Shawn giggled and hugged him back. He looked to Serenity and stuck his tongue out, but his pacy slipped out. He gasped, then looked to Kai.

" I got it" Kai said as he picked up shawns pacy and ran inside to clean it quickly then he returned a few minutes later to help get shawn into the car.

Ashley had put both kids in the car. Shawn was about to cry because he didn't have his pacy.

Kai handed shawn his pacy after he was placed in the car. He then went to the drivers side of the car and got in to start it up. " everyone ready to go?" he asked as he looked at the others.

"Ready." The three said at the same time. Though, about two hours down the road, Shawn was crying. Serenity was holding her nose. "Mommy! Bubby stinks.." She frowned. Ashley glanced to Kai. "Pull over?" She asked nicely. She got out once he did and changed Shawn. She looked to Serenity. "Do you have to potty?" She asked. "N-No momma.." She shook her head. Serenity had been lately trying to extend the time she could hold it, but lately it had been ending in accidents. "Serenity.. come here." She got Serenity out and told her to go after she helped get her pants off. Serenity squatted and did so, then had Ashley help her back in. Ashley felt a pain in her stomach and struggled to put Serenity in the car for a second. Once she was in, Ashley shut the door and got into the car and buckled, biting her lip hard.

Kai nodded and he started to drive. Of course he looked at her and pulled into the nearest place that had a rest room and got out to wait for them to come back. He got back in once they came to the car though he looked at ashley. " you doing ok?" he asked as he started the car again to pull out of the parking lot.

"My stomach hurts a little bit.. that's all.." She sighed.

" do you need to go to a doctor?" Kai asked as he started to pull out of the parking lot and started to get back onto the road.

“No.. it’s probably my breakfast disagreeing with me.. it’s been a good minute since I’ve had had fast food..” She bit her lip. Fifteen minutes later she bit her lip. “Can.. you pull over? I don’t feel so good. I’m sorry..”

" alright" kai said as he pulled over so that she could do what she needed to. He was starting to get a little worried about her.

Ashley opened the door and vomited. She closed the door and bit her lip. “We need to go a store.. I want to get something..”

" alright" Kai said and waited until she got into the car. He then drove to the nearby store so that she could get what she wanted to grab

She went in and bought a pregnancy test, but she’d take it later.

Kai waited inside the car for her, since he needed to watch over serenity and shawn.

Ashley also got a few more snacks while inside. She returned to the car and handed some fruit snacks to serenity, some baby snacks to Shawn and then offered some chips to Kai.

Kai grabbed the chips from her and placed the other snacks she had bough into the back for later, of course letting the kids have the snacks they where given. He then grabbed a few chips to eat before he turned the car back on and drove back out onto the road.

Ashley sighed. She fell asleep, her hands on her stomach gently.

Kai looked at her when he was at a stop light before he focused himself back on the road and continued on to where they where headed. After a while they got to their destination and he tapped on her shoulder to wake her up.

Ashley woke up no problem. She bit her lip and got the kids out and helped them to the hotel room. After they were asleep, she went to the bathroom and took the test. It came back positive and she freaked out. She gulped. She bit her lip and came out. “Kai.. come here..” She whispered
