The crisp, fresh morning air swept through the silent, motionless camp of wolves. It shuddered the trees and made the leaves flutter about, rolling through the dusty camp and even into the dark, warm dens. One den in particular was empty by that time of the morning, the moss bed made for sleeping already cold. Out on the outskirts of the camp currently sat a large black wolf who was currently bathing in the sun as it rose higher and higher into the sky. Fenris always woke up in time for the sunrise and spent the first bits of his morning watching the horizon as it changed colors. As the sun rose higher into the sky, he felt it was time for the rest of the pack to wake so he moved to the center of camp and howled, hoping to wake everyone up.

The shaman awoke the aroma of the forest filling her muzzle with each deep breath she drew. The white she-wolf yawned extending her body in a morning stretch. Her orbs peered around the forest taking she was the first to awake, she padded over to the usual meeting seeing if anyone else was up. Seeing no wolf in sight she roam around the forest hoping to find some herbs to add to her collection, she always had a thing for mixing herbs together. To bad she didn't have a test dummy to try it on, she snickered at the dark thought that dance around her mind. Relaxing she did what she always did when she was searching for something or in deep focus in doing something. Hum. It was a song that her mother sang to her, one she remembered before she died. Maybe one day she'd find the courage to sing aloud.

Nolan was already awake before the shaman he just chose to stay in his den until the alpha awoke, plus he was in fact getting old. He would have to train someone to take his place once he changed his rank to elder. The brute shifted in his den "I'm going to have to talk to her about something to help my joints.." she growled lowly to himself. His stomach made a gurgling noise hunger striking a pain there, he couldn't remember the last time he ate. Then again he was always busy doing something so he probably didn't. They had good hunters so maybe they would bring in a good meal to, he only wished he was quick enough to hunt the faster prey once more.

The young warrioress had been out that morning doing her usual antics which was sparring with floating leaves, sounds silly but it helped her think outside the box. Her task was to snatch the leaf out of the air before it could land on the ground or get halfway down the trunk of the tree which was where her marker was etched into the bark which she created her razor sharp claws. With a huff she targeted a leaf with her intricate blazing light golden orbs before lunging into the air, her ears pressed flat against her cranium as her tan body soared through the air towards her floating target. The loud crinkle and disgusting taste of leaf flooded her mouth, once her four paws hit the ground she spat the broken leaf out of her maw. Licking her jaws to rid the flavor out of her mouth she padded deeper into the woods in look of something else to practice on, perhaps something alive and breathing that could prove to lead to a fight. Like...a wild hog! The lumbering beast were nosy and enjoyed to tear up the earth where they searched for bulbs, they stunk and were extremely annoying with their constant rooting and grunts. She huffed softly to herself with annoyance, only the soft chirping of birds kept her company but the snapping of twigs and the sound of foliage being disturbed made her ears prick forwards. She slinked into a few bushes that would mask her scent, she stayed there crouched until the noise grew louder right in front of her. That was when she lunged, a deep growl reverberating in her throat and chest though the familiar scent and glossy black coat made her snap her jaws close and make her body go off course so that she flew straight over the wolf. She elegantly landed on all four large paws and turned towards her alpha, she bowed her head and tucked her ears backwards as a sign of submission. "I'm so so so sorry Fenris, I didn't know it was you! I swear! All I heard was twigs snapping and bushes shaking so I thought it was a intruder or something...I didn't catch your scent until I was practically on top of you and...now I'm blabbering..." She huffed softly to herself, her golden orbs flicking to the right. "I'll just leave you be to uh do your business, yeah, see ya later!" With quick shuffled paws she sped off deeper into the forest to escape the awkward situation. She squeezed her eyes shut and furiously shook her head with irritation. 'What the heck was that Soleil, real smooth missy. You just had to keep blabbering especially to your leader I swear to the moon goddess!' She growled harshly to herself as she continued to pad forward, grumbling softly as she ignored the sound of a howl behind her.

Dartaňan blinked open his amber orbs to peer outside of the den, once he pushed himself up onto stiff legs he padded out into the sunlight to shake out his thick coat then proceeded to stretch out each limb so that they weren't so stiff. He sat down in a patch of morning sunlight, soaking in the weak warmth. His orbs lazily looked about the camp, taking in the few wolves who were actually awake though the amber orbs soon landed on the black wolf who padded into the camp, raising his head to let a howl thunder from his extended throat. He licked his lips as he still looked around, it seemed that Soleil had already left to proceed if her annoying and stupid antics. Yes warriors were more slow than hunters but that was mainly to do with all of the muscle and bulk they used to their advantage to dominate their opponents but she was determined to make herself faster by catching stupid leaves that fell from the tree. He shook his head slightly at the thought of the dun coated female, what a annoyance though he did have to admit that she was a formidable wolf to go against in battle. He had learned the moment he underestimated her, he had bowled her over and began to walk away only for sharp claws to rake down his shoulder and sharp canines to grab hold onto his shoulders and throw him to the ground with ease. She was stronger than she looked and years of experience was shown through her movements and the way her golden orbs watched his every moment. He couldn't exactly control her, she was her own leader unless it came to their alpha though sometimes even then she was stand against the dark male. With a brooding look he stared down at his paws, huffing softly to himself as he flicked his tail closer to his paws. His stomach tightened with hunger slightly, he looked about the camp to see that no prey had been collected quite yet. He looked up at the sky absentmindedly to see birds flitting about, twirling within the air, their voices carrying high pitched within the forest. He flickered his eyelids close for a moment before he looked back to his alpha to see if he wanted his Head Warrior to do anything this particular morning.

Artos flashed through the woods, his white pelt a blur while a brown blur flashed just beside him. His long muscled legs ate up the earth while his much smaller partner streaked beside him though huffs of breath were audible from the brown wolf. With a flick of his white tail the two slowed down to a trot before going at a slow walk. "Reserve your energy, you're already exhausted and we've only been running close to a half hour." He chuckled at the annoyed look the brown wolf gave him, the young wolf knew it was true at the soft huff erupted their maw. "Look, when you start to get tired or short of breath tell or signal me, we'll slow down until you're comfortable okay?" He only received a nod as conformation, the two continued forward until the young wolf moved into a crouch. Artos looked down with confusion before the brown wolf vanished into the undergrowth, not long later a squeal of pain from prey rang true in the air, trotting forward he peered over some bushes to see a plump hair hanging from the other wolfs maw. "Good job Attila!" He barked encouragement as his brother padded forward with the catch firmly lodged in his jaws. The young wolf was still just a apprentice but he was turning into a fine hunter indeed, the white guard gazed down at his brother before the two began their trek back to camp side by side. - not long later - The two padded into camp to see their alpha with his head raised, his howl echoing in the air. Attila turned to drop his catch off at where most of their kills went to but the only thing that remained there was well nothing. The guard padded off to a patch of sunlight to plop down with a huff, his amber orbs looked towards the Head Warrior who was a bit mysterious and on the edgy side. He wasn't one to talk much unless it was snapping at someone lower ranked than him which ticked Artos to no end most of the time. The large white wolf shifted slightly in place as he looked around. It seemed that mostly everyone was still sleeping but with that howl surely everyone would be up by now, albeit a little grumpy and irritated at the moment.

    ~ ᗩTTIᒪᗩ ~ ᗰᗩᔕᑕᑌᒪIᑎE ~ ᗩᑭᑭᖇEᑎTIᑕE ~ 8 ᗰOᑎTᕼᔕ ~ TᗩG: ~

Attila had been woken up early by his brother so that he could learn to build up his endurance and make him stronger for the years and tasks to come. He had great speed but he lacked poorly with keeping that speed for over more than a half hour. He had gotten better over weeks and even more so over months but it was still a painstaking and annoying process to go through. They had ran through most of the territory though which was also a way for Artos to make sure there were no trespassers though he had remained the same Artos that he knew so well unlike the Artos that had been described to him by others. His brother was not ferocious or cruel, he was the pack goofball who both entertained and annoyed the pack. His ears swiveled slightly at the thought, he had actually caught a rather large and plump hare which he carried back to where someone who was hungry enough could take it and go off to eat it in peace. His light green gaze looked up to eye Fenris, their alpha. He was very skittish around much larger wolves but everyone was practically ginormous compared to him. He was basically a runt, always submissive and the chew toys to others of his age, he always tried to be around his brother who always protected him against others that picked or bullied him around. He grabbed his favorite bone and padded over to his brother who was laying down, he plopped down next to the white brute and began to chew at the large femur bone with boredome, his orbs flickering about to pick up any movement from the others within the pack.

Fenris was, well, shocked to say the least when he heard a growl behind him and saw a sudden flash of golden fur fly right over his head. The alpha quickly stood and bared his teeth in a snarl, body poised for attack, when he noticed it was only Soleil. He relaxed but certainly was not happy that one of his pack mates, a subordinate to be frank, had nearly tackled him to the ground. Fenris parted his jaws to speak but the golden she wolf went off on an apologetic rant and was gone before he could even figure out how to respond. The alpha male sighed, shaking his head slowly and flicking his ears. Fenris turned and began padding in the opposite direction, his head low as he walked into the main area of the camp. He spotted his head warrior and trotted over, greeting him with a low huff. "Good morning.." he murmured and sat down near the other male. "After eating some breakfast, take Kei and Monroe out on a patrol. Let Monroe do some hunting while you and Kei guard her." he instructed.

The howl woke her from her sleep, and for a split second she forgot where she was. Her ears twitched slightly, before standing gingerly to her paws, and making her way out of the den. The morning light was blinding but her eyes quickly adjusted to her surroundings. The mention of her name made her tilt her head curiously, softly glancing at her new alpha. Embarrassed, she realized she must have slept in. Pawing at the ground nervously, she made her way towards the large brute. Her ivy colored orbs lowered as she felt the heat begin to creep it's way throughout her body.

The young female padded deeper into the forest, focusing on her surroundings instead of aggressively berating herself for acting foolish, she would surely get her ear ripped off when she returned perhaps not literally...at least she hoped not that is. She raised her head though quickly stopped in her tracks, she could hear grunting nearby which only meant that pigs were close by. She wasn't much of a hunter but she could take on bulky animals like boars or anything that fought back to fuel her anger and will to remain unhurt. She crept forward, sniffing every so often until she was right on top of the group. Many were rooting or rolling about in the mud but a single yearling lay not far away, sleeping soundly in the shade. With a quick shuffle of her paws she edged forward a little more before bunching up her haunches and lunged forward to wrap her jaws around the top part of the hogs skull. Near the temples the flesh was weak and unprotected so that she could damage the brain good enough to kill it. Instantly the pig hauled its body up, head swinging so that it could hook her with its tusk. With a frustrated growl she hung on tighter, shaking her head ferociously though during the struggle she had gotten tusked on her side so that a large gash ripped down her shoulder. She bit back a whimper as she dragged the pig down, crushing the weak points so that her teeth punctured its brain. The pig shook violently though eventually stilled, she took a few steps back and panted loudly to try and regain her breath, with a loud exhale she grabbed the pig by its neck and began to drag it back to the pack. It wasn't large but it was a good size for a yearling, it would help feed the pack for sure. - while later - She dragged the pig into the camp, a stream of blood had dried on her leg though blood still bubbled slightly on her shoulder. She heaved the pig a little more into camp before dropping it, her leg shaking slightly as she tried not to apply to much pressure. She noticed Dartaňan signal her over though when catching sight of Fenris she lowered her head slightly. She quickly padded forward and eyed the males curiously. "I caught a pig...there's still a large group out there but they shouldn't cause the hunters any problems for a while now. They ran off towards the other side of the territory." She noticed his cold gaze but knew that the Head Warrior would never snap at her like he did the others, but she had also noticed he was soft spoken but strict with other females as well.

The older male noticed his alpha pad in his direction, he nodded at what he was told and glanced towards the wolves who were labeled. "Of course. Would you like me to bring alo-" He stopped speaking when he smelt blood come into the camp, he narrowed his orbs on the dun coated female who dragged in a boar. He quickly noticed a trail of blood coating her leg and signaled her over once she was done. He listened to her speak as a sigh left his maw and raised his head higher to peer down at her assertively. "You need to stop acting like a pup Soleil, act your age and take your rank seriously or there will be consequences. You need the stay in the camp and get that shoulder looked after. I appreciate your news on the hogs." He dismissed her with a flick of his tail, amber orbs watching as she wandered off to do whatever that she did during the day when she was in camp. He turned his attention back to Fenris, flicking his ears in slight annoyance at the childish warrior. "I'll take them out immediately." He turned to retrieve Monroe but she seemed to appear next to the two, he tilted his head in signal for her to follow and made his way to find Kei. He gave a gruff bark to catch the other warriors attention before padding off into the forest, thick red fur fluffing out as he sniffed the air and swiveled his ears around to catch any sound. "Go and hunt Monroe, I'll be close by." He knew that the female was rather skittish so he lowered his voice so that it was soft but the gruffness would never leave no matter how much he tried to make his voice sound soft and welcoming to others it was still gravely.

Fenris' ears twitched as Soleil approached, his eyes widening as he saw her wound. "By the goddess...Soleil, you must be more careful. Hunting alone is not what wolves do..You hunt with others in case scenarios like this happen." he sighed, lowering his head to sniff her shoulder gently. "Go to the Shaman and ask her to help you out. She'll give you some herbs to help with the sting." he said softly, his tail swiftly. "And really, you must be more careful. I don't want to lose a pack mate over a hunting incident.." he said in a gentle yet stern voice. The alpha gently licked the top of her head in a kind gesture before turning his attention to Monroe. "Ah, good morning Monroe. It's nice to see you awake. You'll be joining Dartañan on a patrol this morning." he said and stood, trotting over to the prey pile to admire the boar Soleil caught. "Soleil..you caught this yourself?" he said in awe as he stared at the rather large boar at his paws. "Incredible.."

Kei quickly rose to his paws as he heard Dartañan call for him to join a patrol, his tail swishing as he ran over. "Are we just patrolling this morning, sir?" he asked as he walked alongside the elder male. Kei looked up to Dartañan quite a bit, but not just because he was his superior. Fenris never chose a head warrior without knowing the extent of their abilities and according to Fenris, Dartañan had exceeded all his expectations. That meant that this male was definitely someone to learn something from.

Talia's soft, white body rose from its slumber and she slowly padded out into the open. She stretched herself out and yawned, a tiny whine escaping her as she did so. Talia then sat down and gazed around the camp, watching everyone who was awake with keen eyes. She greeted those who walked by and occasionally struck up a small conversation just to see how everyone felt.

Monroe watched the golden female with a respectful but curious glance. The catch was impressive, but Monroe could tell it was a sloppy catch. One that shouldn't have been done alone. She almost missed what Desiderium said admiring the catch. Wagging her tail she dipped her head in response. She flicked her ears towards Fenris as he spoke, about the patrol. Meeting his eyes with a soft glow. The soft spoken female then turned her attention to the other brute named Kei, who was to join them. It had been two moons since she has joined, yet they all still felt like strangers. She then followed Desiderium out of camp, when he gave her the go ahead she thanked him softly. Before proceeding to follow the faint deer scent that she had caught when the wind changed.

  • Avolan was already up. Her Snow White fur was a blur as she ran though the forest looking for food to bring back to camp. She stopped for countless minutes and looked all around her. Taking in her surroundings she closes her eyes and listens closely. Once she hears leaves rustle she quickly take action. She swings her body to the right and runs after the hare in front of her. She took the advantage of being a little ways behind it and jumped towards the hare. Grabbing it by the neck she bit into it as it let out a squeak as it’s body goes limp. She smiled to herself and picked up the other three hares she had cought. She quickly made her way back to camp knowing this wasnt enough for the whole pack, but it’s was a start. She she entered canon she walked over to the alpha and put the hares in front of him. “I know this isn’t enough for the pack, but it’s a start.” She said as she lowered her head.

Silver’s ears perked up as she herd the howl. She slowly opened her eyes as her blue orbs met the shining sun. She quickly closes her eyes again and got up slowly. She walked out of the den and stretched. She wanted to go for a run, but she wanted to stick around and see if the alpha had anything to say this morning. She walked over to the middle of camp and stood there with the others. Giving a few looks around she seen everybody hasn’t woken up yet, but the howl should get to them like it did her. She looked around for her own brother knowing that once he was up he would be following her around to see that she was safe no matter what.

Shadow was in the den. He was awake just not ready to get up. Once his sister was in his sight he gave out a grunt and got up. Walking out of the den he kept his didatance from his sister but close to the alpha enough to hear him in case he had anything to say to the pack. He lowered his head in deep thought about what he was going to do today. He couldn’t just keep following his sister around to make sure she was ok. He new he had been too protective over the past two years, but he couldn’t help it. He looked up again and he still didn’t say a word only payed attention.

The wolfess chuckled to herself at how Dartaňan was speaking to her in front of the alpha, it greatly amused her but she kept her maw shut to not infuriate her superior anymore. "Of course sir. It won't happen again." She was close to walking away though Fenris' words stopped her in her tracks. He could be sweet but not this sweet...right? Confusion befuddled her brain but the caressing feeling of his tongue upon her cranium snapped her back to reality. She eyed the male curiously at his bizarre show of affection, perhaps she was looking too far into it and he was only providing a comforting and friendly gesture, yeah that must be what he was doing. She flicked her gaze down to the wound, gently licking the wound to clean any particles that might cling to her open flesh. "Is the Big Bad Wolf worried about little ol' me?" Her tone was playful, teasing even as she flickered her golden orbs up to the larger brute. With a quick flash forward she caressed his cheek with her tongue before padding away, looking over her shoulder at him as her tail wagged just slightly. "I'll see the Shaman soon." She would eventually but right now she was looking for someone, a young apprentice but they were no where in sight. With a soft huff she turned her head towards Fenris to see him standing over her catch. She padded over to his side, peering down at the animal with a far away glint in her orbs. "I've done this before, perhaps not as large but you know I love a good challenge." She glanced at the dark male, ears flicking slightly as she turned her head slightly to get a more clear view of him. He was large and well muscled, a true alpha in physique as well as attitude and personality. "You know some of what I've been through, I came here when I was just barely two and we trained together for a bit...I think. But you know I do crazy ridiculous things that others wouldn't." She murmured softly as she tried not think about her past, or the empire, or the eradication of her entire pack...she shook her head to get rid of the thoughts. Tail lashing slightly as a soft exhale blew through her nostrils.

The red brute watched as the black female took off into the woods though his attention soon transferred to the young wolf who padded beside him as they distantly followed Monroe to not disturb her hunting. He did enjoy Kei's respectful demeanor though, not many of his warriors gave that. "No, we're protecting Monroe as she hunts but it won't harm us to keep a lookout for unusual signs or disturbances." He raised his neck over the foliage so that only his eyes were visible, his ears were pinned to his cranium so that if any deer were around they wouldn't see his erect ears poking from the bushes. He slunk back down as he padded forward, broad shoulders shifting beneath his pelt as muscles rippled with each movement. Being beta of his former pack had given him time to hone in on his abilities and due to extensive training as a adolescent helped boost his strength and endurance all the more. He turned his gaze to Kei, giving a quick look over of the male. His body showed great potential, perhaps he could shape the young male into a strong warrior like himself. "I could teach you a few things if you'd like, it could take years though." He murmured quietly as his amber orbs looked through the undergrowth while he kept Monroe within his line of sight.

Fenris snorted a little as Soleil called him 'the big bad wolf' but honestly he found it amusing. The alpha sat stunned for a few moments after her gentle lick to the cheek, unsure how to process the returned affection. He cleared his throat and pawed at the boar, pressing lightly on its stomach to see if its size was from fat or muscle. It felt like more on the fat side but that was good because then more could be shared. The fat was the best part of the boar in Fenris' opinion. He was snapped from his thoughts as Soleil began speaking of their younger days when they'd trained together, a chuckle rumbling in his chest. "I do remember that...you always had the mentors panicking because of the stunts you pulled." he teased, glancing down at the soft coated female. "It was amusing watching them struggle to keep up with you." Fenris spoke, his nose nudging her shoulder to try and shake her from her thoughts that clearly were disturbing her.

Kei's soft, golden eyes seemed to brighten as the lead warrior offered to teach him more about what it really meant to be a warrior and, almost like a child, he jumped and wagged his tail. It was rare to see Kei in such high spirits but the wolf he looked up to was offering to train him. "That would be amazing, Dartañan." he replied, his steps seeming a bit lighter and happier now. "I don't mind how long it takes. Anything to train with the lead warrior of the pack." he murmured and smiled.

She couldn't help but laugh softly at him mentioning what the poor mentors had to endure through her antics, she had gone through a puppyhood as well as most of her adolescent months in slavery and fierce training that many would have been driven to death doing. She was a born fighter, a survivor against all odds perhaps because of her heritage or just the fact that she had a strong will to survive though eventually that was also fueled by hatred and the want for revenge. "I had to live my life a little, they couldn't fault me for that besides, I practically entertained everyone. Even your father was chuckling at my antics!" She smiled fondly at the memory of the old alpha, he had been like a father figure to her as he helped her come out of her shell as well as completely get rid of the hold that the empire had on her soul. They had brainwashed her with countless others until they believed that everything the empire did was for the good of all, that was one of their many lies. She sighed softly as she glanced up at the sky briefly, it was beginning to take on the blue hue as the sun rose higher into the morning sky which would soon turn into evening. "Your father meant the world to me, he was like a father figure and he helped shape me into who I am today...I owe everything to him which is why I took the challenge of looking after you." She sent a smirk in his direction to bring back the air of playfulness. She was sure he didn't want to hear about his deceased father but at least both of his parents had lived a long life and died of old age peacefully. Humming to herself she bunched her muscles before leaping at Fenris, her side slamming into his own before trotting away to turn around to go into the playful bow position, her tail wagging just behind her. This was always how she started tussles with others either to aggravate them to fight her or just to get them into a playful mood. "You gonna come fight me or you just gonna stand there staring at me?" She bared her teeth at him in a playful manner, her haunches waving back and forth in the air as she sank her nails into the earth.

The older warrior couldn't help but chuckle at the excitement clearly shown by Kei, he had taught Soleil a few things but she had learned mostly everything from her past as well as the previous alpha which had really boosted her self esteem much to the dismay of others. "I honestly wasn't expecting that, I expected grumbles of dismay and rejection." Another chuckle rumbled in his chest as he shook his head slightly with amusement. He watched Kei with soft eyes, watching his excitement with pleasure, every day he wondered what it would be like to be a father and see his children grow and become assets to the pack. Would they act just like this with their mentors? Would they be willing to learn like Kei was? "Calm down son, don't want to spook the prey now would we?" His orbs twinkled slightly as he smiled down at the young wolf, his tone soft and playful with no hint of a aggressive domineering male who kept everyone away from him. "You'll be a great warrior when I'm gone, heck, you might even become Head Warrior, you definitely have the appearance and attitude for it." He nudged Kei gently with his shoulder as he skirted around a pile of leaves and twigs, avoiding to not make so much noise. He wasn't much of a hunter but it wouldn't hurt to try and catch something if it came across his path after all the pack does need to be fed.

  • Avolan ignored the fact that she got ignored. It happens to her all the time when the alpha gets busy. She carefully picked up the four hare and put them with the hog. Without saying a word she grabbed Soleil’s tail and laughed. “How about we waist that energy on me teaching you a few hunting moves so that doesn’t happen to you again.” She said as she motioned towards Soleil’s wound. She watched the She wolf in awe because of all her energy. She let out a soft sigh and waited to see what she would do.

As his father was mentioned, Fenris' eyes turned the other direction and he gazed off into the distance. "He was an amazing father...He took everyone in under his wing and did his best to make sure everybody was happy. I've got large paws to fill.." he sighed and turned to Soleil with a gentle smile. That was right about when she pounced into his side, causing him to stumble just a bit. He arched a brow at her challenge, his tail raising and his ears perking up. "You dare to challenge your alpha~?" he playfully growled, still smiling all the while. He then lunged at her only to dart away at the last second and knock his haunches against her own. Fenris then spun back around and crouched, his rear in the air and tail wagging ever so slightly. Fenris wasn't really known to play fight with pack mates but for Soleil he'd made a special exception.

Kei quickly composed himself and cleared his throat, returning to his usual quiet self. "Thank you again, sir..it really means a lot to me to hear that from you." he said and lowered his head in a respectful submission. "I think I smelled a den of hares a little ways away from here. Want to catch them together? I can scare them out and you can grab em when they run." he proposed, head tilting inquisitively.

She growled lowly at Fenris at his snarky quip, she stiffened her legs to steady against his attack but when he knocked his haunches against her own her paws slid slightly against the force. She lowered into a stalking position only to whip around the sudden tug of her tail, she whipped around to face the wolf, lips pulling back slightly while her pupils dilated though she quickly controlled herself when she saw it was just Avolan. "Maybe I should teach you a few moves as well." Her tone held a dark tilt to it, all for acting really as she charged at the smaller female, ramming her shoulder into that of Avolans' before spinning away from both of the wolves. She had fought more than two wolves before, albeit not in a while but a quick practice wouldn't hurt. She was closer to Fenris this time so she lunged at the dark male, her teeth clicking just inches from his muzzle as she dashed away. Her pelt was fluffed up to make herself look bigger than she actually was, it was more of a intimidation tactic as she kept her distance from the two, tail flicking just slightly as she concentrated on her opponents. Her movements were elegant and fluid-like as if she had done this all her life, it was like second nature to her though she had to remind herself to be gentle, these were her packmates after all even though that sadistic and barbaric side of her wanted to be unleashed so that the ground would be covered with a lake of endless blood. She growled softly to herself, shaking her head slightly as she once again dug her nails into the soil. She focused on Fenris though her gaze quickly flicked to Avolan. She could definitely use the other females weakness of fighting against her, her build was for speed not bulk like most warriors who had to endure damage and deal out their own fair amount. Another deep growl reverberated in her chest as she bared her teeth, tongue flicking out to lick the top of her lips as her large paws moved her around the two, never showing her back to either one.

He thought about Kei's offer, he hadn't killed anything in a while besides it would be a good work out for him. "Sure, lets see how many hares we can catch." He smiled at Kei as he headed towards the den but making sure that his scent wasn't wafting into the hole so he stayed off to the side, body low to the ground as he waited on the other warrior to flush out the rabbits straight into his jaw where he could and would easily kill it within a blink of a eye without a single peep coming from the hare.

  • Avolan bares her teeth playfully. She was ready to attack but not until Soleil was caught off guard. She looked at her alpha straight in the eyes. Waiting to see what move he would make. She didn’t say a word, but she did wait. She moved her paws slightly and lowered herself to the ground. Her stomach was almost touching the dirt. The huntress was still looking at Fenris and gave him a slight nod before moving.

Fenris snarled when Soleil's jaws came close to his own muzzle, his ears pinning back against his skull as he lowered his head and growled, still a playful glint in his eyes. He noticed then that Avolan had joined in the play fight as well so he turned just slightly, never taking his eyes off of either wolf. Fenris then leapt for Avolan, acting as if he was going to attack her only to pull his move once again and dart away. He then sprang for Soleil, his large paws hitting her side to knock her down. Fenris rolled across the ground with her in his clutches, ending up on top of her with his body weight pinning her down. "Gotcha." he snickered

Kei nodded as Dartañan agreed to his idea and he slowly crept around to the other end of the den. Once he was in range, he let out a series of angry barks and snarls, his paws hitting the ground right by the entrance. Almost immediately 3 hares darted out in a panic, their little bodies trying hard to move fast enough to flee the large predators
