  • What would you say to living with a convict? Not too much thought? Or not enough?

Muse A has just been released out of prison and he has to go and live with a overseer, his ex love Muse B. He was arrested under some pretty high pretenses and had to be put in for 10 years (that was with a gulity plea and parole). As he moves in things seem good, until he gets back into his old habits. That's when things become intense, and Muse B has to figure out how to deal with it. Muse A really isn't a bad guy, just has a bad past. What will happen when he's under the roof? Will he become a better person or have to go back to do some more time?

  • Name: Lexi Brooks

    Age: 23 years

    Looks:

sounds good, here’s my character stuff and I’ll go ahead and post so you can get your stuff))

The morning started off like any other. The alarm clock went off, sending that horrid dining noise through the ears of a young women know as Lexi. She growled under her breath before shutting the alarm off and sitting up in bed, her blonde hair pushed to one side with the occasional strip of hair falling in front of her face.

Lexi let out a gentle yawn before removing her pjs and changing into some jean shorts and a loose fitting grey top,

    “Molly!”

She called as she walked out into her living room, a young huskey pup running over to her excitedly and jumping on her legs slightly as she walked into the kitchen and filled her bowls with wet puppy food and water,

    “There you go sweaty”

She said softly before suddenly hearing a loud knock on her door. Slowly she stood straight and looked at the time,

    “Who in the world....”

She mumbled before walking over and opening the door, her eyes growing wide at what stood before her.

  • Name: Gabriel Ritton

    Age:25

    Post:

Lexi wasn't the first person I wanted to see when I got out of prison. She probably hated my guts more than she hated cats. Her house was still the same plain white house on Lumsden Dr. Now though, there was fence surrounding the front of the yard, perhaps she bought a dog. I walked up to the door and knocked loudly. I was in a green t-shirt and some black jeans. It was something that people in this generation thought was stylish to a point. I brushed my mangled hair out of my face and hoped she would open the door. The only thing to worry about was it being slammed in my face.

  • Looking at the man before as she began to scowl, she looked at the time and leaned against the frame,

“What do you want? You have 30 seconds to convince me to not kick your a** off my property”

She hissed slightly, her puppy molly coming and sitting by her legs, looking at the two curiously.

Lexi has a feeling he was here because what else did he have? This was the last place he knew before he got sent away but she wasn’t about to get dragged back down by him and all of his past coming back to hunt him, she barely could handle it then and she refuses to handle it now

  • I looked at Lexi and felt my heart beat a little faster. She had gotten even prettier since our teenage years. "My first thought wasn't to come here Lexi. Ma and Pa passed away and my siblings are no where to be found. Give me a week to get a job and be out of your hair forever Lex. The prison ward said you were one of my contacts and said you should be someone I go to no matter the past. I have their phone number right here in my pocket so you know I'm not telling no lie to you.

*This is all spoken in a southern accent. I forgot to mention that!*

  • She listened to his claim before holding her hand out and taking the number from him, examining the number carfully and handing it back,

“Yeah I went to the funeral, sorry about your parents”

She said simply before letting out a sigh,

“You have one week, one, no more, do you understand me Gabriel?! I do not want you bring your nasty friends here, there is no drinking, smoking, or partying! And if I’m not home you have to stay outside till I get back”

She hissed before moving out of the door way and her and Molly walked back to the kitchen, leaving the door open for him to enter

  • I looked at her and smiled. "Thank you Lexi, this means a lot. I will follow all the rules, and I have to go to AA meetings anyways, parole officer rules. my parents......well I hope the funeral was deserving for them." I took my little bag of clothes into the house and looked around. This place was unchanged, like she hadn't washed everything away from what had once been. As I turned around her dog was eyeing me down. I gave her a little face when Lexi wasn't looking.

  • Molly growled slightly and barked before hiding behind Lexi’s leg. She looked down and let her softly before looking over at him,

“Yeah, i helped pay for it. They were good to me for the time I knew them so I felt like they deserved something nice”

She said softly before giving Molly a treat,

“The bedroom at the far end is yours, some of your old close are in a box at the top of the closet, and some odds and ends I gathered from your parents. When you leave take it with you”

She told him sternly as she leaned against the counter,

“And by the way, if you touch my dog I’ll kill you”

She threatened instantly before turning around and starting to wash dishes

  • I smirked a little at the mention of my old clothes in a box. She had really kept them all this time? "I'm not a dog person, so don't worry about that. Thanks for taking care of the funeral though. While I was in the cell, I sent all the money I had made from laundry and dishes towards it." I looked towards where she had pointed at the bedroom. " I will see you in a little while I guess." I made my way off to the room.

  • Lexi scowled slightly at his comment about the dog and mumbled under her breath as she angerly scrubbed the dishes harder, she didn’t even understand why she let him in the house, he was pitiful sure but she didn’t think she was still soft for him. She let out sigh as she calmed her nerves and Darby down at the table, petting Molly in the process.

  • The room still smelt of lavender and perriwinkle. In the midst of that was a slight smoky smell, must of been from someone smoking in this room a lot. Maybe I'd question her about that later, maybe not. The curtains were a light pink that let the sunlight shine through perfectly. I gathered some decently clean and unwrinkled clothes and showered quickly. As I left that bathroom, the steam followed me out. I hoped I wasn't late for dinner as I walked out to the dining room.

  • Lexi has decided to just cook a oven pizza that night, feel kinda lazy and drained from the event that was now living in her home once again. She had just taking the large cheese pizza out of the oven and set it on the stove top to cool. She looked skeins slightly before filling Molly’s bowl one more time before going and grabbing a slice, starring at him as he walked into the kitchen in search of dinner,

“Eat at the table, food doesn’t leave this kitchen nor dining area”

She told him sternly as she looked back down at Molly and smiled at her, finding only joy in her little ball of fluff

  • "That's cool." I said quietly. I would obey by any rule she gave me, she needed to see I was a changed man. Rules, yes were new for me, but they mattered, especially when it came to Lexi.

  • As minutes passed and Molly finished her bowl and yawned, Lexi did the same,

“Well I’m going to bed, knock if you needed me, don’t leave the house or your not coming back in tonight”

She told him before picking up her dog and heading off to her bedroom, shutting the door behind her.

She readyed herself for bed and now wore some loose fitting pants and a tight tank top. Lexi laid Molly down on the bed and crawled into her blankets, fallling asleep almost instantly

  • I finished my meal and washed my dishes and cleaned up. As I finished I looked at the time. "Wow, pretty late." I said quietly. Slowly and silently I headed to my bedroom, trying not to wake Lexi up, I closed my door and locked it. I soon fell asleep to the sound of birds outside.
