  • Hello! This is a little idea I've had for a while, it's about two souls who manage to find each other throughout all of time, no matter what the circumstances. My character is named Mason, you may be whoever and whatever you'd like to be. I have a few time eras planned out, but a lot of it depends on you! Boy or girl is okay, but warning there will be both fluffy and sweetness, as well as angst and some emotional parts. Each time one of them dies, they wake up again in a new body/time era. I've spanned from medieval eras to present day, if you've got ideas I'd love to hear them! Thanks!

  • Not a problem! So what I was thinking first off was them meeting in medieval times-ish, one is a royal and one isn't, and they have to hide it, until they get caught and something happens to one of them. Then, they wake up in the next time with vague memories of who they are and who each other are, and they set out to find each other.

  • Mason Beaudet was not, in any case, high class. He wasn't really dirt poor, either. He lived moderately in the town, the small farm village that rested in the little valley between the mountains. Atop one of the nearest mountains was the castle, home to the highest rulers, the king and queen. They were a fair pair, ruling firmly but kindly. They had a daughter and a son, and the daughter was in line for the throne next. She was betrothed to the prince of a neighboring kingdom, Blake Trembly. Everyone saw it as a good thing; the treaty showed only good things for the kingdom, but nobody really saw how dark Blake's heart was.

Mason lived alone in his little home just outside of the town square. He was a servant for the royals, making the long journey up the mountain every morning and returning home at night when he was done with whatever tasks in the castle they had him doing. It was hard, but he didn't mind. If he got lucky, in the mornings, he got to see the princess at breakfast and that made it all worth while. She was beautiful, and stunning, and sweet and kind..he knew it was never even a possibility for him to have a solid conversation with her, but he could hope.

Today was no different; he arrived in the back entrance of the castle, got his rag and bucket and set off to clean and polish everything they told him to. So, he slicked his auburn hair back behind a bandana, put on his apron and set off to the dining hall to clean the statues.

//Your reply doesn't have to be long, or it can be longer, mine won't always be this long though so do whatever is more comfortable for you!

  • Elizabeth Wiltshire was the royal princess and engaged to Blake Trembly. A prince that she knew she had to marry for the kingdoms sake but the man... the man was not a good man. The treaty was the only reason she would marry such a man after. Servants rushed around the palace for preparations, but she always noticed one of the servants. Sometimes she’d meet eyes with him and she never got a chance to get his name. He was handsome looking, diligent, and hardworking. However, her busy schedule always dragged her in the other direction so she hardly got to speak to him.

But today was different. She got some free time in the morning before noon when she had to go to a few meetings regarding different matters for the kingdom. She headed to the dining room to get breakfast, deciding to figure out how to spend her mornings. She noticed Mason and gave him a small smile and nod as per usual as she sat down at the dining table and a maid delivered her breakfast for her.

  • Mason looked up from cleaning the legs of one of the statues and met eyes with the princess, offering a small, polite smile. He was worried that if someone spotted him looking at the princess the wrong way he'd get kicked out, so he was always cautious. Too captivated by Elizabeth, as he stood he hit his head off of the arm of the statue and stumbled a bit, knocking over one of the trays that a maid was carrying. The food went flying and the tray crashed to the ground, causing quite a scene. This was exactly the opposite of how he wanted today to go, he thought as he struggled to pick everything up. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," he repeated over and over as he fumbled with the tray and now-destroyed food.

  • Elizabeth looked up in surprise as the scene unfolded in front of her. In an instant, she got up to try to help clean up the mess along with the maid. “It’s okay, It’s okay,” She said softly trying to calm him down a little. “Are you okay? I saw you hit your head...” She added with small concerned look as she helped him with the destroyed food. She wasn’t to concerned about her breakfast, since the chefs always made a little extra in case the family asked for seconds. “It’s okay, April. Can you please get me more food, and we’ll take care of this here.” Elizabeth requested looking at the maid. The maid nodded and bowed slightly and left, not before giving Mason a small glare.

  • Mason uttered another apology to the maid and tried to clean the mess as much as he can, finally getting a good look at himself. He was a mess, food staining him from his neck to his feet. He seemed upset; he was wearing his only pair of good shoes and now they were ruined. When the princess came over he seemed taken aback, quickly bowing slightly in front of her. "I-I'm fine, your highness.." He said, keeping his voice soft. The last thing he needed was to be yelled at for another thing he did wrong. His head hurt a little, yeah, but nothing he couldn't handle. When he finally looked up to meet her gaze, he seemed to freeze up a bit for a few heartbeats, captivated that he was finally this close to the beautiful eyes he had admired from afar for so long.

  • “It’s okay... um... I apologize, I never got your name.” She said with a smile as she stood up and looked him over. The poor boy was covered in a mess. She knew he could get in trouble for causing such a mess and she didn’t want him to get in trouble because he seemed to be a little distracted. As he stared at her, she got a good look at him for the first time as well. He was handsome and a little cute combined with his seemingly clumsy personality. With small blush, she quickly spoke up before she could end up staring. “Come, you are covered in mess. You should at least get changed and since no harm was done, you aren’t getting in trouble, okay.” She said, reassuringly.

  • "Mason," he said softly, his own name rolling off of his tongue. When she said for him to come he was surprised, eyes widening a bit. "Where..where are we going?" He asked, standing up a little taller now that he knew she wasn't upset with him. "If I'm allowed, I can just go home and change, i-it's really no bother-" he didn't want to make trouble for anyone, let alone the princess herself. If anyone, especially Blake saw him with her..it definitely wouldn't and well.

  • She smiled and said, “Don’t worry about it, Mason. I’m sure we got spare outfits for the servants and I know most servants don’t live in the palace so it might get you in trouble if you leave for a while just to change clothes. If anyone askes, I’ll just say I caught you at a bad moment and you’re clothes got soiled because I distracted you.” She lead him to one of the rooms where servants were going in and out of. “Um.. Excuse me, can you find a spare outfit for Mason? I accidentally caused an accident and he needs a change.” She asked stopping one of the servants

  • Mason followed, because what else could he do? Say no to the princess? That was asking to be executed. So, he stayed close to her in case anyone got suspicious. The maid that Elizabeth stopped hesitated and looked Mason over, then nodded and bowed her head. "Of course, your majesty..I'll get it right away." She took Mason by the hand and hurried into the room with him, and as they went in Elizabeth's name was called from down the hall. "There you are, darling!" Blake's voice rang out as he made his way over to her. "What on earth are you doing down here? The servants will soil your dress if you stand too close to them." He smiled his usual charming grin and held his arm out to her. "Shall we go? There's tea ready in the garden."
