    the kingdom.


    -- DEWMIRE is a kingdom unlike no other. It's reign is vast and luxurious, ruling from land to sea. Towards the top of it all is it's capital, LIDIA, is the grand FORECHESTER PALACE, known for it's unique design and it's beautifully crafted sculptures that were created by none other than micheal angelo himself. the capital of lidia is utterly gorgeous in of itself, though, as one of the biggest port cities of the land. the water kisses the rocks that poke out of the water with strength, often showing off poseidon's power as it crashes against the shore. the streetlights illuminate the sidewalks with a soft, almost romantic glow, creating an ambiance that most have not seen in a capital city since paris. sunsets often look like they've been hand painted by the gods themselves, picking out the perfect shades of pinks and purples to give a dash of vibrance to the already eclectic city.

    towards the plains of the city is the MARKETPLACE, where many often go to sell good and such. just a few blocks away from the marketplace is where the heart of the city is, as many of the locals call it LIDIA SQUARE. the city happens to also have one of the most grand parks of the era, being the EASTWAY GARDENS. during the spring, beautiful pink petals often cascade down as the breeze gently blows, the same picture instead being replaced with colorful leaves in the fall.

    towards the edge of the town is where the architecture begins to get a bit more modest, as it's where most of the residential areas for those who are not as wealthy tend to live. this is also where the land begins to smooth out, and you can find the beaches that dewmire is known for. the most famous and popular one is WATERFRONT, a beach like many others that has crystal clear water and watercolor skies. of course, if you look hard enough in the wooded area surrounding this area, you may find THE GROTTO, an absolutely stunning piece of nature hidden away from the eye of the usual visitor of lidia.

    gosh i love ramona already lol but i think reagan would simply toy with the idea? she wouldn’t be 100% inclined to do so but she would just listen because the act of retribution in itself is interesting enough to captivate her, however the thought of going back to the isles might paralyze her in a way?

    bronwyn would totally try and convince them and would get frustrated when they don't comply because her father would literally kill her, but I was gonna see if maybe someone could sway her to the other side u feel

    not sure how yet, mb a romantic interest would get her to see the wrong in her ways? then she'd yote her feelings back to the isle and send an unfriend request to her dad

    i love ramona idk how many times i'll say it tbh i get that! i made the thread and i d i d n ' t know where to start so uh yikes but if you need any help i can be of assistance? to anyone honestly. this is kinda an 'anything goes' kind of thing in regards to histories n such as long as it's kinda able to happen, we're good.

    ou ou ou so are we starting when the gates open and everyone arrives ?? and what if there's like a ball or something social being held so everyone can get to know everyone idk i'm just throwing things out there

    AAA yes we'll most likely be starting with the ships literally just arriving on shore?? like essentially how i'm picturing it is the king sent his finest boats that are probably like the titanic in luxury huhuh which is definitely the total opposite of how they were sent away like the boats they were sent away in were probably terrible and one went "missing" lol #subscribe for more dewmire lore and the ship would be probs a few miles away and the royal family would be informed of it's arrival and be ready to greet the passengers to the land? like it'd almost be like the dewmire citizens are acting like none of the really bad messed up terrible cruel other adjective things never really happened.


    and oh my god we have the same mind ily i was thinking of a ball though too? like the royals would open the castle doors for the night and would host a ball in order to help those arriving to the kingdom for the first time as well as to kind of "celebrate" the reunion as well as bringing in it's own citizens so like there's a way for everyone to properly be brought into the scene? the only issue is we don't have a lot of regular characters that are 100% accepted and going to be in the rp except for dominic and astoria and i have a fear that this will die out before the rp properly happens bc that happens so often now aaa like ? i have so many ideas but it's hard because a lot of group rps die so fast now and i put so much effort into it alllllll ug h also yes, yesss hipbone come join the fun

    and i'm down for making the friend group thing! that actually sounds like a lot of fun. i want to make another character to balance out the positions/genders but i'm just scared of getting lazy and running out of muse... it'll probably be fine though


    also, i have crushes on everyone's characters they're all so amazing you guys are great

    aaa i really like the friend idea tbh?? i would be down to making one. and yeah npcs are definitely going to have to be a thing, i kind of already figured that they would esp with the king and queen because most people don't like to just play as premade characters unless it's a show so! also i feel about the low muse aaa, i think as long as we can keep this semi-active though we can keep it going for longer than most group rps nowadays? tbh i shouldn't have put so much effort into the plot, whoops   


    i also could make a few "community" characters if you would? kinda similar to npcs but they're more like, they can be used in things when needed and show up when needed and kinda powerplayed for w/e reason but have definitive apps or something but that is probably way more complicated than i'm making it s o scratch that.
