history brief. Lori was born last in a family of five children, and such she was babied a little bit. She grew up in the eras of sex, drugs, rock n roll, and free loving. She fell in love with music, by the end of high school knowing how to play guitar, bass, and drums. She also was a singer in a moderately popular band, her husky vocals attracting many suitors. She attended college for a little bit as a young adult, attempting to get a Performing Arts degree, but it was difficult, not only because she was an African American student, but because of all the partying with the older crowd she did. On one such partying night, she fell in love with a handsome stranger who only called on her at night. One night during their usual activities, he bit her on the hip, leaving his mark and changing her life forever. After that, she had time to kill, so why not take her sweet time getting that college degree?

So she started to work for a CEO as his secretary, while taking classes when she had time. Eventually, when computers became more common, she started screwing around with coding, and found her second passion, other than music. Soon disappearing from the small town in the North East, she reappeared later in the budding Silicon Valley, and took up various IT jobs with her spanking new college degree in Computers, or Information Technology. She's been here ever since, only recently moving in to the vampiric community there. After all, she was there, they were there, why not? She slightly resented the rules, but they were sensible enough people, so she obeys them.
