    Kia ora te whanau o te wai! :) I'm looking for a baby-daddy for Shimmerpool. I'm a stickler and I don't wanna use a NPC because it's fun to have a second parent to bounce RPs and awkwardness off of. No real requirements, but it would be more fun if the donor dude wasn't exactly perfect-parent material.

    Some background on Shimmer -she joined the clan but disappeared after a month to literal Avalon, comes back not changed a bit. She's not a very nice character - very manipulative and has her own agenda, but coming back to unfamiliar faces is changing that. She was abused by her brother before joining the clan and used her knowledge of herbs to cast the genetically-screwed kits out of her body, as such she's pretty vulnerable once you get past her walls and it's a trait I want to explore a bit more - she needs to accept her past rather than bury it. Also, a psa - this will be an open litter. I'll play one kit myself but if you're interested just PM me like 'hey I want a kitten' xP But yeah, that's that. So, if you have a suitable baby-daddy cat, come post here!

    Shrike's been known to cheat on his mate before, and it wouldn't be that hard for Shimmerpool to convince him to do it again. He'd feel really guilty about it and want to keep it a secret from littlepond & moonpaw. & the clan in general and basically give Shimmer and the kits the cold shoulder. Shimmer could totally use it as blackmail on him or something, or just let it slip because she wants him in the kids' life, and he'd be all mad at her about it & probably get into all sorts of trouble with his wife.


    So basically, if you want to do use Shrike, he'd probably have just had some sort of disagreement with his mate, Littlepond, and mess around with Shimmer as a result, and then at least attempt to pretend the kids aren't his.

    Yeah, that sounds good. I assume they know each other superficially, from being in the same clan?


    Also--just for me to get my mental timeline straight, do you plan on playing out her pregnancy & how old would the kits start? I'm curious if this would have started before or after his latest litter was born.
