  • So, if Rozalia and Maria come through the territory, assuming they'll be in wolf form, the guardians and sentinels won't attack, but try and scare them away since, seeing a mother and her pup, they won't know for certain if they are human or not. For Bedda, as the head of security, she will try and talk with them to start things, if she gets no response she will either try and get them to submit or send them running without injuring anyone. Considering Maria is a pup and would be with her mother, the order to attack wouldn't be given unless the mother posted a threat.

All in all, distinguishing a normal wolf from a werewolf isn't something easy without pushing the right buttons.

  • I'd imagine it wouldn't be too difficult, right? canines are smart but they certainly don't compare to a wolf that's a human half the time, and I think some human habits would seep into wolf behavior and would stick out pretty obviously. (ie smiling, more eye contact, understanding speech, more social with/different behavior around strangers, overall more civilized than a wild animal) though regular humans might be fooled pretty easily. hmmmm

  • That could factor in as well, depending on the person and how frequently they socialize with humans in their human form.

Take Tobi for example, he is a werewolf that has (although extremely smart) no education beyond that of a child, at least with most things. He knows pack life and being a wolf better than he does being a human. Why? Because he remained in his wolf form for majority of what they know from him. He looks like any other artic wolf out there, even the intelligence he has wasn't known until he was brought into the pack. For them, seeing him for the first time, they thought of him as just an ordinary wolf who stumbled upon the wrong lake.

  • Just a reminder that sebastian's asleep so if anyone needs the head hunter, they'll have to get him XD

(also muse is h*lla low and I don't know what to do with him so I'd be super appreciative if someone could help me out)

  • Thats fine by me as well haha.

They could get into a fight, but for what reason? Considering her hot-headness, perhaps she could be irritated about the training about to come and lashes out on Bedda? All the ladies seem to be gunning to piss her off this morning xD why not add someone else to the mix? And, perhaps, having enough of hearing the girls yelling or taunting or back talking his little sister, Erik decides to finally say something?

If not, we can figure something else out :)

  • Nono that sounds great actually start the thread off fresh with some drama. And like since her uncontrollable anger is a thing to the point where she shifts she makes a mess of the whole kitchen

  • Oops. Just realised that the character I had in mind would have a similar plotline to tobi.

Theyd both be in their wolf forms most of the time and had little to no human interaction. Only grey has no interest in embracing his human side and would continue happily living like a stray dog lmao.

Also I guess since the security wouldnt let a wolf get close to the packhouse(+and a lone wolf would instinctively avoid breaching pack territory unless it didnt have a sense of smell), im gonna completely rework the character.

how about a rogue but a human? For the Raid plot He could help the pack by letting them stay at his home where they can safely recuperate.

Hed probably live out of town. On the outskirts of the forest in a holiday cabin.

He could be connected to the pack because he has a werewolf sibling but he didnt inherit the ability or he's in a relationship with one?

  • Well, the training won't start for another hour in the roleplays time. I'm waiting for everyone else to get things started for it haha.

Plus, it'll give Erik a reason to get up and shut someone up, even if it's something as "typical" of him standing up for his little sister. Remember, Erik puts his twin over the pack, she is his family before they are.

thellan regarding your idea at the bottom of your post, humans, even when born to werewolves parents and families, don't usually have the same abilities, nor do they get them if they're mated to one. That's usually how I've always seen it, but it's up to Summer Dream for that call.

  • SOFT WHISPERS AND THORNS —

thellan I totally understand your want to not nearly copy another character's story. As for the rework, I am completely okay with the idea of having a rogue involved that favors his human side. And here's why for anyone that may question it:

In my mind { and correct me if I'm wrong }, I'm seeing your character idea as a man who knows he is a werewolf but would rather remain more in a human state than a wolf. It is understandable that one would shy away from an animal side, as it can be unknown and change quite a lot about situations. If he was to prefer keeping close to the town, it would be easier { and less dangerous } that he would stay more in his human form.

...Am I kind of on the right track with all of this?

  • Summer Dream I was thinking that he wouldn't be a werewolf at all. Hes just a human that is in love (or just really close friends),with a member of the pack. He meets up with them at the town.

hed be completely oblivious to werewolves and there could be conflict about getting a human involved with pack business.

But I actually love your idea! Would it be okay to make a character inspired by it?

thellan Ooooohhh!!! Alright, alright I got you now!! Yeah, your idea works too. It would be good for the pack to have some outside connections, especially with a human for any plots that may develop that involve the town~ I don't mind if you use my idea, but you are welcome to use your own if you wish

  • thellan He and Tobi are both precious babes. Would be alright to have him meet Tobi for the first time and the two just "click"? Your's is just a werewolf-friendly human while Tobi is a human-scared Werewolf. Like tell me that isn't cute :)
