuming that you couldn't talk, never really met someone like ya before."

Rumble explained, raising his servos up and displaying his palms at her as he owned up to his error in judgement. After a moment he brought his servos in front of himself and held them together to make a nice little platform for Requiem to stand on if she wished to land on them.

"I figured as much. Look, I think Rumble is fine here on his own with the birdbrains. How about we go somewhere private to talk? You clearly need to get some things off yer chest."

Frenzy suggested as he gave her a sympathetic look. He had faith that the other Cassetticons could survive without them for a bit.

"Well, not entirely forgiven. Teach me how to fly and then we'll be square."

Soundwave knew that he would require a teacher on how to handle his new body. Everything was so foreign to him now. No more being a ground based Cybertronian, he was to be part of the sky from now on. And there was another thing he recalled from earlier in what Sideways had said about the other Soundwave.

"Your brother was a warper too, correct? Think you can turn me into one too?"
