    Saiyaka, Japan

A small town in the mountains about an hour's train ride from the nearest city. Saiyaka is an unassuming small town surrounded by farmlands, mountains, and wilderness. The people here are traditional, unassuming, kind, and friendly to everyone. It's a picturesque little place, and the home of a small group of witches that also call the town home. These young people have come to Saiyaka together, whether they be strangers or friends to learn how to use their abilities and how to pass as normal people in a controlled, safe environment.

Yoko was busy. Today was the day that a bunch of witches were to be coming to her little town of Saiyaka and training with her under the mentorship of a skilled witch. What could be more exciting than that? Well maybe that they would all be hosted in her home, or that they would all be arriving by train that morning. It was all very thrilling, and Yoko had work to do, cleaning up her house (Which wasn't that small) and preparing everyone's rooms for them and making sure that everyone would be comfortable. She was nervous but excited. Trying to think of every possibility, like was her english good enough, she knew a lot of them were coming from America. What if she accidentally insulted them by doing something stupid. She had been up since five that morning doing her chores and getting things ready,

Yoko glanced at the clock and cursed under her breath. They'd be arriving soon. The young girl raced outside and jumped aboard her bike, racing to get to the small town's train station on time. She'd need to afterall lead them back to the house and stuff. When she got to the station she was about fifteen minutes early and so she found a place to sit, and waited there, her legs swinging under her seat looking out for the train to arrive.

  • Victoria sat in her seat on the train, trying not to jump around in excitement. She was about to arrive in a small town in the middle of nowhere and train with a bunch of strangers.... Yay! She'd be able to make new friends and get stronger!

Sylvia hissed a string of curses in her ear. The poor snake hated trains. She said they rattled and made too much noise.

Victoria threw her blue hair over the snake as the train stopped. She grabbed her suitcase and practically ran off the train. She got off and looked around. Wasn't someone supposed to be meeting them here?

  • Bri shifted anxiously in her seat on the train. She was supposed to meet a bunch of new people today and she was terrified. She knew she wanted to get better at magic, but with so many other people? Taking a few deep breaths, she tried to calm her nerves as the train pulled into the station. Once the train stopped, she grabbed her things and hopped off. Looking around, she realized that she wasn't sure who she should be looking for.

  • Casper was practically bouncing with pent up excitement in his chair. His foot tapping on the train car floor as he awaited his destination. He definitely stood out with his large black lacy suitcase and his completely black Victorian looking clothing. And of course Angel who was cleaning her feathers within her cage. He hadn’t even noticed the train stopped yet his music to loud from his headphones. Until he noticed people rushing out the door, catching his eyes on a rather peculiar site a snake obscured by a girls hair. He was definitely in the right place! Their were witches here.

He grinned before collecting himself being careful with Angels cage as he headed out, humming a tune under his breath. This was the day! This was his day!

  • Victoria bounced in place as she waited. She watched a boy dressed in Victorian style clothing with a barn owl in a cage at his side. It wasn't he who peaked her interest, but his owl. She LOVED animals! Without hesitation, she ran over. "Oh my goodness, she's so pretty!" She leaned down to get a better look at the owl. "Is she a barn owl? What's her name?"

  • Tracking, and doing my post too so just give me a few moments please uwu

  • He couldn’t but grin even more when the snake-girl from before went up to him. He was so sure she was a witch but couldn’t be sure, he didn’t want to look like a weirdo or anything. “Oh thank you! Her names Angel.” He put his hand on Angels cage causing the owl to look up at him tilting her head. “She’s a gift from my gram. Such a long trip from Norway so she thought I needed some company haha. She’s super calm, it’s crazy really. Most I’ve met just screech and peck at me.” He rambled excitedly. “Oo by the way do you own a snake by chance?” He asked not to subtly.

  • /yes ma'am\

Victoria nodded vigorously as she pulled Silvia out from around her neck. "This is Silvia! She's a bit of a Princess, but I hatched her myself." Silvia turned and began to disagree with Victoria, who told her to hush in snake. Victoria looked up at the boy. "Oh! By the way, in Victoria Haywood. Witch." She stuck out her free hand.

  • Yoko had managed to fall asleep while she was waiting on the bench beside her bike, it was the train's whistle as it entered the station that brought her eyes open once again the young girl stretching out and rubbing her eyes as she stood up, looking around. There were enough people there that she couldn't be certain who was part of her group and who wasn't, but she could make some educated guesses she supposed, but there was one other way she could do it. One that she had prepared for.

With a quick trip into her bag Yoko grabbed the sign that she had made and stood up on the bench that she had been sitting on, holding up the sign that said "Yoko's Party" and was decorated with all sorts of stickers and little doodles of cats. She loved to draw cats.

  • Casimir could practically eel the excitement bubbling of the other witches in the train car. He let out an annoyed sigh, slouching further into his seat. Honestly he didn’t understand what was so exciting about this, literally they are all going just to train and better themselves. For what purpose it was for, he’d never know. The blonde witch peered around the train car, his gaze landing on a bubbly male chatting away with another. He snorted softly to himself and shifted his gaze away. Casimir lifted his hand, his arm revealing a few of the many markings his body held. His hand glowed a light blue as he chose to summon his companion. As soon as Fadel was in existence he reached out to stoke between her ears. The bigger wolf nuzzled into his hand before laying down at his feet, allowing the witch to continue to stroke the wolf.

  • He couldn’t help but coo as she revealed the reptile, he’d seen snakes before but Silvia was quite a pretty one. He’d always wanted a reptile but his family always had told him that a bird Familiar was much more suitable and wouidnt talk back. He piped even more up when she introduced herself as witch, he returned the shake “Casper Jacobsen, Witch or sorcerer or whatever you wanna call me anyway” he said before returning his hands to his sides. He looked up noticing a girl holding up a sign “Oh, I think that’s my party.” He says “I’m guessing you are to?”

  • Victoria smiled as he coo'd over Silvia. Silvia also was loving the affection. Victoria looked around before spotting the sign he mentioned. "That's me too!" She returned Silvia to her hiding place before picking up her suitcase again. "Shall we?" She asked, motioning to the girl with the sign.

  • “Yep!” He already began moving towards Yoko, glancing back at Victoria to see if she was following. “Good afternoon fellow witch!” He greeted cheerily as he got closer, he wondered just how many witches would be in the group. How many new faces and new people to learn from (and scare of course).

  • As soon as the train came to a stop Casimir was up and pushing himself out of the train car. Fadel was up as soon as he was, following along right at his side. His nails hitting the ground and making a clicking sound. His golden gaze swept over the area and quickly spotted a sign being held up by a girl, she must be another witch. He made his way over, pushing through the crowd and stopping a bit away from the small forming group that consisted of the girl with the sign and the two others he saw on the train.

  • Bri spotted the sign and began to dash over. She suddenly hesitated when she saw the group that had begun to grow around the person with the sign. Deep breaths. She thought to herself. She walked over to the group and greeted them timidly.

"This town certainly is quaint, don't you think Morgan?" the eloquent voice broke the peace of the train's stale air. The voice was from a female whose blonde hair cascaded like a river of ivory around the frame of her face and further trickling past her loose posture of her back and shoulders. Her uniform much to her own design, predominantly black and dark in color the long sleeved dress stopped its thread just above her knees. Adorned with this, a dark coat of sorts whose sleeves long but shorter than those of her dress, high collar, and the tails ending below her knees. This coat also held bronze buttons, and loops for a white belt that sat snugly wrapped around her abdomen, just above the belly button. She brandished a shoulder bag with a golden lock, to which inside held her spell book. Knee high socks and boots completed her look, save for her lavish witch's hat. Her eyes were copper, warm though sharp and quickly turned acidic upon becoming disgusted or crossed. Her face touched by makeups she also carried in some magical space somewhere. It wouldn't be wrong to assume this confident thing was all about looks. But she certainly knew there was always more than looks.

The orange fox who'd been putting on the performance of a lifeless stuffed animal only acknowledged her witch with a movement of her eyes. Then seemed to be in disappointment and incredulous, as of course if this fox could talk, surely her master should know she cannot speak right now while they still remained on the train among normal peoples. Amira Blake rolled her eyes as if to condemn her familiar for making such a fuss. The gal continued to grace the passing landscape with her inquisitive eyes, a hand acting as a rest for her face, cupping her cheek and chin. Her moment of curious demeanor swiftly subsided to that of a haughty huff, "However quaint or picture perfect this place is, it just better not be boring.

As both fox and witch departed from the train, they reached with their limbs for a much needed stretch. Their stagnant journey had been a long one that seemed to have been forever just mulling about in a train car. After taking the time to do this, the witch put her arms out in front of her and cracked her knuckles, "Well let's be on our way then Morgan." The fox offered no verbal acknowledgement but rather skillfully climbed up her mistress and somehow scurried into the depths of her hat whilst Amira still wore it, Her hair and clothes seemingly untouched and held no traces of fox hairs on their fabrics and fibers. "Good Vixen. Now let's see," she trailed off as she scanned the train station for the supposed mentor, and also for any whom could also be in her ranks as a fellow witch. At least if this town is boring, I can make things interesting. She smiled with a fashion that was truly scheming, but for others appeared polite and genuine.

alright that's all I have for now, gotta clean and then I am going out tonight~

  • Victoria hurried to follow after her new friend Casper. Silvia hissed at her quick movements, being as her stomach was a little unsettled from the train ride.

She stood there with him and greeted another, more timid, girl when she joined them. "My name's Victoria. This is Silvia." She introduced herself and her snake, who peaked her head out.

  • Yoko smiles as the group approached her. It seemed like a large chunk of the other witches had arrived and gathered around her. Even a slender looking black cat had come up and started meowing at her feet and then sat down. She smiled and in practiced english greeted the group with an enthusiastic “hello!” She was only taller than all of them because she was standing on the bench. Otherwise she would have been the shortest. And probably youngest, of the entire lot of them. And it was her house that they would be staying at. She was honored to say the least. She continued. “It’s nice to meet you all I’m yoko! Ummm if this is everyone.... grab your bags and I’ll show you back to the house. I’m sure you all will love it.” She said with a smile as she hopped down from her perch and stuck her sign back in her bag. She then threw it over the side of her bike and began to walk along side it towards the house. “Do you all have any questions for me? About the area, about the house, about anything?” She asked as she looked back at the group. Her light hair was back with a bandana and out of her Face.

(If anyone misses yoko’s tour back I have another way to get you to the house)

  • "will we get our own rooms, or are we going to have to share?" Victoria quickly asked one of the few questions she had. She didn't mind sharing a room if she had to, as long as the person was nice.
