She stoped and turned to face him, “Maybe so but I don’t much have a choice do I? I have no where else to go. The sun is beginning to set and I must find shelter” she explained as she’s once again adjusted her cloth. Her yellow eyes shinning in Thebes dimming light as the sun slowly began I disappear

"There's actually a cave not to far away from here, if you want I'll show you it." Reveth offered, not knowing why he wanted to help this human, but something about her made him want to make sure that she made it through this forest alive and without a scratch.
-
Lilidin’s smile grew at the offer before nodded her head, “Thank you Reveth” she said softly before making her place close beside him, “Lead the way” her voice was soft but had sleep in it, her eyes still shining but showing to be tired as well. She hasn’t actually slept in who knows how’s long now, there was always something after her, there wasn’t time for sleep most days
-
Reveth was really risking his hide here, if he stumbled upon another elf and was caught with a human there would be repercussions which could ruin his reputation highly among the village, he could even be exiled, he shuddered thinking about it. He didn't speak instead he motioned her along to follow him, eventually leading her to a large cave opening, well suited for shelter against the elements.
-
She thanked him and once more touched his cheek softly,”Thank you for everything elf” she told him before removing her hand once more and walking into the cave, eventually disappearing into the darkness
-
Reveth watched her leave before turning back towards the woods. Her touch was oddly comforting he thought as he slung his bow over his shoulder, he was in no mood to hunt anymore. Instead of returning home to his village he climbed a tree, laying on a strong and lengthy branch, he felt almost guilty, should he even be allowed to return after interacting with a human in such a way? He watched the sunset in the distance and the stars pop out above the treeline.
-
Darkness soon took over the earth, the crickets curped and the lightening bugs have light. It was peaceful you could say.
Lilidin laid on the cave floor and let out a gentle sigh as she watched the entrance closely,”Why did you help me...” she whispered to herself softly as she thought about he elf,”You must be young... an older elf would have killed me...” she continued to ramble to herself before sighing once more and rising to her feet. She walked to the end ebtrance and looked around before laying herself in the grass
-
Reveth was now dozed off on the branch of a tree, leaned back in a relaxed state. As moonlight casted upon his soft Elven frame he laid perfectly still. He was dreaming or more so having some sort of nightmare, his body tensing up slightly as he slept. Reveth was known to have frequent nightmares, ones that terrorized him every night until early dawn when he tended to wake up in a sweat.
-
Lillidin saw him and noticed his tense body. She narrowed her eyes and quietly scaled the tree till she was sat infront of him. She titled her her with a frown before she reached her hands over to his face and cupped his cheeks softly,”Calm...” she whispered as her hands glows a golden color. She put her forehead against his and shut her eyes as she tried to steady his mind without waking hin
-
Her spell was spot on, Reveth's body stabilizing and stopped shaking around. He slept onward now snoring instead of shaking in fright, he was quite peaceful looking on that branch the golden glow of her magic spell seemed to work perfectly. He showed no signs of movement, this was going to be the best Reveth has ever slept.
-
She stayed with him the rest of the night, making sure her spell stayed with him while he slept. She took her place beside him and rested her head against his shoulder and shut her eyes, letting herself fall asleep with him but her hands never lost the glow as she kept her magic even while she slept. It took her years to perfect that one spell but in the end it wasn’t worth it
-
Reveth woke up early the next morning fully rested, he quickly turned his eyes looking over to Lillidin who's head was rested on his shoulder. His eyes widened, observing her before speaking up "Miss what is it you are doing? I do not understand, is this a human thing to do, fall asleep next to a random stranger?"
-
Upon hearing his voice she woke and jumped down from the tree quickly, “I do apologize, but i noticed you were stirring in your sleep so I kept you company through out the night to be sure you where okay. It was the least I could do since you showed me the cave for shelter” she explained herself as she finally released the spell from his mind, the glow disappearing from her hand
-
"It was you who helped ease the nightmares?" He questioned, jumping down and off the tree, right behind her. "I've been having those nightmares since I was a child, I've tried many things to rid myself of it but you, you a human, have done away with it... I've dreamed peacefully for once, of beautiful things..." Reveth stepped in front of her, "How can I repay you?"
-
She looked at the elf with wide eyes at his tale before giving him a gentle smile, “You don’t need to repay me, but instead of calling me human all the time, call me by my name” she teased as she added a small laugh at the end. Lilidin walked away and sat on a large rock, crossing her legs and letting out a deep sigh as she looked at the colors filling the morning sky, “What are you nightmares about? Why do you have them?” She questioned sternly as her gazed stayed fixed on the sky
-
"Alright then... Lillidin, I will call you by your name." Reveth spoke, nodding in agreement, as he followed her over to the rock keeping his distance. "My nightmares are... hard to explain, I don't know why they happen but they do and they are never quite the same each time, some about shadows, other's about great loss, some kind of burden torments me but I do not recall what that burden is."
-
She listened carefully before nodding, “do you think you are cursed?” She questioned curiously as she finally looked down at him, making eye contact once more, “Or did your parents do anything in their youth that could of maybe caused it?” She asked carefully, hoping not to offend him
-
"Cursed? Why I never... like I said, I don't know the origins of my nightmares." Reveth frowned, pondering on that, maybe he was cursed, whatever that may mean. He looked down at Lillidin as he conversed with her, studying her with curiosity, he did find her very interesting indeed.
-
Lilidin sighed and laid down,”I didn’t mean to offend you if I did, I was just curious” she explained softly as she stared up at him, “Oh, and just out of some more curiosity... howcome you stayed here instead of returning to your Billings? Will they not worry?” She asked softly as she looked around the around warrly
-
"I don't know, it's tiring being cooped up there, especially when all they do is get drunk on wine and lay up all day, it's quite boring there." Reveth explained, stretching out his arms. "Plus being so young I get treated like I'm incompetent, which just isn't the case."
