He snarled at the name. "Shut up, rouge!" He wanted to fight her, he really did, but he was already injured, and he'd have to spend more time in the camp. He was near his limit though. When he heard her say she should have killed Forestpaw, he snapped. He leapt at her, fury making him forget all his morals. "You can say you want to kill me, but you cannot say you would kill Forestpaw, after she's lost so much and come so far to be where she is today!" He said, barreling into her, blind in his fury.

Jezex braced, shifting her weight to her back legs so that when he hit her, she fell on her back instead of flying to the side. "Oh, I wouldn't have killed 'er," she snarled lowly, grinning up at him. I would have ripped her apart!" She let out a caterwal and drove her fangs into the warrior's jaw hard enough that her teeth grated on bone as she rolled them over with ease. She kicked and bit and clawed at his wounds in addition to inflicting new ones, but she didn't press too hard; she wanted this fight to last after all. She grinned manically as she fought him, not even bothering to flinch back when stray claws sliced through the fur on her cheek and forehead, spattering her fur with blood. She hit his ear hard enough to set it ringing and hissed when he hit back just as hard. She pulled her head back and was about to inflict another vicious bite on his face when something white and wet started yelling at her.
"Please! Jexa, please stop fighting!"
Jezex hissed in annoyance before flipping over on her back again. Gathering all her strength, she pushed her hind legs up in a kick that sent the golden warrior flying into the bushes, a bit of her fur flying with him. The loner rolled back over and huffed at the she-cat a few feet away from her. "What'd you do that for?" Jezex grumbled. "I haven't seen another cat 'cept you for three weeks. I was jus' lookin' for a spot of fun," she muttered, green eyes narrowed in annoyance.
The she-cat in front of her was drop-dead gorgeous. Her face was elegantly angled and wedge-shaped, her body slim and lean, legs long and delicate. Her fur was milky white everywhere except her face, legs, and tail, which were covered in elegant dark tortoiseshell. Her eyes were almond shaped and a pure, dark, shimmering blue. She was beautiful. And she was also nearly sobbing.
"Jexa, please don't fight! I don't like the screaming, or the smell!" The she-cat crouched, cowering in fear while her eyes were wide and pleading. Jezex looked at her for a moment, then sighed and roughly licked the she-cat's nose with a bleeding tongue. Sasha delicately wrinkled her muzzle, but she rubbed her cheek on the uninjured side of Jezex's face.
The large she-cat grumbled something under her breath and sat down, still between the warrior and Sasha. "Oi, I got you dinner," Jezex said, jerking her head towards the mouse she'd left. Sasha seemed to brighten instantly, straightening up to trot towards the offered food. With how slender and delicate she was, it was only too obvious that the siamese cat was pregnant, even if it wasn't that far along yet. Jezex snorted and looked over at Sparkblaze. She still seemed to be ready for a tussle, but it was clear her aggression wasn't directed at the warrior cat, but was instead directed...well, at everything else. She seemed to just be a grumpy cat in general.
"Oi, Sparky! Get up, I didn't thrash you that bad," she grumped.

Sparkblaze grunted as he slowly got up. "Don't you dare threaten my niece like that. If that queen weren't here, I would have ripped you to pieces, rouge." He taunted. "I'm gonna be stuck in Longear's stupid den forever! Blackpaw's never gonna get to be a warrior if I keep screwing up like this! Stupid rogues! I probably won't be able to get back to camp," he muttered under his breath. "Maybe Forestpaw was right, I should have stayed in camp. Ugh, why couldn't I have been as lucky as Mintfern!" Sparkblaze continued to bitterly talk to himself. He had let go of some of his steam, but most of it was still there.
-
Jezex snorted, clearly not impressed. "I don't care who your niece is, mate, and I ain't a rogue. Pesky buggers, always thinkin' they know everythin' there is to know," she muttered, swiping her tongue over her bloodied muzzle. "'sides, I wouldn't touch your niece. 'Paw' is an apprentice name." She glanced over at the warrior, white tail tip twitching in annoyance. " I only kill what needs killin', see. A young cat like that usually needs livin'."
Sasha looked up as she licked her nose, having been scarfing down her mouse while the two cats tossed insults at each other. She left her small pile of bones to trot over to the ginger tom, sniffing carefully at him. She turned worried eyes to Jezex, barely opening her mouth before the tabby spoke.
"No, we ain't keepin' him," she growled. Sasha's eyes welled up with tears again.
"Oh, but Jexa, he's hurt! Can't we take care of him for a while?"
"Bah!" Jezex spat, growling. "He's a clanner; he's got a whole bunch of his friends who can come find him and patch him up. He doesn't need our help."
Sasha whimpered and sat next to Sparkblaze. Her ears pinned down to her head and her eyes widened, lip trembling as she pressed close to him. "But we can take him back to his camp! Oh, but Jexa, you said we were on the edge of his territory, and I heard him say he couldn't walk back! Oh, please, let's take him back so his healer can look at his wounds! You said clanners have healers, I know you did!"
Jezex hissed. "What, us, in a clanner camp? Do you have any idea what they might do to the two of us, especially since I'm the one that injured him just now? Now don't give me that look...It doesn't work on me...Sasha, I'm warnin' you...oh, fine. Fine! We can take him back to his dumb clan."
Sasha trilled in excitement and grinned down at the warrior while Jezex muttered under her breath.

Sparkblaze just sighed in response. "I don't know about her, but they're definitely gonna think you're one of the rogues that we just got done fighting. He grunted. "But, I dunno I'm an mouse brain. Ahh, Forestpaw's gonna kill me, and so is Longear. Why'd I let her become a medicine cat apprentice when I knew I was gonna be reckless."

Swiftpaw let out a powerful yawn as Stonepaw suggested going back to the medicine cat den for the night. She was pretty tired herself and if they really were to get back to training tomorrow, she wanted to be well rested. Despite how down she'd felt since the battle, she really wanted to prove herself. Tomorrow would be a brand new day with new kits in the clan to defend. She would have to try her best to get better. "I think I'm going to turn in for the night as well..." she said sleepily as her yawn subsided. Sure, she'd wanted to wait and see the kits, but it was getting late and since her injuries weren't as extensive as some of the others, she'd probably be expected to go hunting or on a patrol in the morning. She needed sleep. Standing up, she stretched her legs and ruffled her fur before letting it lie flat again. "Good night everyone," she said, flicking her tail a bit before disappearing into the apprentices den. It didn't take long for her to find her nest near the back and curl up into it. She kept her eyes open for a few moments, thinking, but soon enough, she was ready to sleep. Blinking a couple more times, she finally allowed her sharp green eyes to close before finally giving in to sleep.

Doepaw
Doepaw didn’t feel too subdued, though she’ll admit that was possibly due to her late tendencies. With as much as a nod to the others about turning in, she rose to her paws herself. It was then her jaw curved into a deep yawn, her fatigue inspired by the topic of sleep.
Deciding to sleep outside for the night, she settled to the side of the Apprentice den, too hot for the somewhat humid atmosphere of her nest. She rested her chin onto her paws, but stayed awake for the moment, watching some of the clan retreat into their dens.

Lightningfang looked up at the sky through the treetops and could see it was growing dark.
“Perhaps we should start heading back?” He suggested to the others.
Mousetail let out a yawn as she waited for her clanmate’s response. Looks like it was getting too late to do anything today anyways. She decided she might go to bed soon.

Stonepaw
The large tom cast a smile towards his friend as she entered the apprentice's den, returning her "good night" wish. He heaved himself to his paws and let out a long, wide yawn before scanning the camp for a bit. Stonepaw cast a side-glance at Doepaw, who was curling up next to the apprentice's den. Raising a brow, he mewed, "You sleeping outside, Doepaw?" He had seen warriors do it before, but it seemed rather odd to him. Dens provided so much security in his mind; in all actuality, they didn't do much, but they did make the tom feel much safer.
Vixenstripe
The ginger tabby tipped her chin up as the apprentice licked her shoulder and walked away. She was rather surprised by the gesture of respect given by the apprentice, but gave her head a shake. Yes, he was an annoying furball most of the time, but she shouldn't undermine him simply due to his "immature" behavior. Giving her eyes a light-hearted roll, she sat herself near the entrance of camp, awaiting the return of the patrol so that she could rest easy knowing everyone is back safe and sound.

Timeskip to morning~

Blackstar was stiff as he woke the next morning. He had managed to drag himself to his den before falling asleep, though he had waited until the kits had been born. His first order of business was to check on Silverbrook before getting a patrol put together or something else productive. As he stepped out into the clearing, a chill ruffled his thick black fur. He shook himself against the damp air and let out a wide-mouthed yawn. Looking up at the pink sky, he seemed lost in thought for a moment. It wouldn't be long before leaf fall was upon them. Things were good now, but they would have to keep their guard up and their resources stocked, just in case. The threat of another rogue attack was ever present and if they were to survive another attack, FireClan would have to be ready.
Padding quietly across the center of camp, the large tom cat cast his eyes across to the warrior den where he knew Stoneheart was probably still sleeping. Her words from the night before still echoed in his mind... Maybe one sunrise I'll be having your kits... The memory brought a warmth to his heart and a smile to his mouth. He had spent much of his time as a warrior trying to prove his worth and defend his clan. There hadn't been much time for settling down and making a family. Becoming leader had helped him realize how much he wanted that life, though. Stoneheart had made him realize how desperately he needed it. Shaking himself once more, he poked his head into the nursery, his amber eyes glowing as a bit of morning sun broke through the weaved den and crossed his face. "Are you awake, Silverbrook?" he spoke softly so as not to wake her or her kits if they were asleep. The scent of new kits was very fresh in the spacious nursery and he couldn't help but feel the same happiness from the night before.
--
Swiftpaw stretched in her nest, her short legs going as far out as they could before curling up against her chest again and allowing her to get comfortable once more. Pulling her paws up beneath her again, she readjusted and kept her eyes closed. Today would be the day they got back to training, she was sure. She'd be going out with Mooneyes again, for the first time since the attack. Hopefully her mentor hadn't seen her embarrassing display during the battle days earlier, but if she did, Swiftpaw knew she would have to be prepared to do everything in her power to be better.
Rolling to her other side, she groaned a little. The cut on her side was mostly healed, though it was still a it tender. Once she adjusted herself again, though, the pressure of laying on the side wasn't bad and she fell right back to sleep. It was early still, so the young apprentice planned to get as much rest as possible before the day started, With one big exhale, she slipped back into a dream she;d been having moments before.
--
Lionpelt let out a huge yawn as he woke up surrounded by his fellow warriors. The memory of his talk with Shadowpaw the night before was still fresh on his mind and the feeling of her tongue was still fresh on his fur. Standing and putting a bit of weight on his leg, he grimaced at the stiffness in his shoulder. Careful not to wake anyone or step on any sleeping cat, he made his way to the entrance before slipping out into the cool morning air. Blinking against the gradually growing light of the morning, he let each of his long limbs stretch out fully before heading over to the freshkill pile to grab a small mouse to hold him over until he had a chance to hunt later. Despite the soreness in his muscles, he would be ready to go on a patrol later if the need arose. He couldn't imagine the cats who were in good health could continue going on patrols at all hours of the day. They may not have been hurt in battle, but they weren't exempt from exhaustion. Finding himself a cozy place to rest in the clearing, he gently laid himself down and waited for more of his clanmates to get up.
--
Snowstream was sleeping hard. She had been running herself pretty hard since the battle and she was drained. Sleep was much welcomed, especially after returning from their late patrol last night. The pretty she-cat had been practically asleep on her paws as she stumbled back to the warriors' den for some much needed rest. Now, she was prepared to sleep in a bit before getting up and going out to join another patrol or help train apprentices who'd mentors needed another day or two to heal. That said, she needed some rest or she was going to burn out.
Rolling to her other side, she accidentally kicked Lightningfang before pulling her feet back. She grunted small apology before slipping back into a dazed slumber. Her ears flickered and she yawned, nestling into her warm nest for as much longer as she could manage before she had to get up.

Forestpaw
Forestpaw awoke and went to go check on the newborn kittens. Noticing Blackstar at the nursery, she slowly snuck up behind him. She said nothing, just waiting for the new mother to respond to him. Forestpaw was curious to know how the night had went the kits, and if they had been named yet. She also wanted to see if Silverbrook needed any herbs.

Lightningfang lay peacefully in the warrior’s den. His eyelids fluttered ever so slightly as he dreamed of his time as a kit. But his slumber came to an abrupt end when his clanmate struck him in the back. The tom woke up with a jolt, only to realize that it had just been Snowstream. He chuckled at the sleepy shecat, as she barely managed to muster an apology before dozing off again. But he couldn’t let her off the hook so easy. He took a paw and gently booped her on the nose. Well now he wasn’t getting back to sleep again any time soon, so he stood up and shook the dirt from his pelt.
Mousetail had fallen asleep with her face in her food. She tried to get up bright and early with the others, but the small shecat didn’t get a lot of sleep the night before due to one of her clanmate’s loud snoring. She lay still, paws tucked in and face entirely hidden in a child’s pose.

♚ Stoneheart ♚
The calico she-cat woke with a groan as a tiny Ray of sun peaked through the branches of the den and right into her eye. She slowly stood to her paws, her injured paw tucked neatly against her chest. She'd refused poppy seeds from the medicine cat last night and regret was setting in. With a sigh, and an awkward stretch, she limped out of the den.

♚ Mooneyes ♚
Mooneyes irritated with all the cats moving around. It was just too early for her. After the late patrol, she'd stayed up to make sure everyone was well before she finally crashed.
The poor she-cat hadn't been injured too bad in battle, but the exhaustion of extra duties was beginning to take it's tole.

♚ Robinpaw ♚
The apprentice stretched as he stood from his bed. He'd managed to get a good night's rest and was ready for the day. He was hoping to get out of the camp.

Thistlepaw and Spiderpaw
The dark brown tabby sat with one leg stretched out awkwardly, his ears pricked forward despite the solemn slope of his shoulders. The cat in the nest in front of the tabby was curled up in a nest of moss, laying a little too stiffly on his side. Cobwebs coated his belly, and the sharp tang of herbs barey masked the sickeningly sweet smell of infection. Thistlepaw's ears swiveled back and pinned to his head as he looked away, trying not to think about how hard his brother was breathing.
Spiderpaw had taken a turn for the worst last night. Thistlepaw knew he'd been in pain, but he hadn't known how bad until he'd found Spiderpaw, delirious with fever, vomiting outside of the camp. Thistlepaw had all but dragged the tom to the medicine den, and he'd been sitting where he was for a few hours now. It was all he could do to keep his paws from trembling.
Jezex and Sasha
Jezex sighed, tail twitching impatiently as she looked over at the cats under the holly bush. It had gotten too late in the day to take the warrior back to camp, and despite Jezex's wishes, Sasha had managed to convince her to let him stay in their den just outside the border for the night. Now it was morning, and the loner was...concerned, to say the least. His clan will have noticed he's gone by now, and even if the tom could get back to his camp on his own, the clan would smell the two loners on his fur. Her tail lashed in frustration and indecision. She didn't want to go to a clanner's camp. Ever. But...she couldn't risk being hunted down. She looked back over her shoulder at the cats, snorting after a moment. She knew first hand how Sasha seemed incapable of sleeping on her side of the den, and now so did Sparky. The siamese cat was laying across him, her nose tucked under her chin and her front legs pressed tight against his shoulder, the rest of her wound across his back. Jezex sighed, wondering just how she'd ever let the she-cat come with her in the first place
Rippleshine
The warrior was sitting outside the warriors' den, washing her thick silver coat thoroughly. She'd been out hunting most of the night since she hadn't been too injured in the battle, and she had a good run. She glanced over at the freshkill pile, her yellow eyes glowing with pride. The pile was well stocked for the morning, and she was glad to have helped her clan heal. Wincing when a cut on her back pulled, Rippleshine stopped her frantic washing and decided that having a bit of leaf litter in her tail wasn't going to end the world.
Bluecloud
The multicolored tom rolled over in his nest, one blue eye opening to look over at the warriors leaving the den. He sighed and rolled back over, sitting up to stretch out his limbs. His paw twinged and he grimaced at it, thinking about the rogue who'd bitten it. Well, at least he bit her back. The bounced out of his nest and rather happily trotted out of the den. The sun caught the bright silver patch on the right side of his face and blinded him momentarily, but nothing a quick shake of his head couldn't fix. He yawned widely and promptly flopped on his side, rolling on his back to stretch out again in the sun.
I'll make another post for my other characters as soon as I finish them and get them accepted ^^
