Joan nodded a little and kissed the vampire’s cheek. “I’m going to head up to my room, okay,” he murmured with the traces of a smile on his lips.
//it’s okay ^^
Joan nodded a little and kissed the vampire’s cheek. “I’m going to head up to my room, okay,” he murmured with the traces of a smile on his lips.
"Yeah," I nodded, my teeth aching. Ivan ran back in and skidded to a halt right before knocking into me. He quickly sidestepped around me and took off again. Maven was running too, fast than Ivan, yet she didn't look fazed at all.
Joan tensed as he saw them run in, watching them leave just as quickly. “Well, I’ll see you around,” he murmured and turned heel before heading to his bedroom.
I debated stopping him, but I decided not to. We just had a nice outing, and I don't feel like ruining it by asking him for more blood. I sighed and dropped down onto a the lounger in the library. I felt a headache coming along, paired with the aching in my teeth.
Joan stepped into his bedroom and put the candles on the side table. He hummed and sat on his bed, laying back.
It took me a bit, but since the scent of human blood had left, so had my hunger. Ivan stumbled back into the room and sighed. "Maven needs to GO! The next party needs to hurry up and come so she can leave!" He said quickly, glancing around.
He tugged his shirt off and dropped it by his side, rolling on his side and looking out the window. It’s been awhile since he’s been out on his own. He missed it. Maybe if he asked nicely, he could at least walk around the garden.
I watched, uninterested, as Maven appeared in the doorway. "Maven, really, we need to talk, I don't think you should-" Maven pounced. It would be entertaining, if they hadn't knocked over a bag that was sitting on the table. I had forgotten about that. In the middle of the night, I had basically gone out and bought hair clips. Stupid, I know, but I was there for something else and I happened to see them. They reminded me of the once that Joan had work when I first met him. Oh well. By the time I had snapped out of my thoughts, Maven and Ivan we're gone.
Joan sat up and looked to the door, unsure if he should ask now. The young man bit his lip and sighed quietly, laying down again. Maybe he could ask later. He pushed his hair away from his face and closed his eyes, just relaxing for now.
|| I was thinking maybe there could be a second party or something. Maybe at like a club this time instead of the elegant one before. Timeskip till morning, if you didn't have anything in mind? ||
//ooo, maybe it could be the club Joan use to work at, if you’re cool with that ^^
And we can skip
|| Yeah, that sounds cool! ||
I groaned and cracked my neck, a string of satisfying pops coming from the action. My head was aching. It took me all night to realise what was happening. I was beginning to get to sensitive, actually thinking about Joan's feelings. The only way to fix this had to be to push him away and strictly use him as a blood partner.
Joan was slow to wake up, yawning and rolling on his back before realizing... he was alone in bed. He wanted Amon to be there with a little comment about how he slept too much. He sat up and climbed out of bed, getting a shower then getting dressed. He made the bed before heading downstairs.
I stood up, the books that were piled high on my lap spilling off onto the floor. I glanced around, the library was still as neat as ever, except for the corner I had basically huddled in for the whole night. It wasn't my job to clean it up, so I wouldn't bother. The warm scent of soap floated through the halls and I sighed.
Joan silently searched for Amon and decided to search the library. He hummed quietly and peeked in before smiling at the vampire. “Hi,” the young man greeted gently and walked over to Amon.
Im sincerely sorry for my inactivity... I don't have an excuse, I just got busy and didn't post a lot. I can't believe I complained about people never posting and then I did it to you... If you're busy with other threads or something I completely understand if you don't want to continue the thread.
//it’s completely fine, don’t worry. Life can pull that shit at times but I completely understand. I’m always up to continuing this threads, I don’t have a lot going on atm so it’s up to you if you want to continue ^^
|| Oml thank you so muchhhh, again I'm really sorry... ||
Without warning, I grabbed his arm and pulled him towards me, sinking my teeth into his neck. I hadn't been drinking enough lately. Even though I had convinced myself that I wouldn't be emotionally involved with him any longer, I was worried that he would loose strength and fall, so I wrapped an arm around his waist. I didn't care is he fell and hurt himself. Obviously. I just needed to make sure he didn't interrupt me.
Joan squeaked as he was pulled over and bitten into. Well that’s one way to greet someone. Not exactly what he was expecting but beggars can’t be choosers. He trembled a little as he just focused on the bite, a slight dizzy feeling creeping on him but remained silent.
I released him and whiped my mouth. "Shut it. Your thoughts are so bitterly sarcastic," I told him, circling and dropping down on the couch. I leaned back and looked at him. "Sleep well, princess?"
