  • The sun was setting and Summer was in the air, gently blowing through the territory. The ledge Maplepaw was sitting on was warmed from the setting sun, and the sunset slashed the sky, bleeding a rich blend of vermillion red, deep crimson, orange, and gold. With the intense lighting, her normally olive green and golden luminaries shone like jewels and her chocolate smoke pelt turned rich and luxurious in color. The athletic vixen stretched out, her long face (and equally long nose) looking into the distance at something only she could see. Her fur, soft as feather down, was tussled with a light breeze. It was at this time that she decided some company might be nice. Getting to her feet, the long-legged femme gave a short yowl. "Hey! Anyone want to partake in some story telling?!" Frowning, she began to worry no one would come. Scrambling, she quickly caught a couple nearby mice and made a neat pile. "I GOT SNACKS!" Perfect. Now they'll just have to come. Bribing always worked. Especially when the bribe was super yummy.

  • Stories were not his thing, but he was rather bored and decided that some company would be alright. The dark wolf walked over and took a seat across from Maplepaw. His head was still a little hungover from the drinks he shared with Regis the other night. Immortal or not, that wine had managed to actually give him a hangover. It was a weird feeling actually.

"I'll listen dear." he would say as he tilted his neck and cracked it. There was nothing he wished to tell, but he would listen to the stories of the others.

  • The idea of snacks didn't really prompt her to want to come over. Interactions were becoming tough now a days, especially with off handed comments being thrust her way. Still she wondered what stories others had to tell considering she didn't have any of her own to give. Her muzzle was locked closed on her serrated teeth that seemed to threaten to spill from her mouth and she blinked her deep orange eyes as she glanced over to the pairing. One a young female that had been the one to call out about the storytelling. Pushing herself onto long and limber legs the woman stalked forward slowly, nose twitching when she picked up the smell of the dead rats. It for some reason was slightly repulsive but she ignored it and instead sat down and gave a small closed muzzle smile. "Sure, a story sounds nice."

  • Maplesugar nodded in greeting to the others. "Oh, I simply meant, if you guys would like to tell stories, you're more than welcome!" The athletic chocolate smoke smiled.

  • Oh, if they would like to tell stories. The female frowned a bit as she debated over that, lightly stepping her paws against the ground. Did she have any stories to tell? Not really, most of who she knew was small fragments of her time here in the Thunderlands. Her memories were tarnished and gone so she had no way of actually telling any stories. Maybe make something up. Lightly she looked to the small group that had gathered because of the prospect of food and telling stories before she settled her rump on the ground and lightly took in a breath. "Well, I don't really have any stories. I mean...not any that would be interesting. I can say that I woke up one day in a field and didn't know anything or where to go so I started running a lot. I thought something was chasing me and then I ended up here and some nice clanmates named me Sekhmet."

The child came over and settled in. He wanted to listen to the stories. So, he rested beside his much bigger sister.
