  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Adrenaline could do wonderful things to a person. It can make someone do crazy things they never thought possible. It can make wounds feel like nothing, and everything moves quicker then normal. It was a chemical that could make some people seem invincible.

That was what was coursing through the feline's veins as she ran through the old territory. Fear and determination kept her from collapsing to the ground from blood loss. Though she knew the adrenaline would wear off, she kept pressing forward. If she was going to die then it was going to be in the comfort of her own home. This was her dying wish.

Soon enough the flower crowned female noticed the stairs in the distance. She was so close to the finish line. She just had to push forward for just a bit longer. If she could just manage that she could die in peace.

With that thought in mind, she soon began making her way up the stairs. Halfway up though she noticed her vision beginning to blur and her senses dulling. Despite the warning signs though she continued to press forward. If she was going to die she would die trying her best to get home.

As soon as she reached the top of the stairs though she collapsed. The adrenaline had worn off, and the idea of her living through this seemed more like a fantasy to her. Even then though she didn't mind. She was at least at the border. That was all she could ask for.

A soft smile graced her features as she laid in the grass. With everything she had recently went through she was just glad to be on the territory of her home. Even though she had another person's blood on her, even though she was dying, she didn't mind. She just cared about being home and possibly seeing her two best friends before she died.

    // Rosemont.   adalicia swarovski

There you guys go! She is back!

  • ;;oh my GOD

The odds that adalicia left the house were fairly low at the moment, since this week had really been a down. She’d barely brushed out her fur, causing thick matted clumps to start to form, her white speckled paws covered in dust and slight dirt, her blue eyes now dull and tired no matter how much she slept.

Her body seemed to drag along with her as she made her way outside, deciding she needed to at least catch some of the sun that beamed down on what would be considered a gorgeous day. She stepped out before deciding it was a mistake and began to turn around, until a heap caught her eye at the top of the stairs, turning confused slowly in an almost cinematic way. She frowned and slugged over, eyes narrowed in confusion.

Ada let out a cold gasp, a shiver sending down her spine as she stared down at the heaving chest if the creature below her."Ella..?" she choked out, her gaze shaking in slight fear and anger. She’d left. She’d promised, promised that she wouldn’t leave Adalicia here alone, and she did. She dropped her like it was nothing, and now Ada couldn’t even pick herself up from one small down to clean herself at least one time. All she did was sleep. She felt a strong heat boiling inside her, something she hadn’t felt in long enough time that it almost startled her. “You bitch. You left me. I’ve been here alone with no one but a barely attentive father and a friend who’s caught up in her job! Why the hell did you come back NOW.” she hissed before glancing around her in pure frustration, shaking her head before storming back in the direction she came to avoid the tears that threatened her eyes from coming into the older girl’s view. She’d saved them from those awful people and THIS was what she got in return. Getting left alone, just like everyone. All her friends always left her. Who needed them, anyway. She was fine on her own.

  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Though her vision was blurred she could make out Ada's figure. A small frown made its way onto her features as she noticed the broken sound in her voice. She never intended to be gone for so long. She just wanted to be there for the funeral of her mother. She hadn't planned on being kidnapped by the monster of a mother she had. She hadn't intended to hurt anyone as bad as she had.

"I-I'm sorry, Ada," she said, tears choking her words a little. She wished she could have been there for her friend. She wished she could have done things differently. She wished she hadn't believed her mother. Now she had barely anything. She was dying and she would never be able to fix her friendship with the apprentice.

"I t-thought my mother d-died. I just w-wanted to attend her f-funeral...." she started and slowly began to shake from the memories. The awful torture she had to suffer from the drunk and high monster who kidnapped her. [color=#A9D0F5]"It was a-all a l-lie. I-I'm sorry, Ada," she said apologizing again before the tears began to flow out of her eyes. Everything hit her at once. The memories, the feelings, everything. It overwhelmed the poor feline. There she was, a bleeding and crying mess.

  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Ella. Ella was...back. "Ella, it's...so good to see you back. Hold on, let me get some cobwebs for that blood..." The kitsune turned tail and took flight, before returning a few moments later with cobwebs in her paw. "Here, just hold still." Even if she was dying, Sunny wanted to help her. It was her job. Her destiny. Never deny medical needs to anyone.

She would attempt to gently place cobwebs on wherever Ella was bleeding out.

    "speech"

  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Ella listened as she heard the familiar voice of Sundance. Though she wasn't super close to the kitsune she appreciated her being there too. Though she wasn't sure if she wanted to survive this, she decided to at least try. She would try to remain awake for as long as possible until it was safe to assume she wouldn't die.

The feline kept completely still as she applied the cobwebs to her wounds. Due to her wounds being more quantity then anything else there was quite a bit of surface to cover. Luckily the cobwebs so far were working a bit as they covered the bleeding while the platelets tried to heal the wound.

Though it looked like she may live she still cried. She almost didn't want to live. One of the people closest to her probably hated her, and all of her family were dead. It was hard to determine if Rosemont hated her just as much as Ada seemed to. The thought of both of them hating her was tough to handle. After all, it wasn't like she chose to be kidnapped. All she wanted was to pay respects to her supposedly dead mother. That was all she wanted to do.

Ella laid there as Sundance put the cobwebs on all of her wounds with time.

  • Canoris padded up, eyes wide with shock and surprise as she saw Ella laying at the top of the steps, body heaving with exhaustion, blood on her pelt. The dark wolf took a few moments to take in the situation, and in that time she heard Ada's words. "Oh shut up Ada, Ella lives her own life, it doesn't revolve around you." Canoris growled. "Stop upsetting your clanmate and welcome her back damnit, you're being pathetic."

Looking back at Ella, she sniffed her clanmate cautiously. "What happened? Is what hurt you still around?" She'd go kill it if it was.

Behind Canoris walked a wolf-sized vivid blue dragon with calm silver eyes. His face showed curiosity as he looked down at the unfamiliar face Ella was tending to. The blue dragon thought Sundance was handling it well, and did not feel it necessary to introduce himself at the current moment. There'd be time enough for that later.

Aurelio didn't want to admit it, but he had been following Squirrel and Canoris. He was fascinated by Squirrel every time that the kit saw them, and he had followed them quietly and far behind enough that they hadn't heard. However, when they stumbled across someone a little unfamiliar at first, Aurelio froze, and then bolted over to them, Sundance, and Adalicia. "Ella!" Aurelio cried, surprised to see her so hurt. He looked around frantically - where was Rosemont? He knew that Rosemont and Ella had been close, maybe even close in the way that Sundance and Angelbeats were close, but he never knew for sure. Ella had always been kind to him and though they never talked much, he was always glad to. "You're back!"

    BATHED IN GOLD!

  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Hearing Canoris's tone brought some comfort. Canoris had been kind of like her protector at times trying to hide her from evil. Sadly, in the feline's mind she had become the evil she had never wished to be.

Ella listened as Canoris scolded the smaller apprentice. "I-It is alright. I made a p-promise and broke it," she said defending her friend. At the question of if her attacker was still alive she went silent. She didn't answer yet even after the kit came over. She tried her hardest to put on a small, brave smile as she looked at the child.

"Of course. This is my true home," she answered trying her hardest to stop crying and stuttering. So far it was working but it may take some time for her to recover from her emotional and physical wounds. Soon enough she looked back at Canoris.

"No, she is dead," she answered trying her hardest not to let her feelings overwhelm her. The fact that her mother had gone insane hurt her enough....the fact she had to kill her to escape hurt her much worse. In the flower crowned feline's eyes killing family was the greatest evil. Now that she had done it to save herself she wasn't sure how to feel. She could have died a painful death because of her own kin. It was hard to wrap her head around the fact her mother had kept her captive for as long as she had before the feline had found a way to escape. Sadly, she had to die in order for her to do so.

  • If anyone was more thrilled to see Ella than he was, then he would have been shocked. Ella was someone he held near and dear, and while she had gone away, he still kept her close to his heart. She was his friend, someone who had always been there for him, save when he lost his leg. He could only assume she had been busy and therefore was unable to help him in his time of need. He didn't mind though, as long as he was able to at least see her around camp. It was unfortunate that he hadn't seen her, though as previously stated, Rosemont was sure she had a reason for being away.

A commotion was what brought him forth, hobbling forward rather sluggishly, as he hadn't seen a reason to quicken his pace. That was until he spotted Ella, coated in scratches and blood. His eyes widened and he managed to somehow rush forward, though not enough to get in the way of Sundance. He was grateful for Canoris, though he had his own words to say to Adalicia, especially for the state that Ella was currently in. "Don't matter if you made her a promise. Friends don't treat each other that way," Rosemont said to Ella rather curtly, referring to Ada as he said this, even passing her a cold stare. When he returned his attention to his friend, a relaxed grin made its way to his features, a bit unlike his usual grin, but still holding the same aspects. "Glad to see you back.. You said yer mom died?" The lanky wolf questioned as he cocked his head to the side, amber optics watching her curiously.

    /previous to his new leggie

  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — The feline finally relaxed fully as she noticed Rosemont. She still felt terrible about not being there in his time of need. He had been there for her, but she had been so caught up in her mind that she wasn't there for him. The guilt though spawned from how close they were. Even when gone she kept her clan, especially him and Ada, close to her heart. When she had endured her torture she thought of them. She thought of how to get back to BlizzardClan. Back to her true home.

Her smile fell as he mentioned her mother. There was so much she wanted to tell him about the whole thing. How her mother had tricked her, how her entire family was dead, how she was tortured by her mentally ill mother, and everything else in between. It was tough though since she didn't want the poor kit to know exactly what all of those things were.

"She did.....and so is the rest of my family," she said honestly sparing FortuneKit of the gory details. Even with her efforts to appear strong, tears still stung her eyes. She was considered a killer now. Though it wasn't in cold blood she still hated it. It hurt her more then she would probably let anyone know.

✦ ✧ ✦ — Others were coming, but Sundance paid them no mind for now. Once she was sure that the cobwebs were in place, she nodded. "Okay, stay there. I'll get some more herbs so infection won't set in." With that, the kitsune darted off again to find some herbs.

    //any specific injuries?

    "speech"

  • Canoris nodded along with Rosemont, "Promise or not." The dark wolf said, "You deserve better." Especially in her state.

She frowned at the mention of Ella's whole family be dead. "Sorry to hear about your family Ella, if I could kill mine instead of yours, I would." Canoris said honestly.

She looked around a bit before saying, "Why don't we get you back to camp. Sundance? Is she good to travel? Squirrel can carry her." She motioned to the blue wolf-sized dragon.

Squirrel nodded and began to grow - or rather, unshrink. When he reached the size of a horse, he stopped and lay down, drawing out a wing so Ella could climb aboard if Sundance thought it okay.

  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Sundance quickly dashed back just in time to hear Canoris's suggestion, herbs in paws. As the kitsune chewed up some oak leaves and marigold and spread it on Ella's cuts and gashes, she nodded. "Sounds...good." There, finally done. She took a step back, eyeing her work. "Ella, I'd like for you to take it easy for a little bit, okay? I'll be checking up on you every so often to see how you're healing. For now, get on Squirrel and we'll head back to camp."

    "speech"

  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Ella gave a small, weak nod as she listened to Sundance's words. She knew well that she should take it easy. For how long? Well, she should take about four days. Knowing her though, she probably would only rest easy for about two.

Putting on a small, brave smile she looked over at Canoris. "It's okay. At least they are at peace," she told the other female. That was what she was currently telling herself. After all, she couldn't show her mental vulnerability. Not right now anyway.

Soon enough the flower crowned feline slowly stood up. At first she seemed to wobble a little, but she still managed to get onto the now larger creature. It was quite fascinating how something so small could turn into something so large. She wasn't really going to question it too much at the moment though. She needed to head back to camp and get straight to healing.
