  • BlizzardClan. They remembered their biological father speaking of BlizzardClan. He would bring up the clan once or twice every now and then whenever they held their little family gatherings in their campgrounds. Leigon had been fond of the clan despite his rather short stay, or at least it seemed that way from the way he spoke endearingly of the place. It would explain why they were here today, approximately two days after they had joined HawkClan. They were hoping to learn a little more about the place, perhaps see why Leigon was attached to the place even though his connections to BlizzardClan were not as thick as the ones in HawkClan.

The kabuki-mask wearing feline would lower themselves into a seat quietly, feeling quite tired after their journey. Even with two days of rest under their belt, they still felt rather exhausted. They supposed they would let someone approach them while they caught their breath. Meanwhile, Harue would simply glance around, silently admiring the view they were given.

    / rushed, sorry !

  • A HawkClanner. Their clan was allied with BlizzardClan, so Piedpiper's immediate guess wasn't that Harue was interested in joining. His first thought was that maybe this animal was here with some news or an invitation on HawkClan's behalf. "Hey there," he greeted the masked animal. The mask was unusual, and a little unsettling given its vague resemblance to a fox's face. "This is BlizzardClan territory. What can I do for ya?"

  • Chesspieces had been the former ambassador of HawkClan when he had been the medic of BlizzardClan. The smell of redwood and pine needles would never leave him. The place was always comforting when he visited, even though he had never been a member of their ranks. He had been tempted to join them after leaving BlizzardClan, but it had felt too close to home. He wondered who was their ambassador now. Chesspieces followed behind Piedpiper. The alabaster tom peered curiously from behind the paladin trainee. His ears were perked. His tail-tip twitched softly, tossing fallen leaves to and fro with the movement. The former head medic was silent. He wanted to give Harue the time he needed to process the arrival of two BlizzardClanners, to catch his breath, and answer Piedpiper's question. He'd question the male about HawkClan at a later time. He was curious to know how some of his acquaintances were doing.

  • jae-eun had yet to venture outside her own clan, and as such she rarely saw anyone from other clans. so the young tiger was naturally curious when she saw the hawkclanner approaching the border. she examined him for a moment, noting with some dissapointment that he was really just like anyone from her clan. except for one thing. "what's with the mask?" she asked curiously.

  • ✧・゚ Yanyu sidled up to her clanmates' sides, biding her time until the newcomer responded. She wouldn't lie, the mask was a little off-putting, but cast a pointed 'really?' look at Jae-eun, brows knitting slightly. She shook her head as she averted her attention back to the strange feline, clearing her features back to hopefully idealistic despite the unblinking mask glaring back at them.

  • The first pair of BlizzardClanners to approach them seemed friendly enough, although one was perhaps the slightest bit perturbed by the mask they wore. They often got such a reaction, and so they didn't draw a defensive stature. At best, they simply smiled even though none of the approaching BlizzardClanners could see it. They raised their head slightly, tail curling around their paws as they turned towards Piedpiper and Chesspieces. Piedpiper's beginning sentence confirmed the masked feline's suspicions of this being BlizzardClan's territory. They had originally been unsure whether or not they had ended up in the right place even after being given instructions by the residents of their first home.

"My name is Harue," The young Xerses would confess as they sat up, "And I'd like to join BlizzardClan." They would continue with that just after administering a slight bow towards the pair of BlizzardClanners. After a moment, an even younger kid approached. A tigress, and a curious one at that. She regarded them with the same curiosity they've seen plenty of times already and quickly guessed the question she was going to ask of them.

    "What's with the mask?"

"My dad gave it to me." They responded with practiced ease, tilting their head towards Jae-eun with the slightest of chuckles drawing forth from their maw. They saw the other femme, Yanyu, give the child the look of a warning. "It's quite fine. I get questions like that all the time, it doesn't bother me any, I can assure you."

  • Harue. Interesting name. A loner name. "You're welcome to join to BlizzardClan," Piedpiper replied politely, offering a genuine smile. Anyone was open to joining BlizzardClan, so long as they had honest intentions. "I'm Piedpiper, nice to meet you, Harue." He found that it was a good idea to repeat the name of an animal you had just met. It helped to commit the name to memory. At Jae-eun's innocent question, Piedpiper's smile didn't waver. He appreciated Harue's good humour; the young tiger was only curious.
