  • hmmm i think raichu’s blank happy stares are my favorite now - i imagine him with a really derpy expression all the time and it melts my heart

Dmitrii nodded. “That’s what I heard. Anyways, even if i didn’t want to battle myself I still should.” He pointed to his steel type pokemon. “He had a natural talent. It would be a waste to never use it.” Scizor ignored his trainer, not wanting to accept his compliments for some silly reason. Dmitrii smiled at Raichu and Braixen. “Yeah, some pokemon are just too sweet.” He gave Banette an unappreciated noogie. “This lil’ guy is pretty fierce in a battle though.”

Banette rolled his eyes as he got out of his trainers lap to check on the electrified fire type. He helped her stand back up and tried to reach to the top of her head to flatten her now poofy fur.

so im imagining here that scizor is around level 80 with really good IVs and garchomp is like 90 with 31 all around lmao

  • OOC: Lol yeah, that's about it too X3 There isn't much up there for him to think about... I also agree about Garchomp, though I'd say they're more evenly matched when Garchomp gets really angry since just about every video game and movie I've ever seen has the angry person always just loosing it when they get enraged X3

IC: "When Braixy's not getting electrocuted she's pretty good and I've never seen Garchomp in a fight," She hummed as Raichu settled down beside Garchomp with a happy smile, "I didn't even bother testing Rai before I left home... I can't put him through that, poor guy," She frowned just slightly as the blank stare eventually returned to the electric type's face. As far as Amy was concerned Raichu was her child and she was its mother, end of story. At the mention of Scizor's abilities Garchomp stopped glaring at Dmitrii to once again look the steel-type up and down. He had only assessed him as a threat earlier, but now it was as an equal in battle. Garchomp was impressed to say the least, "the hilarious thing is I don't think any of them would listen to me in a fight," Amy laughed.

Braixy smiled happily at Banette through her daze as the ghost-type helped her. Eventually her eyes teared up and she snatched him into a hug with a happy yip with a big smile on her face. In her eyes Banette was a little saint.

  • alright sounds good to me lol

Dmitrii agreed. “Braixen seems strong.” He finished the last of his sandwich slowly, savoring the taste. He went over to his Honchkrow and started scratching his head. “I’ve never seen Honchkrow in a battle, but I’m pretty sure he could atleast hold his own against some pokemon.” He smiled at Honchkrow, who ruffled his feathers proudly.

Scizor sat down in one of the two vacant chairs at the table near his trainer, and casually stared down the calculatig Garchomp. Dmitrii rolled his eyes at his confident pokemon before looking over at the affection Banette was getting and laughing. Banette was bright red and had literally been swept of his feet, because of the height difference between his hugger and him. The pokemon returned the hug as soon as the shock wore off and he grew even redder. Dmitrii walked over to Amy and whispered in her ear “I’m sure it’s obvious but Banette has a thing for your Braixen.” Dmitrii laughed. “But don’t tell him I told you!” He winked as he finished his statement playfully.

do we want to have Garchomp be really overprotective and not like Dmitrii to get near her or nah?

  • OOC: That's where I was going with it actually lol

IC: "I won't," Amy snickered as Braixy became even happier as Banette returned the hug. Her eyes then wandered over to the silent Garchomp and Scizor as she tore off a bit of her sandwich and popped it into her mouth while Garchomp remained intently focused... Again. She watched them for a second longer before looking at Dmitrii near his Honchkrow, "I don't think they're the only two with a 'thing'..." She said as Garchomp turned his attention to Amy and let out a small huff before turning back to Scizor. Amy was honestly worried about the surrounding areas when those two would get into a fight, it'd be like this fight in a TV show she watched when she was little. When the fight was over, the city the fighters were in was gone.

  • sweet lol sounds great to me

Scizor increasingly became more tense as his and Garchomp’s silent stand-off increased in length. Dmitrii stopped petting the crow pokemon, and frowned at the malignant air beig exerted by the two powerhouses. “Yes, it seems so.” He moved to back to Amy’s sode quickly. “I’m a little worried about if they get into a fight. Scizor has refused to get into his pokeball before.” Banette let out a giggle when he was finally was able to plant his feet on the ground. Dmitrii watched Scizor carefully, trying to observe any signs that may signal an upcoming fight. He was anxious, whenever Scizor got like this it never ended well for anyone involved.

  • ooooh i just realized that i should probably tell you that for about a week or so in my trip i dont think i’ll have any signal or internet

so dont give up on this please, lol

  • OOC: Don't worry, I won't give up on this! I like this thread waay too much to do that X3 Have lots of fun on your trip

IC: "This'll be interesting..." Amy mumbled as she walked over to Garchomp's side. She shuddered as the air around the ground-type was almost stagnant to the point of being palpable. She gently tapped his fin with no response from the large Pokemon before she tried waving her hand in front of his face, but that didn't work either. She frowned as Braixy trotted over to her trainer's side after letting go of Banette. Amy put her fist under her chin to think while supporting it with her other arm as Braixy mimicked the action. As if coming to the same conclusion a few minutes later smiles lit up their faces and they faced each other with a smile. They both turned back to Garchomp with the large smiles as he remained unaware before both sucked in deep breaths.

    "GARCHOMP!!!"

Braixy's cry was a yip, but that's beside the point here. As if snapping out of a trance Garchomp's eyes widened and the abnormally tall Pokemon was on his feet almost instantly as it was followed by a loud ripping noise. His head was gone and there was a large hole in the green cloth that covered the small sitting area where his head had disappeared. What made the whole scene even better was the large red bow just under the green fabric. Amy couldn't help it and neither could Braixy as they both tried to hide their giggles behind their hands as the large Pokemon's head reappeared under the canopy with a rather annoyed glare aimed at his trainer. Garchomp couldn't see what his trainer saw in this annoying little girl...

  • thanks! and me too this thread is awesome

Dmitrii tried to contain his laughter, but he couldn’t hold off for long.He had to sit down, so he didn’t fall he was laughing so hard. Scizor tried to stifle his laugh as well, but was a little more effective. He laughed quieter, but he did make an effort for Garchomp to hear him. Banette was laying on his back, laughing, and Honchkrow didn’t seem to care. “Now THAT, is what I call hilarius!” Dmitrii struggled to stop laughing for long enough to get speak short sentence. “And you can still see his pink bow!” He added.

ohmygosh braixy is adorable too its so hard to decide which one of your pokemon is my favorite :3 also poor garchomp lol

  • OOC: Rip Garchomp's pride X3

IC: Garchomp didn't bother to hide the fury in its eyes as he glared at Dmitrii, he didn't much care forr his existence before, but now he couldn't stand him. Braixy had tears in her eyes and even Raichu was laughing. Amy was laughing while tears streamed down her face and her breaths coming in asthmatic-like gasps as she couldn't even respond to Dmitrii. The ground-type eventually just stopped glaring and promptly turned his back to the group as if to keep himself in check... Which he was. Garchomp was not happy. "Aww, poor baby," Amy eventually wheezed out, "I'm sorry," She apologized and the ground-type didn't even spare her a glance. Garchomp was only thinking that his trainer made an error in judgement and that he didn't want to be here.

Meanwhile in the background of all this their waiter stood silently in the doorway to the cafe. He had a strained expression amd his little notepad was gripped tightly in his hands, he was not happy about this, but he couldn't say anything. Poor waiter.

  • After Dmitrii’s long and eventually painful laughing fit ended, he walked over to the furipus pokemon and patted his back. “I’m sorry Garchomp, but you have to admit it was pretty funny.” He said jokingly, praying to Arceus that the giant ground type wouldn’t obliterate him. Banette eventually stopped and made his way over to Braixen to congratulate her on her plan.

Scizor noticed the upset waiter, and satup a little. He walked over to his trainer and tapped him on the shoulder. After aquiring his attention he pointed his claw at the employee. Dmitrii raised an eyebrow. “Oh?” He looked at the umbrella, and back at him, and then at Scizor. “Do you think he’s mad about the umbrella?” The pokemon shrugged.

  • Garchomp continued to ignore them as he stared absently out at the world beyond to curse his luck. Amy started to ask what they were talking about when she looked back at the waiter, "he looks upset..." She mumbled, "should we pay and leave?" She asked. Braixy smiled happily at Banette after the congradulations and happily scooped the ghost-type into another hug. He was just so hugable! Raichu wanted a hug too of course and aimed at Honchkrow with a smile and open arms. Raichu didn't realize this, but his cheeks were crackling with electricity.

  • Dmitrii nodded. “Probably, we did break his umbrella after all.” Dmitrii waved him over. “Hey, I’m sorry about the umbrella. I’ll pay for that.” He gave a sheepish grin.

Banette happily accepted the hug, joyous for all the attention he was getting from his crush. His eternal smile possibly grew a bit bigger as he was picked off his feet again. He pointed his finger at Honchkrow, trying to get Braixen’s attention. Honchkrow wasn’t paying attention to anything other than the sky, and Raichu was coming in fast. Dmitrii whipped his head to his crow pokemon’s direction when he heard a loud squawk. Honchkrow stood ina sizzling pile of festhers that fell off because of the shock.

  • Braixy was too late to react as she saw the bird Pokemon fried on the ground. Amy had a stunned expression on her face and Raichu looked happy to have gotten a hug... Sort of. Braixy gently set Banette down before wandering over to Honchkrow to see if he was still alive. Garchomp didn't bother to turn his head at the scene, the crackling of electricity was enough. Braixy gently poked the bird type to check for signs of life while Amy walked over to Dmitrii, "I am so sorry!" Was the first thing that came out of her mouth.

The waiter was furious now as there were little holes in the canopy from the stray electricity. His smile was so strained he looked as if a blood vessel in his head was going to pop any moment. He took in a very shaky breath before speaking, "don't worry about it, just please leave," He smiled, "like... Right now." There was no way this waiter was going to explain this to his boss and he wasn't even going to try. Mega Garchomps? Affectionate Raichu's? Malicious intent between two Pokemon so intense it made anybody near it uncomfortable? Honestly the best way to explain it would to just not explain it at all.

  • lol rip honchkrow

Dmitrii ran over to his pokemon and pulled out a max potion. “Don’t worry about Honchkrow, he’s tough. A max potion and he’ll be as good as new.” Dmitrii used the potion on the poor pokemon, and returned him to his pokeball so he could rest in peace. Dmitrii put Banette on the top of his head with his good arm, and took out his wallet to pay for the meal. “I’m terribly sorry about the umbrella.” He said while rummaging through his wallet for the correct bills, not noticing the extremely strained smile on the figure in front of him. He pulled out the money needed and handed it to the employee. “Now leave. Right now.” Dmitrii bodded, and motioned for Scizor to walk by his side. He turned to face Amy after they left the perimeter of the unfortunate restaraunt. “Well.... That didn’t end that well, did it?” Dmitrii laughed as he observed the eclectic graffiti on the wall. The two hegemonic pokemon were still glaring each other down, but Dmitrii was trying his best to ignore it. Scizor bumped into Garchomp accidentally, and Dmitrii tensed.

  • Garchomp had been walking behind Amy when it happened and one could swear he was ready to commit murder when Scizor bumped into him. The ground type had to turn away to keep from beginning a battle as he was sure that this would violate the second rule his trainer gave him 'DON'T pick fights!'. It was an awful rule. Amy didn't dare look back at Garchomp since she knew exactly what she'd see if she did, "no... Not particularly, but on the plus side we got to eat before we left," Amy smiled brightly. She barely believed her own words and it was even more difficult when she had a Pokemon walking behind her that felt more like a ticking time bomb than a Pokemon. Amy had returned Raichu to his ball almost the instant the waiter told them to leave so it was only Braixy trotting beside her and Garchomp stomping behind them, "and you need to behave! I have my brother's number and I'm afraid to use it!" She threatened with a pout over her shoulder at Garchomp. It was meant to be a threat by all means and luckily Garchomp took it that way as only his eyes fell to the ground. If you weren't looking you might have missed it.

  • Dmitrii nodded. “Yeah.” He stared at the battle-ready Scizor. “Don’t you dare try and fight either!” He shook his hand as he went ito a lecture, Banette’s eyes glazed over during the next few minutes, and he eventually fell asleep. Dmitrii huffed after the lecture, and started to rummage his pockets for something. His eyes lit up as he found it, and he pulled it out. It was a map of Unova. He caught back up to Amy and matched her pace. He ruffled out the map and looked at each of the cities and locations. “So since we’re traveling together, we should probably make a list of each locations we want to go to.”

  • "Snow," Amy blurted out almost immediately, "I-I mean I like cold places so maybe we could visit somewhere with snow and ice?" She tried again with a red face. Braixy gave her trainer the strangest look, but didn't say anything about it. Garchomp had a few places in mind, ten to twelve in fact, but he doubted Amy was ready or willing for any of his ideas... Not that she would understand anyway. Of course Amy noticed Braixy's exoression and coughed, "uh... Scenic views are cool too. I'm not really picky about where we go," She continued. Speaking and that wasn't her forte.

  • Banette nodded as Dmitrii’s smile brightened. “I like cold places too! We should definitley go some cold places.” He traced his finger across some cold looking places, before snapping his fingers and remembering something. “Oh! And if it’s okay with you, could we maybe stop by each town with a gym? I think I’d like to try competitive battling.” He pointed over at the edge of their site. “One of the first few gyms is actually right there, Would you mind if we popped in for a few minutes?” Scizors eyes glowed with anticipation - finally, a real battle!

    sorry for length :p

  • OOC: It's all good :3

IC: "I wouldn't mind at all," Amy smiled happily, "it'll be lots of fun to see you in a gym battle," She added as Braixy nodded happily. Garchomp didn't move much at the statement as he stared ahead down the road as if watching for enemies. In truth, he was jealous, but he wasn't going to show it. Amy then blinked, "wouldn't the gym oeader here be a steel or electric-type leader? I mean it's in the middle of a huge city, right?" She blinked and Braixy nodded. The fire-type didn't have a clue what they were talking about, but she assumed her trainer was right at least.

  • Dmitrii grinned and gave her a quick, tight hug. He hopped from one foot to another. “Yes yes yes yes YES! Thankyousommuch!” He and Scizor quickly sped off to the gym, where Amy and co would find him at the gym door, with a look of confusion. “.....Bugs?” Dmitrii said. He apprehensively walked over to one of the walls of honey, and touched it. His face turned to disgust as he quickly wiped it off with a hankerchief in his pocket. “Ew... I hate sticky stuff.”

A harlequinn from across the room walked over. “What did you say?” Dmitrii was confused. “I said I don’t like sticky stuff?” The man waved his hands above his head. “How can you not love that stuff? It’s HONEY for gods sake everyone loves honey!” Dmitrii furrowed his brow. “Well I like it on bread and stuff you idiot! I just dont like it ON me!” The harlequinn got closer to Dmitrii and screamed. “What’d you call me ya Hoenn kid?” Dmitrii took a step forward as well. “I called you an idiot! That’s what!” The angered trainer threw out his pokeball, and Scizor ran in front of his trainer.

A Dwebble appeared from a red light and graced the gym floor. “Dwebble! Use tackle!” The harlequinn commanded. Dmitrii didn’t even need to tell Scizor what to do. He dodged the attack, causing the hermit crab pokemon to hit the wall behind Scizor head first. Scizor then picked up the dazed pokemon, threw it up, and used X-Scissor on it mid-air, sending it crashing through the honey wall, and into a room beyond the former wall.

Dmitrii facepalmed. “That was a little too much power, Scizor.” Banette, who was woken by the commotion, fell off of Dmitriis head. He let out an “oompf” as he hit the ground back first. The now concerned trainerran to his defeated pokemon. “Dwebble! Are you okay?” Dmitrii went to check, and Scizor shrugged before following him. The man sighed, and returned the knocked out pokemon. He sighed and handed him some money. “I’m not even going to send out my other pokemon. Your devil of a pokemon is just going to destroy something else. Just... Be careful around the art, okay?” Dmitrii nodded before putting the money in his wallet.

This process continued until Dmitrii and the crew found their way to the gym leader. Dmitrii pointed his finger at him. “YOU! Why do you have honey all over your walls!? It’s disgusting!” The

could you maybe control burgh for a convo and maybe battle? its hard to argue between two players im playing XD

also should we go thru thebattle or skip it?
