Nah it's cool. Dylan hasn't taken the pills partially because of how expensive they are and how his parents weren't thrilled, He hasn't gotten surgery either due to his fear of surgery so he still has ladies parts. He's mostly female in that aspect considering all that.

pvnchii Alexis can work then!! She can be in the havoc group looking to have fun and stuff and also be a friend of Chikara! Maybe he starts following her around because she just gets used to everything so fast and it probably one of the only people really into the activities, so he doesn't have to deal with much or something :0
